When it comes to buying a house it is not an easy process... We were looking for months until we met Crystal. She made the process unforgettable and for that we are truly grateful.

Beautiful homes and amazing people!

The sales and design staff did a wonderful job with helping us visualize the home we wanted. From breaking ground to final walkthrough the construction manager Steve was very responsive and accommodating to our needs and built us the home that is exactly what we had always wanted. We have recommended KHOV to our friends, family and prospective buyers too!

This was my first time purchasing a home. I was nervous because people told me horrible experiences that made me scared. My experience was completely opposite, just amazing. I really appreciate, Tara, David, and Todd from Leeland station. They made my experience the absolute best, and i couldn’t be happier.

My first contact with the company was Crystal. She made things easier than it actually is ....which really made the difference. She gave us hope when we thought there was no hope...She gave us the impression "you can do this" and sure we did. She was our first rock and source of inspiration. Without putting full names out there, Ava, Lisa our loan processors, and Alex my builder who put the pieces together to give us this astounding architecture that we now proudly call "our Home". The process from the time we chose our lot to the completion of the build and walk through was very easy and seamless. From the sales staff to the builders themselves the experience as truly amazing.

This is our 3rd new home purchase and by far the best experience. Everyone has done their best to meet our needs and expectations. The home is AWESOME and DONE on TIME. The community is GREAT!! From sales to the project manager - EVERYONE is professional and helpful. Nick was our sales agent. Tom is the project manager- BOTH have been outstanding! The quality of our home is AMAZING for the price.

Worth all the effort we put in to apply for the house we want.

We built in Seventeen Lakes and feel like we got a great deal compared to other builders in the same neighborhood and area. We got everything we wanted on a very large corner lot. Meredith was our salesperson and she was great. She went above and beyond for anything we needed. Jeremy was great building our home. Any issues that occurred along the way, Jeremy always got them resolved. Everyone we dealt with at KHov and KHov Mortgage was excellent. We would definitely recommend KHov to our friends.

Eli C. the Construction Manager, is a great asset to Khov, always extremely helpful and attentive to minor issues that may have come up during our walkthrough of our new home. Eli C. made sure everything was taken care of in a timely matter. Thank you very much to the Khov team and especially Eli C. through the final process of our home.

Loved my experience. It was almost too smooth to be true.

We had never heard of KHov prior to our purchase but I can't imagine any other builder treating us better. The first time my wife and I met Gene, he made is feel totally comfortable and was able to give us details about any of the builds, finishes, and even mortgage advice. Super knowledgeable and he really made us feel like family. Like we weren't just buying a house- we were building our forever home. The entire experience with Gene continued until the day we closed on our home. Even though he had left to a different development, he even came to our closing walk through and was there for every single question along the way. Same with the builder, Blue. She does amazing work and was so down to earth with my wife and I. She always gave us a straight answer and was always a delight to talk with. Even the design center was a breeze. Not once did anyone try to upsell anything, or convince us to go with something more/less expensive. Building a home can be scary and incredibly stressful but I would do it again in a heartbeat because of how amazing the team my wife and I worked with at KHov were. Even now that we've moved in we have easy access to Blue and even Shawn who deals with home warranties. I never once felt out of the loop in the process of building my home, which is exactly the way it should be. ... More
