figure out what options you need and want

My first KHOV Home. I am amazed at all little extra details that was built into the home for price I paid. I looked at several different builders and KHOV beat all of them. Higher quality light fixtures, hardware fixtures, plumbing products etc. every aspect of this home is higher quality builders grade than any other house I looked at. What comes standard on a KHOV home is an upgrade to other builders. Whole buying process blew me away from moment I met Joel till day I closed and drove up to my new home with all lights turned on made me feel special. Landscaping outside had leftover stone around flower beds, the garage door opener is Bluetooth. The key lock is a smart key. Plywood for emergency situations. Upgraded appliances are upgraded. Dishwasher cannot even hear it. Massive gas cooktop etc. beveled glass. Decorative backsplash etc etc. The landscape has more expensive trees, shrubs etc!! I did my homework and like I said looked at several builders. All my extras was standard. I just bought little above 250 house. KHOV houses are bigger and more upgrades to other builders just in same neighborhood. Guess why other builders homes are still sitting. KHOV is like a family to me. No matter whom I reached out to they are all committed to 100% satisfaction!! (Common sense means). Do not take my word for it. Go look at a KHOV then go look at other builders and notice all small detailing then make your decision. I tell everyone what a great deal I got!! I came in and was pleasantly surprised by the service I received, I was able to view the different floor plans and pick the perfect one for me. Once I decided to go ahead with the purchase it was a very easy application process and a very quick loan process. Walk throughs were wonderfully explained and all issues addressed and fixed. My only complaint is the carpet that you used is not good. It snags and pulls very easily, even when vacuuming. I would suggest a different carpet. Also, the parking is a big issue in this community, I would suggest when you have a 1 car garage and 2 bedroom home that you have at least enough additional parking for each 1 car garage to have a parking spot. ... Bought my home in the winter still waiting for landscaping otherwise very cooperative

Very well built home, minor issues in the entire build. Management response time to address issues quickly responded to and corrected. Very satisfied with the results. Would highly recommend K. Hovnanian Homes

I had a great experience with the entire process. Everything was communicated well, all issues were fixed prior to closing. Having a great project manager on site makes a huge difference!

Quick response to service requests

Robert and Carolyn made building a new home very smooth and easy. I couldn't believe how stress-free the process was. They answered every question and kept in touch throughout the entire process. Even living states away I had peace and knew I was in great hands....I highly recommend working with them.

Scott, Scott, and Rose were amazing throughout the whole purchasing journey. Scott #1 met with us multiple times to take progression photos. Scott #2 was always smiling and helpful, and Rose helped us from beginning to end with the purchase. She'd call once a week to encourage us. We love our new KHOV home! We have no issues! It is comfortable, efficient, and comfortable. We have never bought a new home. We have always bought older homes. Thank you, KHOV. The only reason for four stars on quality is some of the counters, bathtubs, and toilets chip pretty easily. It isn't a huge issue, but it moves it from a five to a four. The builders are excellent in communication, responding to my issues. They strive to help you to get your dream house. I was the first time home buyer. Hence, I have many concerns and worries. They were very patient and detailed in answering my questions.

My family loves our home, Dustin who sols us the home was amazing always checking in and even after closing makes himself available to answer questions for us. Jason our builder was the best, he sent regular updates with pictures and allowed us to do walk throughs. We highly recommend K.Havnanian
