Bad. never again, these guys are amateurs.

My experience had it's ups and downs but the team that I worked with was amazing. They listened to my concerns and addressed all of them.

I don’t know how Gilbert, my sales consultant, and Mikey, the construction manager, could have made my experience of buying a newly built home any better. As a first time homebuyer I could not have been happier with the service I received by everyone I interacted with during the whole experience.

Disappointing. When you put down money for a new home you don't expect it to be messy when you move in and to constantly fight to have the repairs completed.

I appreciated the weekly updates and pictures from the builder. The sales rep in the office was also very receptive anytime we came to go see the model again. Finally, the mortgage team worked tremendously to get us closed on time.

The house buying process was smooth and easy from the beginning. Damaris was very helpful and knowledgeable. The building quality seems to be excellent, the construction manager Maurizio is outstanding, always on time, friendly, professional, he really knows what he's doing! K. Hovnanian was the right choice for us and I hope I don't need to change my review in the future (but I don't think so...)

It was a good experience. Wasn't perfect but it was good. I would recommend this neighborhood and the company that built the homes here, K.Hovnanian.

If you’re looking in a residential development and see a K Hovnanian model just skip it and go to either the competition or to another neighborhood. The quality of workmanship is abysmal. Everyone involved will assure you that your home will be ready for your closing date and then drop the news on you the day before that it won’t be ready but that they will have everything done in a few days. It won’t be ready. It will drag on for weeks and months. The moment they get paid all urgency is gone. You’re no longer a priority. Your home isn’t a priority. The people doing the work are trash. My wife and I love our home. We’re very thankful for James, the site lead. He’s been very helpful and attentive to any of the questions or needs we might need regarding the home.

Would love to have a more knowledgeable and helpful sales associate, with customer service skills on hand.

Avoid this builder. House has problems everywhere. Literally not a single surface without issues. Builder also forgot to build paid-for options. Cleaners left piles of dirt on floor and in cabinets. If I could get in a time machine and travel to a time before I signed the contract, I would do it in a heartbeat.

My overall experience has been very professional. Working with Neesha has been wonderful she has been very thorough very professional. She deserves a big fat raise. Thank you, Craig

From the very moment we were greeted at the model home by sales rep Brandon we received top notch service, I really can't say enough about how friendly he was and how knowledgeable he was about home options. He answered all of our questions and referred us to a lender who also provided exceptional service and responded quickly to all of our questions. We then met with Bob and Kayla the construction Managers. They were very personable and really wanted to make sure to build us a quality house. They always kept their word about fixing something that we noticed during the build. They really made the whole process a fun and enjoyable experience. We only have good things to say about our experience with K. Hovnanian. The entire process went very smooth, from browsing the model units, checking the progress of the construction, to buying our townhouse. We are very happy in our new home. Workmanship and materials are of high quality. Kudos to Jack and James for their expertise and responsiveness. They were awesome and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

The process of buying a new build home can be long and arduous, but the folks at K Hov were there every step of the way to answer questions and keep me updated. Mike #1 and Shane in the sales office were so great to deal with, and project manager Alan kept things on track and provided weekly progress updates. My walk through with Mike #2 was so informative and I know that I can reach out at any time if I need anything. Great experience so far!!
