Overall a pleasant experience. We had some concerns or issues arise but the Builder was quick in their response to correct.

Quality of workmanship was good; few minor issues, nothing major, which were or are currently being addressed.

Jeff was very attentive to my needs and very professional.

We looked at several homes in the Scottsdale area and found the right size and atmosphere at KHov. It was a pleasant surprise since KHov was not even at the top of our list. From the sales consultants where it all started and paved the way for us to like, love and purchase our home, to the people who constructed our home, to the maintenance, to Khov Mortgage lender, we are very pleased. What I would advise homebuyers is to really visit the sites. That makes a lot of difference. I love that the shops and amenities are walking distance from my home. It allows me to have a nice walk and get everything done close by. Construction is still going on with some houses, and most if not all of us residents with dogs hope that the dog park will soon be equipped with more grass for our furry family. Other than that, we have been so happy with our purchase. I would certainly recommend KHov. Overall it was a great experience, now that I have been here a couple of months I worry about a couple of small things I thought were insignificant in the beginning. My smoke detectors were bad, I have pulled them down but am not not protected. My fence is flimsy and I don’t feel It’s safe for my dog, I have to build it up. and last I have a sticking pantry door. All minor things but know it will concern me or cause issues in future.

The overall process was very streamlined compared to other builders we’ve worked with. From the Sales Team to the mortgage group, the options coordinators and project construction managers each made the success of the process effortless.

We are satisfied with our new home. Being first buyers, everyone help us to have a pleasant experience. We definitely recommend KHovnanian to ours friends and family

Buying a new home is always stressful but it can be good if you are in the right neighborhood. The project managers here are very helpful and timely in their response. There are a lot of things to be concerned about while spending your money and there will be differences of opinion and perspective but this neighborhood and developer are working to give you the best they can. We have had an overall positive experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend putting your family in a home here. Thank you to everyone involved and we look forward to getting more great neighbors.

Our home is beautiful and we are overall happy with it. As with all new buildings we had a few issues that were promptly repaired and resolved.

The new construction house was okay. We had a lot of issues with our electrical system. We had to call several times. Our doorbell, microwave fuses will be short all the time.

We were heard and kept UpToDate through the process. The communication was excellent despite us being out of state. The design studio was a breeze and the consultant super helpful. We love the community and highly recommend it .

Overall this was an excellent experience. Just remember you are NOT purchasing a custom home at $400 per square foot. This is a production home built by very experienced professionals. Our home construction was supervised by very experienced and knowledgable managers. It was delivered 6 weeks early. We budgeted the customized features by others after closing. All phases of sales, construction and service are streamlined and tightly controlled. Khov delivers amazing value for the $$! Watching our neighbors homes being built is amazing. If you are ok with minimizing upgrades, this is an easy buying experience. Often the upgrades with builders cost too much, because the cost of providing those alternatives make upgrades too expensive. In this case the Farmhouse upgrades are classic and most are current design pluses. The price of the home is superior to other builders in area. And, I love working with the K. Hov. employees.

I had very few problems after moving in and when I did Chris immediately returned my call and took care of it.

Buying this house was a pleasure. The salesperson was great and the construction manager was very attentive. I love the design. The 9-foot ceilings make it feel big and the open-concept kitchen/dining/living room is great. My one qualm is the quality of the paint. I oversaw the repainting of every room in my old place, using Benjamin Moore or Behr or Valspar paints. The paint here is thin. The semigloss is hard to wipe clean and the flat paint is easy to scratch. I expect in years to come I will begin to have the rooms repainted.
