I am obsessed with our new home. It is exactly what we were looking for. Everyone who assisted us was great at listening to us and everything we needed. We were able to design our dream home!

Good experience as I am the first time home buyer. From detailed knowledge to walkthrough to going into all the details of the home, makes you more comfortable to move forward with your decision. Thing which is more satisfying is that after purchasing home you still have warranty for an year.

We had a good experience with Carl, he was very detailed oriented and explained everything to us.

I bought my first home with K Hov and it was a nice and excellent experience.

We bought our home though Sage builders, Mike and Samantha- sales reps for for sage were amazing through the entire process! Alex has been wonderful with any questions/concerns we have had and service has been prompt. The HOA community is wonderful, faculties are well taken care of and we love the area!

Carleen has gone above and beyond. As a sales person her job was done long ago. Even though I have closed months ago she still checks in with me. Chris has been my contact since closing. The follow up on the minor things I reached out for has been amazing. Always gets back to me immediately with answers. Again everyone have dealt with at KHov goes above and beyond

Overall buying experience is great but as we stayed in the home, issues start coming out one by one. More problems surfaced, while the staff and home warranty team had been doing great so far, this could have been averted if things were not made in rush that quite a number of worksmanship issues surfaced. Pulling overall home quality down.

Commited to purchase the house at very intial stages of construction in October 2021 and moved in 10 months later, over the span of 10 months had multiple interactions with the sales team . Kim, Joe and Joann have been response and acted on our requests along side being available any queries we had . The community stands up to the Builders reputation . Sales and Support have been very responsive to address concerns and issues .

The entire team has been excellent. From the start Monica has been very kind and helpful. We appreciate her thoughtfulness, checking in on us, and pushing to close on time. Brian and his team are very helpful, kind, and responsive to every request. We appreciate their hard work.

We walked into a model home and were blown away. Our guide then took us on a golf cart ride to view what has become our home. We walked into the inlaw suite first it had everything we needed for our father. Then walked into main home and we were viewing a dream that became reality.

K. Hovnanian Homes were great to work with from the start to finish. Just had one issue with not knowing that the elevation I selected didn’t come with stone but was an upgrade. We used them as a lender and that was a smooth and seamless process. Our sales person, April answered all of our questions and within a timely manner. She is great to work with. Our home is beautiful and we are looking to enjoy many years here.

Overall very good experience starting from visiting the sales office to closing of the house. Paul(sales agent) did a great job in providing all the necessary details about the site plan and construction updates. High class construction materials made it luxury homes.

Thank you to Ashley, who continuously kept me updated on the progress of my house throughout the entire process. Felt like she was honest and open throughout the process and was always easy to reach. Thank you Scott for your patience as we had to correct things a long the way. He always handled things quickly and without any push back. Great customer service throughout the whole process. Always available and quick to respond. Thank you Wyatt for helping when needed. Customer service was great by everyone I came across with KHov, even down to the mortgage loan officer Christi. The standard designs and finishes available are a lot higher quality compared to some other builders. However it would be nice to have more flexibility changing minor things in the floor plan as that seems like a good portion of the point of getting a house built instead of moving into a house that is already standing. For the most part everything turned out great. There were some things as far as the craftsmanship that I felt like could have been better but other than that I would definitely recommend. ... More

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a condo in the Pender Oaks community. My sales agent, Joey was truly amazing to work with! He was attentive to my needs and concerns. He also responded to my questions within a timely fashion. Despite the delay in the home building process, the KHov team communicated frequently to let me know what was going on. Matt, the Construction Manager, has also been wonderful throughout this process. He's been here through every step of the way and has taken the time to explain the inner workings of my home and has even gone above and beyond to help resolve certain issues with the home. I love my house and the development. Vicki has been great in helping with everything. She is the best and very responsive. Fred was also very helpful. I do not like the color of the paint on the walls and ceiling. I wish it was pure white. Also, I wish the sod was done better. Overall, I think it is great.
