One of the best home buying experiences we had with K-hovnanian-homes. We were not local to DFW and we didn't even have to fly even once everything was smoothly handled by sales agent Danielle through zoom meetings for contract signing, design session. All in all very smooth home buying experience we had until closing. I would any day recommend my friends and family buying house from K-hovnanian-homes

As a realtor, I have dealt with many home builders and none of my experiences have been as pleasant as this one! I purchased a home that was set to close in 28 days and even with all of the shortages and delays, it was done in 26! Cisco and Keith did a great job at communicating and went above and beyond on making us feel comfortable! I will definitely be recommending KHov and the team in Midtown Park to friends and clients!

Sales dept: They come off very nice, but they weren't trustworthy (said we were moving forward with a lot purchase, then sold it to someone else), never knew anything about what was happening with the lot/house we ended up purchasing; over all disappointing Design dept: Excellent! Got great service from the design team Building supervisor: Excellent. We would come and look at our house every weekend. We were really impressed of the way they worked so hard to build our home in four months. Enjoying our new home.

K. Hov is based on production. There are things that should not be encountered in a new home. We noticed some contractors work on what is best for them and not the esthetics or the home. Investing in contractors and having enough contractors to work in a home would be beneficial so they can deliver on time and to your standards and reputation. We foresee having issues with water setting in one area of our backyard. Please note, Jamie was a pleasure to work with and he was ALWAYS responsive. Overall the experience buying a home was great with KHOV. We've been living here for about two months. The only real complaint I have is I wish more work was done to help condos with sound proofing. The only real issue is our upstairs neighbors when they go up and down the stairs. Wish there was slightly more insulation but overall great experience.

Our home buying experience started out OK in May 2021. Nice models to choose from, and home would be completed in 3 months from ground breaking. Our salesman was misleading and dishonest and at times downright disrespectful. Excavation started in August, we settled the last week in January. House sat for weeks at a time with little being done. Little attention to detail and virtually no quality control. I'm glad we hired a home inspector for pre-drywall inspection and final inspection. So many items were due to shoddy craftsmanship!! We had 4 project managers throughout construction, and communications deteriorated with the first 3 PMs. We were very disappointed with the construction process until our final PM ensured all of our punchlist items were taken care of. I have built many homes in the past and this by far has been the worst experience. Everything was blamed on COVID even though the real truth was that they have poor communication, no direction, lie a lot and their own employees keep quitting.

We worked with Adrian, Shelby and Sam and they were really nice to work with. They were professional, insightful and very caring. They were thorough about each step and communicative throughout the process, they would resolve issues in a timely manner. They were also really friendly. The house itself is really nice, the craftmanship is nicely done and the timing of the construction was reasonable.

Communication was great. Any issues that came up, they corrected right away.

Customer service (from sales to contractor) is exceptional. We were guided throughout the whole process. Excellent communication channels. Details were given in emails without delays. We have the pleasure to work with Ms. Karen (our sales rep.) and Mr. Paul (our contractor). Both are nice and patient with all our inquiries. Even after closing, they reached out to make sure things are settled. Special thanks to our contractor Mr. Paul who would advise on our inquiries after closing (within the same day!!) Overall a splendid experience!

Waited for more than a year to get the home complete after signing the contract.

My experience with K. Hovnanian has been outstanding from the beginning. Adrian showed me floor plans that I wanted to see, based on what I told him I was looking for in a home. Then, he ended up delivering more than I knew I wanted by pointing out a building site that in the end turned out to be ideal! Throughout the building process Adrian and Construction Manager Terence were responsive to my inquiries, addressed my concerns, and in the end delivered my beautiful home. I made a great decision in trusting Adrian in helping me get into my new home.

It took nearly 8 months to be able to close on the house and while we are happy to be finally moved in the process was very stressful. Our account manager was very disconnected but the loan processors were good and empathetic and got us through the finish line. Once in the house the project manager has been excellent in taking care of small items to ensure things are fixed.

They really do care! Quality of materials is excellent and so is build quality. I can see that a lot of care was taken in putting everything together. I just had 2 minor items to fix after moving in and that was promptly taken care of by the warranty team. I'm extremely satisfied and definitely recommend K. Hovnanian Homes!

It was my pleasure throughout from visiting your website to getting my home keys it was great experience. I wanted to thank Lacey the sales consultant in the liberty community has been helpful since beginning from floor plan selection, bricks, upgrades etc. without her it would have been confusing to put everything on table. Secondly, builder were very professional and took care of each request that came post third party inspection, Jeff and Argelio did a great job by updating the status weekly and educate us throughout the whole building process. Mortgage & closing process was smooth. Definitely K. Hovanian is good brand and have a great employees who take care of customer during each step, given a chance I would buy again a home from K. The only confusing area in our whole experience has been who is in charge of what area when you make a service call. Even though you only call one number, you end up being told at times that what you're calling about has nothing to do with warranty and that it is a the construction manager's responsibility to handle this issue...complicated by the fact that I have had several different individuals calling me back about the same issue...would be nice to have one point person. Homeowners should also be told in advance how the service desk process works...not being given just a number! Response time to tickets needs to be addressed as well. ... More

Great experience working with K Hovnanian homes. April from Sales staff is outstanding and KHOV Mortgage team(Addie and Johanna) is also excellent team. They have a compassionate attitude towards the customers that makes them unique in their line of business.
