The purchase process was easy and everyone was very professional. I would recommend K.Hov to anyone looking to move to the VA area. The builder was very informative during the gold key walk through and thoroughly explained what to expect once we move in and explained the appliances to us such as how to winterize our home, how to shut off the gas, water and anything else helpful we may need to know incase of an emergency with the gas or water.

Good service and very professional staff

The process of buying the house was easy. It was my first house and the seller was very patient, providing me with all the information upfront and sending me update regularly while they were building the house. Also I got to visit it many times and was informed of all the features. I even made a change in the middle of the construction, I add tiles to a bedroom instead of carpet. The seller and the builder agreed to do it, thank to good communication and flexibility. I highly recommend them. From my sales person to my upgrade design consultant, my mortgage consultant, my construction manager, the quality of my new home, it was all quite easy and a wonderful experience. KHOV, has a great team that truly care about their buyers.

Great building experience with khov

My home buying experience was amazing, The KHOV team made it happen in three weeks from the application day to close and I was truly amazed on how well they communicated with each other and with me. I would recommend the KHOV team to everyone for a hassle-free home buying experience.

After nearly 2 years of looking for our first home, K Hovnanian was the blessing for which we were waiting. It started with April, the salesperson, really listening to our situation and helping lead me to see what we really needed and with their mortgage company was able to afford the house we needed. The quality of the home was the best of the hundreds I had looked at over the years. That level of service continued through the lending team, insurance team, and still to this day with the warranty team. Truly has been a great experience buying our first home with KHOV.

We had a very pleasant experience with Nick and Kody our building managers who assisted us when walking through of new home during the building process and gold key orientation. There was multiple follow ups after closing to ensure every was going well and to answer our questions. We highly recommend this builder for their quality of build and customer service attentiveness. The salesman Josh was excellent. Low key ( no hard sell), knowledgeable and responsive. Workmanship on the home was excellent, and when there was one problem the construction foreman Dave had it fixed prior to us having to point it out. Highly recommend KHovnanian.

The quality and value of our new home is awesome. The grand room with the open concept is inviting for family. The subdivision is inviting and welcoming.
