We bought our home though Sage builders, Mike and Samantha- sales reps for for sage were amazing through the entire process! Alex has been wonderful with any questions/concerns we have had and service has been prompt. The HOA community is wonderful, faculties are well taken care of and we love the area!

Carleen has gone above and beyond. As a sales person her job was done long ago. Even though I have closed months ago she still checks in with me. Chris has been my contact since closing. The follow up on the minor things I reached out for has been amazing. Always gets back to me immediately with answers. Again everyone have dealt with at KHov goes above and beyond

Overall buying experience is great but as we stayed in the home, issues start coming out one by one. More problems surfaced, while the staff and home warranty team had been doing great so far, this could have been averted if things were not made in rush that quite a number of worksmanship issues surfaced. Pulling overall home quality down.

The entire process from purchasing the lot, to choosing the model design, to choosing of options, to the financial aspects, to moving in, to follow up with any issues has been very good. All the contact people have been very nice, professional and helpful throughout the entire process!!

Commited to purchase the house at very intial stages of construction in October 2021 and moved in 10 months later, over the span of 10 months had multiple interactions with the sales team . Kim, Joe and Joann have been response and acted on our requests along side being available any queries we had . The community stands up to the Builders reputation . Sales and Support have been very responsive to address concerns and issues .

We walked into a model home and were blown away. Our guide then took us on a golf cart ride to view what has become our home. We walked into the inlaw suite first it had everything we needed for our father. Then walked into main home and we were viewing a dream that became reality.

K. Hovnanian Homes were great to work with from the start to finish. Just had one issue with not knowing that the elevation I selected didn’t come with stone but was an upgrade. We used them as a lender and that was a smooth and seamless process. Our sales person, April answered all of our questions and within a timely manner. She is great to work with. Our home is beautiful and we are looking to enjoy many years here.

Overall very good experience starting from visiting the sales office to closing of the house. Paul(sales agent) did a great job in providing all the necessary details about the site plan and construction updates. High class construction materials made it luxury homes.

From the moment we agreed to purchasing our home in January 2022 up until our home was delivered in August 2022, my husband and I enjoyed every step of the home buying and home building experience! Thank you to Ashley, who continuously kept me updated on the progress of my house throughout the entire process. Felt like she was honest and open throughout the process and was always easy to reach. Thank you Scott for your patience as we had to correct things a long the way. He always handled things quickly and without any push back. Great customer service throughout the whole process. Always available and quick to respond. Thank you Wyatt for helping when needed. Customer service was great by everyone I came across with KHov, even down to the mortgage loan officer Christi. The standard designs and finishes available are a lot higher quality compared to some other builders. However it would be nice to have more flexibility changing minor things in the floor plan as that seems like a good portion of the point of getting a house built instead of moving into a house that is already standing. For the most part everything turned out great. There were some things as far as the craftsmanship that I felt like could have been better but other than that I would definitely recommend. ... More

We had the best homebuying experience with KHov. They kept their word every step of the way from signing the contract to closing. We have recommended KHov to anybody that will listen! This home is beyond what we could have ever expected.

By far the best buying experience we've ever had, so much so that we even referred my sister who also bought a house in the same subdivision! I cannot speak highly enough for Susan, our sales agent, Alan and Roger who helped with the construction. The house is very sound, quiet, the experience was a breeze, and the overall enthusiasm from the team was great. Everyone that has seen our home has had nothing but praises, and we could not be happier. However, I do have 1 complaint, and that is with the finishing and use of finishing materials. Towards the end, all of the touch up work, finishing, trim, paint were clearly very rushed. The quality of workmanship is extremely poor with lots of areas needing touch ups, broken/chipped tiles, one of the stair railings shaking a lot, almost noen of the spindles are flush with the base of the stairs leaving a significant gap, and almost every single piece of trim/moulding is damaged with dents and defects throughout the house (framing around doors, baseboards, etc). I understand builders grade material is used for these types of construction homes but the defects should have been patched, sanded, and then painted rather than just covered up with paint. We've found the same issue on the exterior of the house as well Although these are just cosmetic issues, they really take away from the "polished" look we would expect for a new home. I will include all of these on my 45 day list of items that need to be revisited/fixed. Overall, my family and I love our house and think this may be our forever home - I would specifically like to recognize the team we worked with, Susan, Alan, and Roger at Town Creek Crossing who were just incredible! ...
