Excellent transaction! Quality home, built to last.

Love the home and my family loves it as well.

Our situation was unique! And…..we lived in Wisconsin! Team KHove (Karen, Jim,Todd and one other) went to work to make sure we had smooth sailing from start to finish! It was humbling to be treated with courteous and respectful people again as customer service as a whole lately has been lacking! Our whole experience has been wonderful….

The property manager was super nice and very helpful. She listened to my needs and helped me get the perfect home for me and my family.

From the initial visit and meeting with the K. Hovnanian representative, Kristina, to our actual move in date, the process of selecting a home was stress free. Though new to the State of Texas, we are not first time home owners and we knew exactly what we wanted. The Khov rep stayed in contact with us and answered any and all of our questions throughout the process. My family and I decided to move from one side of the state to the other. After looking around online i called and spoke to Leslye. She answered all of my questions honestly, even when it pertained to how Firefly compared to another property. From that point on, the process was very easy and I could not have been happier with the way everyone answered questions and helped us through this process. Moving a long distance is not easy but it felt easier because of the help K. Hovnanian Homes provided.

The floor plan was perfect for us and we are so happy we selected K Hovnanian. We love our beautiful home. The entire process was easy and we did much of it online since we didn’t live local we would have preferred a paint upgrade if it were offered since the contractor grade is not great. The builder team was organized and carefully scheduled. We knew just what to expect next and knew when to expect it. The community manager was excellent and has a real attention to detail.
