They do a very good job building the homes, they can do a better job in the master bathroom, I feel like it should stand out a lot better than the other bathrooms. Am still waiting on my garage door to come, it shouldn't take this long to get a door.

From the moment that we signed the papers to the day we moved in, everything went smoothly and according to schedule. Jeremy was great and kept us informed of the progress. The house is beautiful! We love everything about it and are so happy that we made the decision to build with K Hov!

Everything from purchasing to building to living in our new home was an easy and exiting process thanks to K.Hov. Lacey our sales consultant was extremely helpful and made sure we got the house we always wanted. She was just as excited as we were every step of the way and sent us updates regularly. By the end of the process Lacey became like another family member that we got to share exciting updates with. Argelio our builder was also great! He would send us regular updates of our home and made sure that all of our concerns and questions were addressed. It was a great experience for us!

Appliances have scratches. The garage and some areas in the house are not clean and not appearing to be a brand new house. Window frames are dirty due to mud. Carpet is not clean in some areas due to stains of mud. Many other minor issues. Overall it was a good experience.

Thank you Brandi, Jon and Christian for your care and support in building our beautiful home. I will definitely recommend KHOV if you're looking to build or buy a new house.

I like this house as location wise

KHOV sales and design center are not concerned with the best interest of the buyer, and you need to ensure all discussions are in writing. Truthfully I would not have purchased from this builder knowing what I do now, and the dishonesty that is plagued throughout the process.

Overall it was a great experience and we love our new home. It took a bit longer than we had anticipated and felt like things were rushed at the end to get us in.

An excellent and prompt communications with Jared (Sales Consultant) have made a huge difference and very positive experience. He has provided an amazing customer service. Jared made the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in very easy. We got detail weekly video updates. We were moving from a different state and were not able to see anything in-person. Jared had promptly addressed all our inquiries and sent proofs (pictures). K. Hovnanian builder's team has done a great job and we moved on-time with NO issues.

Great home family Is loving it

So far so good. My experience with K Hovnanian Homes has been good. If I have an issue they are quick to respond and friendly. Mauricio and his team are pretty awesome. I am a satisfied new homeowner. From buying it to closing it was a pretty smooth process.

Moved from the West Coast to Texas, what a great state.. decided to put down roots here.. living on a sailboat in Kemah TX we thought we would move onto land for a while.. looked at apartment’s then a few houses… then one day about 7 months ago we drove up to Pasadena to look into the idea of a maintenance free Townhouse… Drove into Parkway Trails… we were given the tour of the model choices by a wonderful person.. The builders and team working in Cornerstone Farms were excellent. We had toured many other developments and from the initial home tour did not feel welcomed. This development had amazing representatives from sales, to design, and construction which led us to our decision to build with KHOV in Cornerstone! Adam was our lot manager and was phenomenal. He was always available to answer questions, responded very quickly, provided weekly construction updates, and made sure to stop by any time he seen us visiting the property. Overall I had a great experience with buying a home from K.Hovnanian Homes. The sales team explained the entire process in detail and always responded quickly and thoroughly to any questions I had. This thoroughness and quick response continued after I began the purchase process by all the involved members and teams, so I never felt lost or confused through the entire process.

Besides the building part of our home, we had emails ignored by the sales representative, we definitely feel like we were lied to about progress materials sat in home for weeks on end with no one working on it. Once we signed it was like we didn't matter anymore. There were 4 different build supers that got replaced during the build. Bad workmanship and complete mismanagement. Usually someone worked on our home 1-2 days a week a times. Our closing day when we signed all the documents, we didn't even get keys to the home. The woman was not very professional. Seemed like she did not like her job. We would like someone in the upper management to reply or respond to address our experience so this can be fixed so no one else needs to go through what we endured. ... More

Samantha and Michael were great to deal with, always prompt to respond and willingness to help. In the home stretch both Estevan and and Angel coordinated well to ensure any issues with the construction of the house and outstanding items were fixed. Overall a great experience.
