Our builder and sales representative was always in communication and able to answer any questions we had during the building experience. My wife and I would highly recommend Khov for your future home.

Everything was great

Our construction manager Carl has been amazing from the start. From the home orientation tour to addressing any issues after closing, Carl has been helpful and very responsiveness to any issues or concerns we had. If I ever bought another K. Hovnanian home again, I would want Carl as our construction manager.

I would highly recommend the purchase of a home from KHOVNANIAN. They are an outstanding builder that builds a quality product and the entire process is simple which is rare in a new home purchase!

From the Adrian the sales consultant to Terrence the builder this has been a wonderful new home build experience. I'll refer everyone who's interested in buying a new home investment here. The only thing I would recommend is that if a customer is using there own lender qualify for insensitives as well. They shouldn't feel penalized for not going with a KHOV lender. But overall I'm completely satisfied!
