Loved the whole buying experience with K Hovnanian. Would definitely recommend!

It was my first time buying a house and everyone at KHovnanian made the process so smooth and easy! Ashley and Jesse were great help!

We really looked forward to moving in and enjoying all the amenities this house had to offer but from our closing date being delayed multiple times to a walk through of which there were multiple glaring issues, our experience with khov was extremely poor and utterly disappointing. We at every experienced with new build home buying, and this was by far the worst in every way possible. They tried to convince us to close on the home when it wasn’t even in livable condition, and after the most upsetting walk through, a second walk through, and yet another delayed move-in date these are the issues that followed: water leaking from the master bath tub, which lead to water damage on the kitchen floor, and a hole in the ceiling of a brand new home to fix the problem, and also no hot water in the bathtub. Shane and Ben were extremely helpful during the entire process. Shane spent time with us before we went to the design center, which made us feel prepared to make our selection while keeping us within our budget! Ben updated us every week with pictures and kept us inform even though we did not live in Phoenix at the time. We have had such an amazing experience! Thank you Shane and Ben for your eagerness to provide us with such an awesome home buying experience.

Worst first time homebuying experience for my family.

My initial contact person with the builder was very responsive to calls and texts and walking me through the process. When I actually got into the home, I was instructed to send emails to the identified email address. I got an auto reply that someone would get back to me within 48 hours. Weeks went by without me hearing from anyone. I saw one of the building managers around working on the neighbor's home and he handled some things personally for me. that was helpful. So, overall, the system has some gaps that need to be addressed; however, there were several individuals within the company that helped make things smooth for me. I really appreciated how transparent our Project Manager (Alex) was throughout the process.

Had a great experience buying our second home from khov.

For 13 yrs, I worked for a homebuilder that also had their own mortgage company so this whole experience was pretty familiar. This time however I was the customer, not the loan processor !!

My sales rep Heba was excellent she updated me every week up until my closing

The home is wonderful. The initial construction lead was not forthcoming about timing delays. When he was replaced, everything seemed to get back on track.
