The seals representative and chief contractor were really helpful and informative. The overall process was a good experience because of these great people.

Overall experience was great. At the model home Connie was great with house build choices. The painting could have been done a lot better. Wish all the air returns were covered up during drywall sanding and wall painting. Lots of junk in ductwork. Overall craftsmanship in finishing work sloppy.

We loved our salesman, James who was extremely helpful in what came with the home to taken the time out to show us the build. Christian was very knowledgeable and went over everything with us and provided thorough updates on the progression of the build. Overall we are extremely happy!!

The process from beginning to end was very smooth. The sales person was very good and the construction manager was even better!

From day one of walking into the sales office to make inquiries through the last day of receiving our gold key we enjoyed working with KHOV in building our dream home. The process was smooth and everyone involved with us have been highly professional and sweet. After moving into our home we discovered a few issues (which is normal with new builds) and the company has been prompt in helping us fix it. I had a great experience with K.Hov as a first time home buyer. Not knowing what to expect or should expect with the process, K.Hov made it easy and provided a high level of customer service along the way. Everyone has been nice, responsive, and have done the right thing when questions have come up after the sale.

Jackie was helpful through the process and made buying a new home a great experience. Tyler was also there to answer our questions and deal with anything that we needed. We were very happy with the service they gave us from start to finish.

Overall a pleasant experience. We had some concerns or issues arise but the Builder was quick in their response to correct.

We looked at several homes in the Scottsdale area and found the right size and atmosphere at KHov. It was a pleasant surprise since KHov was not even at the top of our list. From the sales consultants where it all started and paved the way for us to like, love and purchase our home, to the people who constructed our home, to the maintenance, to Khov Mortgage lender, we are very pleased. What I would advise homebuyers is to really visit the sites. That makes a lot of difference. I love that the shops and amenities are walking distance from my home. It allows me to have a nice walk and get everything done close by. Construction is still going on with some houses, and most if not all of us residents with dogs hope that the dog park will soon be equipped with more grass for our furry family. Other than that, we have been so happy with our purchase. I would certainly recommend KHov. Buying a new home is always stressful but it can be good if you are in the right neighborhood. The project managers here are very helpful and timely in their response. There are a lot of things to be concerned about while spending your money and there will be differences of opinion and perspective but this neighborhood and developer are working to give you the best they can. We have had an overall positive experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend putting your family in a home here. Thank you to everyone involved and we look forward to getting more great neighbors.

Overall buying process was clean and straightforward. They have been very responsive to our questions and needs.

If you are ok with minimizing upgrades, this is an easy buying experience. Often the upgrades with builders cost too much, because the cost of providing those alternatives make upgrades too expensive. In this case the Farmhouse upgrades are classic and most are current design pluses. The price of the home is superior to other builders in area. And, I love working with the K. Hov. employees.

Great home! Excellent experience with warranty team!

I am fully satisfied with our home purchases especially with K. Hovnanian. The entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in was very easy. Our experience with the builder’s team was excellent. They were very responsvie to clear each and every doubt ours during the process of purchasing our new house. Also the quality of the construction is much better than other builder's.

Home came in on time and was kept informed by Don during the process.

My overall experience with the buying process was great, everything went very smoothly. I actually purchased a home that was originally built for someone else, so there were things that I would have selected that was very important to me (linen closets) but really no complaints about anything else. Any problems since closing has been addressed promptly.
