Overall this was a great experience with all parties involved. Only critique I would suggest is response time to customer issues with their home.

Everything was smooth progress and the team is great.

We are extremely happy with Charlotte and Jeanine. They represent your company very well. We are unfortunately, somewhat unhappy with the workmanship of the new build. It appears the superintendent was not paying attention when the home was built. We have talked with the neighbors and they have experienced almost the same problems. But Jeanine and Charlotte have been able to resolve them. They have been very responsive.

The process from viewing to closing went smooth. The things I asked for they provided. My only issue is the walls are thin and can't sleep in the room next to laundry room if washing machine is on. The appliances are extremely cheap and I'll be changing them soon.

Buying exp with KH was clean and easy. And the incentives was great. There r few thing they need to focus is the quality of accessories like door locks and the electric buttons.

Sales consultant was very proficient. Convenient and cost effective environmental design. Materials are mid-level at the MIRs.

The quality of materials used for the price of the building is very cheap.

Quality of work for price of homes doesn't equal out, especially when getting appraised.

None of the issues identified during the walkthrough a week before closing have been addressed . Most of these issues are still not resolved 2 months after closing . Wish atleast a few were addressed

I had no idea I would be able to purchase a new home until speaking with K. Hovnanian. They said yes and made the process easy. Step by step and walked with my family the entire time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We have incomplete projects — we have been in our house more than 5 weeks. Lawn is very uneven—difficult to walk on. Mowing will be difficult. Most important, the deadbolt is misaligned and can’t be used—a safety issue. I also felt the workers were careless—drywall paste left on concrete and a few raised “bumps “ in the basement area.

The house is overall nice. The neighborhood is so far nice and quiet, although we were told more families were here. The walls are paper thin, i mean you hear everything. If it's only 2 people in the house that's fine. It also sounds like a bear is on the side of the house when there is any wind or rain. The refrigerator is apartment sized. Walk in closet, walk in pantry, coffee bar, huge master bath shower and partially finished basement are my favorites.

I bought my house from K Hovnanian in 7/2022. The process was easy and swift. Although a few minor paint and scuff flaws, the foundation of the house seems it was built to last. Sales and builder agents are responsive and helpful.

Appliance are not the good quality that many will prefer. And tell your builder to stop promising and fail. Home is all about trust. One should be able to trust the builder of his home!!!

She worked with us, answered every question we had and just made the experience better than our previous purchases with other companies

The buying process was very easy. Mostly because if Kristina. She was very helpful, quick to respond and provided solutions right away! The house it self, I am choosing to believe that what’s under the drywall was done well. But the craftsmanship is definitely not what I was expecting. It was done sloppy, lazy and with little quality. Paint splatter, holes not filled, roughy and broken boards that weren’t even the same thickness. Air vents completely bent and asked about it, the builder Logan said “it’s the way they go”. Days after, a handyman came and fixed them in minutes. My closet is falling off because they did not anchor them to any stud, the garage ceiling and taping all over it was done completely wrong and it’s all peeling off. Massive holes outside as well. Great for rodents to come in. Overall, the details which is what one sees, were not carefully done. Seems they were rushing to get the home done and didn’t care what it looked like. Ski the lady who has been helping us with warranty, has been very helpful and patient. If only the builder had been as careful, we could be looking at a way nice looking home. ... More

The walls catch every little thing. Not sure why they would use the paint they do but it’s maybe cost effective for them? I don’t know but I feel like they could put more quality products into their homes and make it worth the price

The build needs to be more through. We had to call for so many things in regards to paint, av not working, door bell not working after we moved in!!!

After sales support is not very good. I had tile from roof fall down into back yard, electrical outlets not working, master bedroom electric lights do or work unless you turn on bathroom lights. It Olga’s taken 4-5 weeks to even acknowledge these issues and they are still being scheduled

They do a very good job building the homes, they can do a better job in the master bathroom, I feel like it should stand out a lot better than the other bathrooms. Am still waiting on my garage door to come, it shouldn't take this long to get a door.

While the process was easy and quick, i moved in to a variety of issues in workmanship and a lack of being detailed oriented. Issues with paint where it shouldn’t be and not where it should, holes, misaligned cabinetry, big dents in the garage door, a broken garbage disposal, to name a few.

This builder is great, but the responsiveness on issues with this he home is not so good.

Finishing of the house is not satisfactory. The cabinet doors in my kitchen had to replaced multiple times.
