Paula is a true asset to Khov. She follows through with everything she says she will do. Her personality and kind nature puts you at ease. Thank you Paula for everything. Ross with the Finance part is terrific too. Always answers back with questions we had. Scott is the man when we had to do our walk through. Quiet but you can trust he will get things right. Thank you what a great team.

KHov plans are good and priced reasonably compared to other builders. Elevations could could be better though. Weekly updates are very good for buyers specially first time buyers. KHov did not increase prices after signing like some other builders. Response to escalations is very good. No flexibility to make changes after signing. Buyers can only choose from a designer package. No ala carte. Sales staff knowledge is questionable. Turn around time to fix issues raised by buyer should be improved. Construction quality is down.

Everyone who helped us purchase were the most helpful. Heba, Derek, Chris, Antoinette, and Shannon all were great to work with and would recommended them.

Loan process was very good. First time I’ve seen flat paint in kitchen and bathrooms, usually semi-gloss. Just a few towel racks.

It was hard to buy a house sight unseen as the models were not available when we bought. But through the whole process Gene was outstanding in answering every question we had and if he didn’t know he would find out and get right back to us. Awesome ambassador for your company. After move in Mike, Dave and Jamie have been just as impressive and extremely helpful. Everyone we have dealt with has been so helpful and friendly.

Tracy was amazing to work with. We were able to come out every weekend and take photos, she answered questions day and night, weekends. She even unlocked the house for us when we asked. Bret was also great, I could text him with a question and always got an answer. What a great team you guys have.

Allison in sales and Marcus construction supervisor were great to work with. They kept us informed every step of the way and answered any questions very quickly and in detail

The overall sales experience was very good and your team did an outstanding job answering any questions and helped solve any issues with the exception of repairs. I have two minor repairs that were reported in the beginning of April and am still waiting for the repair to happen. That is unacceptable.

Our build with Khov was probably a good $75,000 less than comparable builds in our neighborhood by other builders...yet we received the same quality house as those (great materials, fixtures, paneled doors, etc). Perhaps there are a few less "bells and whistles" (not 8' interior doors, no coffers/crown molding), but we would make the same decision for the value every time. Amazing, amazing team from Todd in sales, to Jeff who built and Skai in warranty. Each has gone above and beyond whenever we have called on them, and you really feel valued as a member of the Khov family.

Donna and Chris were fantastic from start to finish. I never felt like my issues weren’t being handled. Communication was always on point.

Mike in sales made us feel at home here from the first day we met. The crew that made this build happen really care about their work. We are very happy in our new home.

Too many corners cut on materials for a fairly high priced home.

Zero craftsmanship, we have a big punch list of items that they haven’t fixed yet. their craftsmanship is really poor. they don’t reply to any of your emails. just a bad deal for your $$$

The team and Khoh , especially Carmel went out of the way to help make our home buying experience stellar.

The team is very responsive to my requests to fix any defects. The defects &imperfections are understandable since we are experiencing unprecedented labor shortage and supply chain issues

We chose Summit Pointe by KHOV due to it's location and initial pricing. The neighborhood is very nice and it's proximity to most amenities makes this location a very ideal spot. The whole buying process felt very rushed. Upon signing the sales contract, NO edits or revisions were allowed. Even small things such as moving an ethernet port from one room to another was not allowed. KHOV needs to realize that owner plans could potentially change after signing the contract. To be clear, we wanted some changes that were not structural to be implemented literally days after signing our contract. We understand that it's not feasible for design changes to occur weeks or months into the construction phases. The interior of the house seems to be very well built. We noticed that whoever designed the electrical outlets and switches did not consider room layout at all. Light switches are often tucked away behind doors, outlets are behind major furniture such as bed frames and certain light switches make no sense, especially in the kitchen. Why are the island light switches placed at the furthest point in the kitchen? The most glaring deficiency that many homeowners have complained about is the sad excuse of a driveway that leads to the garage. Some houses were optioned with 3 car garages. It is absolutely impossible to utilize the 3rd bay without absolutely destroying your lawn. There is plenty of room to pour a double wide driveway that would allow homeowners to park adequately without risk of damaging the fresh sod. Overall the house and location is desirable as the development is rapidly growing. Just be prepared for the typical new construction headaches. Builder could not oversee the work of there sub contractors. Very poor workmanship and lots of wasted time and money fixing problems and damage to finished work. Builder management changed 6 times during building process and had no accountability

One's of the best in Houston area

During our first few days in the home we noticed we were sweating more than normal while performing light duty chores and had trouble sleeping at night. Our towels would still be wet 24 hours after showering when hung up to dry. Items from the fridge would sweat immediately once taken out. We put in a service ticket with the warranty group during the first week and after a month we still have no answer to what the problem is. We have been running a dehumidifier 24/7 to keep moisture levels below 65% and every time it shuts off for more than a couple hours the humidity level starts going up. The HVAC group has come out about once a week and made minimal changes with no positive results. This experience has definitely spoiled the excitement of buying a new home. ... More

Until you actually live in a home for a while, you don’t notice all of the issues that escape you on your initial visit. Walls were not properly prepped prior to painting. I use blue tape so as not to put marks on the wall itself. When tape is removed the paint comes with it. Painters were sloppy while around trim work (paint on floor). Front door casing not level which allows light and air in. Cheap vinyl flooring. Cracks in ceiling where tape is coming loose. Little things like this annoy me because it appears there is no pride in what is produced and supervised.

Brandi, Wyatt, and John made our experience INCREDIBLE. We had reservations because of horror stories we heard from friends about building. Khovnanian is an absolutely amazing company, thanks in large part to people like those 3!
