I have to say the best part of the buying/building experience was the Sales team, Neesha and Claire. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have done it without them for so many reasons. I had never done this before and they were so patient and friendly through the entire process. I was there almost daily throughout the building and never once did I annoy them with my visits and millions of questions, but instead they welcomed it! I am super indecisive and they helped my indecisiveness and guided me off their experiences both professionally and personally with building. we have received good support and guidance from the sales manager. They provided weekly updates on the construction status. wherever any delay happened due to delay with construction materials, this was clearly communicated to us. Even in this challenging time with shortage of construction material, the house was completed on time without much delay or any cost increase to customer. Quality product delivered on time! As a new home buyer we had lot of questions and which were all clarified patiently by the sales manager. Kudos! we expect to get same level of support from the warranty support team as well. ... I was well informed about the challenges the market is experiencing. Even with all the challenges with brick and lumber KHOV completed my home almost on time.

I think the people here all did great explaining and showing me how everything was put into the house and how it worked. They jumped on any issues that I had. They fixed anything I pointed out or that happened right after move in.

I believe in and love the house they built. I'm very happy with my current house built by K. Hovnanian.

Though home took 2 additional months to close, it was understandable based on market and material conditions. Very happy with our home and the sales and service teams.

I was relocating to Texas and the housing market was going crazy but I went with this home because of the price and the sales team and builders were super helpful throughout the whole process. The kept me informed every step of the way and with any issues that came up they were right there willing to assist.

My experience with K. Hovnanian was nothing but great. The construction managers communicated almost every step. The sales rep where very helpful and made sure they could answer any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this builder for anyone buying a new home or looking for a new home

We had a great experience with KHOV and got lucky with this wonderful home in the crazy Texas market that we’ve been experiencing. Every time we found something incorrect during the build process, our construction manager was quick to have it resolved. We are happy in our new home!

As buyers from out of state, we really depended on Sal and Vanessa, and they have been outstanding to work with and really made what already is a very stressful time, really great, they are great partners and we thank them for their support

From the time I walked into the sales office, I had a delightful experience and was grateful for the knowledge of the Sales Consultant. There was always constant communication and connection from the construction team. When I moved into my home, I felt certainty around the quality of the build as well as saw the excellence in the workmanship itself. K. Hovnanian homes builds with pride and excellence. I will buy from them again!

My overall experience was great! They kept me well informed during the whole process, and once the purchased was completed they took care of all small little issues in a timely matter, it was very easy to communicate with them. Very happy with my new home.

Everything was great . Until we move in we started to see same bad workmen ship.

Our sales agent and the workman supervisor/follow up were great! Always there to help. Little disappointed in the issue of the ability to have a natural gas BBQ installed where we wanted. We were misinformed and did not get the correct answer until a week before closing.

Its a great place to stay and enjoy with families

The sales person was sent from heaven! he was very pleasant, helpful, honest and comfortable to communicate with. He stayed connected with us throughout the process and was always very responsive even one time during his vacation with his family! Great value home. Other builders overpriced houses we looked at but I feel this one is just right. The use of the space and the practicality of use of the home is great. Exactly what we need. No more, no less. This builder found the best use of space design. We're very happy.

This experience was awesome and much better than my last home building experience with another company. There are only a couple things that I would change, but overall, very pleased..l

The sales reps and escrow teams were great

Besides Covid Pandemic affects, I had good experience from first day I went to sales office to the finish.. the sale agent had good customer service, was patience, supportive, able to return my calls and keep me updated

It was good though it was first home for us, lot to learn on a house and construction process. Only drawback was the sales agents were not flexible to modify or add some upgrades a week later of purchase.
