Professionally built and good quality.Sales agents,loan officers,title officers were all very accommodating and gave help and assistance throughout the process.Some minor repairs are needed and homeowners service are always there to fix.

My experience had it's ups and downs but the team that I worked with was amazing. They listened to my concerns and addressed all of them.

From the very moment we were greeted at the model home by sales rep Brandon we received top notch service, I really can't say enough about how friendly he was and how knowledgeable he was about home options. He answered all of our questions and referred us to a lender who also provided exceptional service and responded quickly to all of our questions. We then met with Bob and Kayla the construction Managers. They were very personable and really wanted to make sure to build us a quality house. They always kept their word about fixing something that we noticed during the build. They really made the whole process a fun and enjoyable experience. Paula is a true asset to Khov. She follows through with everything she says she will do. Her personality and kind nature puts you at ease. Thank you Paula for everything. Ross with the Finance part is terrific too. Always answers back with questions we had. Scott is the man when we had to do our walk through. Quiet but you can trust he will get things right. Thank you what a great team.

Tracy was amazing to work with. We were able to come out every weekend and take photos, she answered questions day and night, weekends. She even unlocked the house for us when we asked. Bret was also great, I could text him with a question and always got an answer. What a great team you guys have.

Mike in sales made us feel at home here from the first day we met. The crew that made this build happen really care about their work. We are very happy in our new home.

The team is very responsive to my requests to fix any defects. The defects &imperfections are understandable since we are experiencing unprecedented labor shortage and supply chain issues

Love the home happy I chose khov

The whole purchase process was seamless and fast. The builder is also very easy to work with and they address any concerns or issues immediately. Being this community is still under the construction process the builder keeps everyone in the community up to date on the continuous features being made to the community. The location is great as well as it is secluded yet close to shopping and access to the highway within 5 minutes or less. I am looking forward to seeing the finished results of this community.

The sales reps Kelly and Steven made the home buying experience exceptional. They both were helpful and always gave honest and helpful information through the entire process. I would recommend Khovnanian homes and communities to my friends and family. My children and I love our new home.
