The entire process from purchasing the lot, to choosing the model design, to choosing of options, to the financial aspects, to moving in, to follow up with any issues has been very good. All the contact people have been very nice, professional and helpful throughout the entire process!!

From the moment we agreed to purchasing our home in January 2022 up until our home was delivered in August 2022, my husband and I enjoyed every step of the home buying and home building experience! K.Hovnanian literally walks you through the entire process, providing your future homes’ information while answering any questions you may have. Even now that we are living in our beautiful new constructed home, K.Hovnanian are STILL answering our questions and making sure all our concerns are being responded to. I like to thank Mike, Tonia Adam for their part in making the transition into our new K-hov home and new community relatively easy. They were there to answer questions and to help in any way they could. Kudos to Adam on insuring that the after-service issues are taken care of in a timely manner. I am pleased.

Overall buying experience was excellent, some issues in communicating from project build, like we were not called about initial walk thru before drywall was put up and getting the warranty information on home

Overall, a great experience! As a first time home buyer, the process was very smooth. There were a few misunderstandings with the optional building choices that got cleared up quickly. Sparky and his team was always there to help and answer whatever crazy questions I had. Yoli was very sweet and checked in with me even while on maternity leave! Jamie was also amazing!!!! I continue to recommend friends and family to go with KHOV as I felt secure throughout the entire process. Only complaint was material shortages and that was no fault of the company.

People with KV Homes were really nice. Very professional.

The overall process was fabulous. As stated prior, the home construction industry has many challenges. The management of resources, manpower and supplies to deliver a new home in a timely fashion is paramount. The KHOV production team has done a great job staying on top of the issues and resolving quickly. The execution of the construction phase, being managed by Tom and Jeff has been excellent amongst the challenges. It's not an easy job, but their transparency and professionalism is a welcome sight.

all in al a very good and easy easy thanks to Tracy in the selling are and Joe as our construction head. They've always returned out emails and dealt with things and keep us abreast al throughout the building process

The Sales Consultant (Becky) was very pleasant and awesome. She was always there to answer any questions / challenges we had, willing to help with our overall experience throughout the process. The construction manager (Blue) and the assistant (Ramiro) too were good. Ramiro is an awesome guy and friendly. Our friends love our house and desire to have something like this for their next houses when ready. On the Khov Mortgage side, we didn't have quite a good experience especially with the delay in getting rates on time which eventually led to higher rate from their side but we got our rate which is less from another provider. We had a great experience with K. Hovnanian. The people are great to work with, the quality of the home is excellent as well as top of the line features in the home.

Overall experience was great Quality of paint job was terrible I’m not happy with the way my interior paint was done inside my home nothing like the model home

From beginning to end Elizabeth made my very first home buying experience one to remember!! She was extremely responsive throughout the whole process and kept me informed every step of the way. Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure that I understood all the information given to me, and always made it clear that I could reach out to her if I ever had any questions. She really does care! For that I am forever grateful! K. Hovanian is extremely lucky to have Elizabeth on their team!

It was an amazing experience. Many of my friends had thought about the deadline to close and behold, it was finished on time. I love the master bedroom and the beautiful lawn and quietness.

I know KHovnanian from New Jersey they are one of the known builders so I have full trust on them. I buy my home online I never been in Texas before I purchase my home, but my sales manager Ms. Lacey made it easy she provides every information that needed, and I am happy with her service until now. I move to Dallas sub since work started in my building, so I am well aware each and every work progress and quality of materials used for building my home. Building material quality is good but the appliances what they provided are the poor quality I am hoping they should improve in this area they provided GE appliances of least quality not sure how long it last but not satisfied with it. Other than that, I have not had any issues during my home building and even after. I finance my home from them which makes my closing very easy also Warrant team so responsive I got very quick response and most of things fixed very quickly. Overall it’s good experience, I would recommend KHOV builder to my friends.

My experience had it's ups and downs but the team that I worked with was amazing. They listened to my concerns and addressed all of them.

It was a very good experience .. Dodie, Rob & Chris are their for all needs an questions . All 3 are very hands on !
