K. H. did a wonderful job from start to finish and they kept their word along the way. The quality of the home is excellent and everyone we worked with from sales to delivery it was a wonderful experience.

Through out my experience with k Hovnanian I primarily delt with Mike in sales and Will as our GC. These two guys have got to be the best employees you have!! Whatever I needed they were all over it and made my wife and I feel very comfortable with this whole process. We are loving our new home and really appreciate all of mike and Wills hard work.

I was overwhelmed with everything at first, because this was my first home buying experience. Meredith, Nia, and Jeremy led me through the entire process and were always willing to answer questions and concerns. They made themselves available through the entire build and even continue to provide exceptional service after closing. I have heard nightmares about other home building experiences, but I am beyond impressed and thankful for the service I received and am so happy in my new home.

This was a fantastic buying experience. The sales consultant was friendly, accommodating, and authentic which are qualities hard to come across in a sales oriented position. She played an integral role in my decision to purchase a K. Hovnanian home. The contractor has added a reassurance to the quality and craftsmanship of my recent purchase. He is thorough, takes the time to provide clear explanations to my inquiries, and he’s quick at getting tasks done. For anyone looking to purchase a new home, I will surely refer them to K. Hovnanian homes.

3 years ago we walked into the Ellwood model in Sycamore, IL and to say we fell in love with this home is an understatement! The minute we walked into the house we felt like this was our forever home! Unfortunately, things were not in a financial place with us that weren't able to start our build. Over the 3 years Sue, the sales rep, and I had remained in contact with one another. One day I emailed her and said "how many lots are left?" and she told me 3. Immediately my husband and I went to meet with her and we discussed everything and decided now was the time and we would sell our town house and start our build. During this time Sue was remarkable! She was attentive to our needs, quick to respond to any questions, was patient,and above all made us feel comfortable. We sold our townhouse that we had for 14 years after 3 days on the market and life seemed to be a whirlwind for us. We were nervous and overwhelmed. We met with Mike, Project manager, and the level of professionalism and genuine care he displayed is beyond all words. He kept us informed about all progress on the house and took the time to answer all questions. His attention to client care and satisfaction is exemplary. Mike worked diligently to have us in our forever home before Christmas and he made yet another dream a reality. The entire experience was effortless and just remarkable. We knew that K. We purchased a brand new home and had an amazing experience. We have referred to family and friends. The attention to detail is seen in every aspect of the home.

We moved across the country with two kids, two cats and a dog. On top of that, we were moving over the Christmas holiday, so it was a challenging time to be trying to get things done. Our biggest concern was having a home to move into immediately. We bought a brand new home that was move in ready we had found online. We had owned a KHov home previously, so we knew we were in good hands, but it was a scary time for us. Sue from KHov immediately felt like a family friend that we had known forever. She was ALWAYS in contact with us, helped us through every step and ensured we would have keys they minute we arrived in Oswego. After a three-day drive, being handed our keys truly allowed me to take my first big breath of relief. We love our home and are so happy! Was a pleasure working with K. Hovnanian on buying our new home. We never dreamed of owning a brand new home but with KHov, it was easier than we though. we really appreciated the attention to some slight details that the builders gave us after we closed and moved in.

Best quality material used and very experienced sales staff

It was our first time building and we were pleasantly surprised when we kept getting updates and pictures of our home. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The entire staff was very helpful. We were out of state for most of the process but felt included with updates.

Moved into the building late 2019 and it was a pleasure doing business with the K. Hov. They have created a quality product and have great staff and sales guys to help and guide home buyers. They have been prompt to respond to requests and made sure that quality of the homes that they deliver remains immaculate

I recently purchased a home at The Preserve at Meadow Lakes. I had the pleasure of working with Monica B. at the sales office and Melissa, the warranty specialist. They were both lovely to work with and made the buying experience seamless. Both are extremely professional, knowledgeable and respond to any and all questions. I would highly recommend the sales team here when looking for a new home. I wake up happy everyday because I love my new house!!!!!

We are delighted with our new home at the Preserve at Meadow Lakes in North Ridgeville. The house is everything we were looking and hoping for and is perfect for us. The purchase and the construction processes went as promised and we actually got our home ahead of the originally scheduled construction timeline. Everything we wanted in our home was delivered and the people that we worked with were friendly, responsive and supportive throughout. The sales team members were terrific to work with and communicated fully throughout the entire process. This was our first home build and we really enjoyed the process. From beginning to end we were informed of what was going on in the home and aware of any issues that popped up. My questions were answered quickly and thoroughly prior to moving into the home. Nothing feels cheap or poorly finished. I can tell there was a lot of attention to detail and the entire process was professionally managed.
