Have been very happy with our new home. Upgraded one toilet to a name brand, our choice. So far no issues with anything else.

Home buying was very easy. Every person I worked with was very professional.

The time frame was prefect and right on-time moved in before Halloween, before the big holidays.

Lois and Carlos was such a pleasure do deal with. Every time we had a question or an issue they were Johnny on the spot to answer any questions or concerns as well as issues when we moved in. The experience as a hole dealing K Hovnanian was a great one. I would suggest a new home buyer to buy a K Hovnanian home.

The buying process went as smooth as it could possibly go I believe. This was my first time buying a house so I wasn’t not familiar with the process but I do think that Jacqui did a great job with staying in touch with me and explaining things.

The process during our home purchase process was very smooth. We are happy with what we got. The team was always very responsive and has been helpful even after our move in.

Very good experience from the very beginning of the process to buy our new house. The sales consultant, Kathy, was amazing. She worked with us to get exactly what we wanted and needed. We would have not buy our house if it was not for Kathy's amazing help and assistance. The quality of the homes built is very good, we choose KHovnanian because we had already built our previous house with them in another subdivision and were so very happy with it that decided to build another one with them again in another part of town. The entire building experience was phenomenal, Nick, the construction manager assisted us through out the entire construction, he went the extra mile for us until the end. My wife and I met Carlos at pre-Sheetrock stage. He was very professional and easy to work with. He took his time to understand our needs and walk through each question we had during the completion of our home. He was very approachable and reachable each time we had a question and/or identified areas needing attention. His knowledge and expertise on the construction, technical topics and building codes of the home was very welcoming as a home buyer. My wife and I have purchased several homes over the years (custom and pre-builds) and the KHOV experience with Carlos as our Home/ Project Building Manager was the most pleasurable and satisfying experiencing in completing our home purchase. Sales process was efficient/quick and Joshua the sales agent is very knowledgable and responsive during the sales process. Eli, the construction head was key in my purchase decision as well - he was available to help answer questions quickly. After the sale, Howard in Customer Service has been great.

K. Hovnanian made the home buying process easy for us. As with any large project, nothing ever goes perfectly but thankfully all issues pointed out during the walk throughs were relatively minor and they were quickly addressed and/or corrected by the time we moved in. Since we've moved in we've encountered a few other issues which we've communicated to our service manager and he's been very responsive to our concerns. As for the 4 star rating on the quality of workmanship and materials, I'd say 90% of the work done was great, but there were a few instances of finishing touches which could have been better such as the painting detail around the stair railings. Again, mostly minor things, but still somewhat important for a home at this price point. As for the 4 star rating for the value for the price paid, it's mainly an opinion on my part for what I believe to be inflated home prices due to the economy/market, but it is very much in line with current prices for similar homes in this particular area. All that being said, we love our home and our neighborhood. If we ever move again, we will definitely be looking to build with K. Hovnanian again. ... More

Generally responsiveness to issues is great but recently our garage door has been malfunctioning and it’s been a few weeks and still no one has come to address it and we have to reach out several times. We get unsatisfactory replies and no follow through with the warranty person. Lastly the entrance to our community has dead landscaping which doesn’t set the right tone for our subdivision. We have mentioned this as well with no addressing of the issue.

Susan in the sales office was great to work with. Very helpful and friendly. I never felt pushed by her as some people in sales can be. As for craftsmanship, there are things that I have found. My walls have rounded corners. One is dented and it is not easily fixable. I find scratches and dings on doors. I know they were there prior to moving in because they are painted over. Paint splatters on windows. Caulking higher on window frames then it should be. All little things that the contractor and whoever else inspects work should catch. It's workers being sloppy.

From start to finish K Hovanian made it simple and pain-free.

From the initial purchase to final move in, our purchase went without a hitch. Though not perfect, of course, the quality and value of our home has been very good. The builder’s team on the construction side just before and immediately after we moved in, was conscientious and helpful. We have been in our home for a short time, and, while we have a list of items that need attention, some have already been addressed in a decent timeframe.

First and foremost, I want to commend Joshua, Eli and Howard for their outstanding support throughout the entire journey. They are patient, attentive, and always available to address my questions and concerns, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, their dedication to customer service is evident in every interaction. Whether it was promptly returning calls, coordinating service, or guiding us through specific questions in our home, everyone we encounter demonstrates a high level of expertise and a sincere desire to make this experience positive for me. Upon visiting the site, I prepared for the customer service to bad as when I visit others. But to my surprise I was greated with such positive energy from April and her team, they made me feel at home. The process was easy and they worked with till the closing. It went so smooth and fast I am still in shock. Closing was less then 3 weeks. Needless to say, we are glad to be a part of the community.

The builder here was great... He was responsive and informative. He listened to my concerns and did everything he could with-in his boundaries.

We are very pleased with our K.Hovnanian home. There are some issues that need to be addressed but they’re minor. Everyone we have worked with has been very helpful and easy to get ahold of.

Both Kade and Lisa were very helpful throughout our building process and always addressed our questions promptly. Both are great assets to KHov.

The entire KHov team was outstanding. Responsiveness, detailed, and trustworthy. I would recommend this house buying experience to anyone interested in a hustle free property acquisition process.
