We have a "villa" home with master on main in a multifamily triplex. We worked with the designer for interior and selected floor, counter, lighting, and kitchen options. Most of the issues that popped up were minor and various teams came in and resolved them. There was one design issue in that once our new front-loading HE washer and dryer were installed, we cannot close the door, the laundry room is just not large enough. We appreciate that K. Hovnanian involved us in every step of the construction and responded to most all the questions we had.

Overall great experience. For how fast the process went, it was extremely smooth. Brian was great to work with and easy to connect with. The joke is beautiful. I found a couple items to either be fixed or replaced during the final inspection and it was all done and updated the next day. Thank you for a great experience.

From the Sales office with Adrian to the construction with Terence, the entire process was smooth. Terence and Adrian were both very responsive to any issues reported and we're proactive in providing me with updates throughout the building process. Would definitely build with them again.

Buying and build was a very easy and pleasant experience. Meredith and Jeremy were awesome. They were always available to answer questions and the response time was A+.

Great and seamless process. Rich, James, and co. have been thorough, supportive, and very professional. Paint job/finishes prior to and post walkthrough could have used improvement but satisfied overall!

It was a really informative, detailed, exciting process for the most part. I was very happy with communication and my home is stunning and makes me feel very proud to call mine and come home to everyday.

The whole buying experience is very intimating. However, Steven, Vickie and Roy made this process very seamless and smooth, My family and me absolutely love our new home and would diffenently buy from K.Hovnanian again in the future.

They did a great job. Javier the builder is a great person with a good attitude and if there was something we didnt like he was there to change it and make the customer happy. This is a big plus in my book, me being a contractor you do what ever it takes to make your customers happy. Also the sales team were great and always kept us updated on the build of my New Home. I will recommend them to anyone

The building process was smoother than expected and a lot faster completion date than expected. The project manager was very helpful throughout the process with whatever questions or concerns I had.

The home is great love the floor plan and the community. There has been some issues with the home but the technicians are on top of everything they are very understanding and have no problem fixing issues that arise. Of course not every new home will be perfect so make sure everything works properly before the 1 year warranty is up.

As a new buyer with K Hovnanian it went well. House is lovely and cozy to live.

We're very happy and satisfied with our new home built by KHovnanian. The entire KHovnanian team is very good and they place our satisfaction on very top. Throughout our home building process they keep me informed each week and I always can come to visit to check progress. They listen and take care of all of my concerns and the result is amazing. Even after the closing, they are very responsive whenever I submit request for the warranty service. I highly recommend the KHov team.

I love my new KHov home! There is nothing that I do not like. The design, the neighborhood, the lawn and landscaping all look terrific. The KHov sales representative was excellent from start to finish in keeping me informed of progress on the house and any other matters that needed to be tended to before closing. KHov is very fortunate to have her as an employee. Also, the construction managers have been very attentive to my questions and kept everything on schedule. Again, excellent employees. The home buying experience was a pleasant one. The sales and construction managers are responsive and work hard to ensure best customer experience.

I had my home inspected by a Certified independent inspector and he found no Issues with our new KHov Villa Home. I was happy with the weekly construction status meetings during the construction process.

Over all the buying experience was good. I feel like the price should have less by 5-10%

We love the how Ana helped us out lot, and she went detail by detail on the contract and home warranty. She awesome, the houses are beautiful and the area is quite and kid friendly and clean too

We love our new home. In general we were pleased with the outcome. There were some things that we pointed out during our walk through that needed to be addressed that as of today have not been completed.

The sales team and superintendent were awesome.

Great staff and very helpful through out the whole home buying process

The whole purchasing process is smooth and easy to deal with. They listen to what we need and are able to meet our budget.

My purchasing process went fairly smoothly considering it was set to close in three weeks. The home is well built. My biggest complaints are lack of storage area and cheap finishes for the price of the home. For the price it would have been nice to not have cheap finishes (carpet, door knobs, etc.).

We thoroughly enjoyed the design experience to make our new home as personal as possible. We were surprised of how we had the opportunity to choose all the interior finishings with many choices to select from. We had a very great experience with the staff at the sales office Nikki, June and Ed were all very friendly, professional and efficient. They took all of our concerns very seriously and were excellent communicators through the entire process of purchasing from start to finish. Scott and Eric with construction team did a great job - however some more thorough quality control would have been appreciated. We are experiencing some flooring, door and exterior railing issues as well as a damaged dryer. Overall the home was built very well except for a few areas we are hopeful and expecting that Phil and the warranty team will take care of in a timely and professional manner. Some construction issues need to be rectified that were not handled or realized before closing. My husband and I overall feel extremely happy we have selected this community to live and grow in. We had never built a home before, so we didn't know what to expect. During the process we were kept informed about everything, and everyone we dealt with was professional but friendly. They were truly concerned that our house met our specifications and all of our questions we're answered. Overall a great experience and a great home!
