Avoid this builder. House has problems everywhere. Literally not a single surface without issues. Builder also forgot to build paid-for options. Cleaners left piles of dirt on floor and in cabinets. If I could get in a time machine and travel to a time before I signed the contract, I would do it in a heartbeat.

My overall experience has been very professional. Working with Neesha has been wonderful she has been very thorough very professional. She deserves a big fat raise. Thank you, Craig

From the very moment we were greeted at the model home by sales rep Brandon we received top notch service, I really can't say enough about how friendly he was and how knowledgeable he was about home options. He answered all of our questions and referred us to a lender who also provided exceptional service and responded quickly to all of our questions. We then met with Bob and Kayla the construction Managers. They were very personable and really wanted to make sure to build us a quality house. They always kept their word about fixing something that we noticed during the build. They really made the whole process a fun and enjoyable experience. We only have good things to say about our experience with K. Hovnanian. The entire process went very smooth, from browsing the model units, checking the progress of the construction, to buying our townhouse. We are very happy in our new home. Workmanship and materials are of high quality. Kudos to Jack and James for their expertise and responsiveness. They were awesome and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

The process of buying a new build home can be long and arduous, but the folks at K Hov were there every step of the way to answer questions and keep me updated. Mike #1 and Shane in the sales office were so great to deal with, and project manager Alan kept things on track and provided weekly progress updates. My walk through with Mike #2 was so informative and I know that I can reach out at any time if I need anything. Great experience so far!!

The construction quality is perfect and also Mr. Gary is very professional.

We really do love the end result! We are thankful and excited about how beautiful it turned out, especially as this is our first home! We would like other newbies to know that they may miss out by just simply not knowing. We felt like we were not informed well enough on particulars about the house that we simply did not know were options. For instance, we were advised heavily on things like hose bib and outside outlet placement and decor upgrades however, we did not hear a thing about gutters and didn’t know to ask about it! The people we worked with were very kind, we just wish we would have known better or maybe had a bit more guidance. ... More

I purchased this home at a reduced price on a county program. Maybe I received subpar service/products because of that. Either way, I would NEVER purchase at full price from K.Hovnanian based on my experiences with the salesperson, the construction managers, and the warranty manager.

Cisco was always very responsive with any issues we had and always willing to explain any obstacles with our build.

It was a very good experience .. Dodie, Rob & Chris are their for all needs an questions . All 3 are very hands on !

The whole process was stressful but it is over now.

With exception of the challenges facing the entire construction industry; it is clear, like everyone, delay on the home delivery/closing and turn around communications was frustrating. But we are extremely pleased with the end product, the home quality is excellent, and the customer service follow up in addressing the issues has been wonderful. Special thanks to Dave, the Sales Associate for his patience in dealing with our numerous calls/emails complains of the delay and his support in working us through the process to completion. Also to the Finance team; Tammy, Jessica, Marica for their timely feedback in making sure we closed on scheduled. I'm sure, they certainly don't miss my numerous emails/phone calls inquiring about the raising interest rates, and when can I lock-in...?lol. Finally, Ed and Dar, the construction Team; walk through/follow-up details, and explanations to ensure we're completely satisfactory with the home quality and installs. The builder was very professional in how he conducted business.

The build needs to be more through. We had to call for so many things in regards to paint, av not working, door bell not working after we moved in!!!

Dave and Rafael were great and very accommodating!

Excellent service in all aspect. Staff go extra miles to help customers even after closing.

The relationship state with Lauren and continue thru the building process and further onto completion and move-in everyone involved was very helpful and very quick to respond, me and my wife very much appreciate the performance of your company as a whole. Leon

The staff of K.Hovanian is superb, from the mortgage broker, sales office & contractors. Everyone is responsive and informative!

The sale representative (Joey) was really nice and responsive to our questions and request. Most of the construction managers (Matthew and Ricardo) were nice, addressed our concerns quickly and in timely manner. The whole home buying experience with KHOV was acceptable. Many times, there are lack of communication between the construction and the rest of the team which left us frustrated at the settlement because of the delays.

Overall extremely positive experience from working with Adriana, the design center, and weekly updates from John our GC. Our biggest issue is follow up regarding punch list items. Several items continue to be outstanding after 45 days post close with no guidance on when they'll be completed. Our house was also left a mess after the last set of subcontractors came thru to address some of the punch list items
