My salesperson and project manager were always on top of things.

We have built from other contractors and had nightmares. our experience with K.Hovnanian was the extreme opposite. From the moment we met with Dodie, the company's First Face, to Robert the Foreman, to Jimmy, a contractor - we were pleased 100%.Each and every one knew the product, were extremely helpful and professional and we continue to interact with them after our move-in. We decided to finance with K.Hovnanian and were also pleased. Karie, our first contact, guided us through each step. Closing was smooth and seamless thanks to the closing agents. All in all we have had a very positive experience and highly recommend to anyone. Our community here at Waterstone is growing and so far we have met great people. The only negative is one that leads to the material side: As a woman I want things to match in the bathrooms and throughout; i.e., satin or shiny in all hardware - not mixed. A choice of appliance upgrades would be nice. The ones in the home are just ok and we replaced right away. Lastly are the front doors - they open out, not in. Unlike souther Florida, hat feature isn't required in this part of Florida so we would like at the very least to have had the option to open in as it is much more welcoming. ... More

I would recommend them. However we would have liked a certain level upgrade to the back yard (this was the third new house we purchased, but the only one with zero upgrade to the backyard).

we have received good support and guidance from the sales manager. They provided weekly updates on the construction status. wherever any delay happened due to delay with construction materials, this was clearly communicated to us. Even in this challenging time with shortage of construction material, the house was completed on time without much delay or any cost increase to customer. Quality product delivered on time! As a new home buyer we had lot of questions and which were all clarified patiently by the sales manager. Kudos! we expect to get same level of support from the warranty support team as well. ... I was well informed about the challenges the market is experiencing. Even with all the challenges with brick and lumber KHOV completed my home almost on time.

I think the people here all did great explaining and showing me how everything was put into the house and how it worked. They jumped on any issues that I had. They fixed anything I pointed out or that happened right after move in.

John and Jodi were VERY helpful, great people to work with. I like the quality of my new home.

I was relocating to Texas and the housing market was going crazy but I went with this home because of the price and the sales team and builders were super helpful throughout the whole process. The kept me informed every step of the way and with any issues that came up they were right there willing to assist.

My experience with K. Hovnanian was nothing but great. The construction managers communicated almost every step. The sales rep where very helpful and made sure they could answer any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this builder for anyone buying a new home or looking for a new home

From the time I walked into the sales office, I had a delightful experience and was grateful for the knowledge of the Sales Consultant. There was always constant communication and connection from the construction team. When I moved into my home, I felt certainty around the quality of the build as well as saw the excellence in the workmanship itself. K. Hovnanian homes builds with pride and excellence. I will buy from them again!

Our sales agent and the workman supervisor/follow up were great! Always there to help. Little disappointed in the issue of the ability to have a natural gas BBQ installed where we wanted. We were misinformed and did not get the correct answer until a week before closing.

Its a great place to stay and enjoy with families

Our contacts at K Hov - from sales to the loan department to the construction oversight has been amazing. They are friendly, responsive, caring, quick to get answers or fix issues, etc. We really could have not had a better experience with their team!

Helped out right away whenever we had an issue with the build. Good choice on land to develop.

Our construction manager, Charlie, was exceptional. He was experienced, kept us informed throughout the entire process and followed up with us on any and all issues. He made the home building experience less stressful!
