Could not be happier with our mortgage team.

The knowledge of the employees and the fact that they stayed on top of things at all times. They were easy to reach out to and communicate with.

This was our first time as homeowners and maybe we just got really lucky, but the process was smooth and communication from both builder, lender and our sales consultant was great. The Khov staff really made the biggest difference for us in being able to help us feel confident in the process and being able to set expectations and walk us through what to expect and understand. Only areas of feedback is that even though we did our walk through, we identified minor areas where we missed paint touch up or small holes showing by the doors, but luckily, they’re all in areas you won’t notice as much. But at least everything we covered during orientation was addressed and taken care of. We love our home and we’re proud to share that we have a Khov home to create memories in! ... More

Overall great experience that we would do again

Great customer service. All concerned were very helpful throughout the entire build process as well as after move-in.

So far so good. We’ve had a few issues as expected with new build. Items are being addressed in a reasonable timeframe and professionally.

Nice and quiet neighborhood

We have built from other contractors and had nightmares. our experience with K.Hovnanian was the extreme opposite. From the moment we met with Dodie, the company's First Face, to Robert the Foreman, to Jimmy, a contractor - we were pleased 100%.Each and every one knew the product, were extremely helpful and professional and we continue to interact with them after our move-in. We decided to finance with K.Hovnanian and were also pleased. Karie, our first contact, guided us through each step. Closing was smooth and seamless thanks to the closing agents. All in all we have had a very positive experience and highly recommend to anyone. Our community here at Waterstone is growing and so far we have met great people. The only negative is one that leads to the material side: As a woman I want things to match in the bathrooms and throughout; i.e., satin or shiny in all hardware - not mixed. A choice of appliance upgrades would be nice. The ones in the home are just ok and we replaced right away. Lastly are the front doors - they open out, not in. Unlike souther Florida, hat feature isn't required in this part of Florida so we would like at the very least to have had the option to open in as it is much more welcoming. ... More

My construction manager, Charlie, communicated with me throughout the building process and was quick to respond if I had any issue, even after I had moved in. The sales team in the office, Brenda and Lisa, were kind, friendly extremely competent, quick to help with questions or concerns.

I would recommend them. However we would have liked a certain level upgrade to the back yard (this was the third new house we purchased, but the only one with zero upgrade to the backyard).

Great service, if there was anything we needed we were able to get in contact with someone to discuss everything

The agents involved and most especially, the Mortgage folks were incredibly communicative and responsive. While any new home has some "growing pains" everyone has, so far, been incredibly on point at addressing some very minor details.

Quality of Material not excellent

Patty was amazing helping us through the process. She was attentive to our every need and helped out as best she could, going the extra mile all the time!

Our experience with Khov went very smooth from the beginning. From our great customer experience with the knowledable Melissa who helped us choose the best house options for us, the design center appointment (we were able to mix and match whatever options we wanted, the basic options are basic but still nice enough where you can deal with it temporarily until your ready to upgrade it on your own time), to our amazing building manager Steve who kept us informed and walked us through the whole process. There were a few minor bumps in the road for example the carpet installation wasn't the best (few installed corners look rough not smooth and you can tell by the stairs where they cut a piece of carpet and tried to blend it in with the rest)shutters are still on back order (we were informed of this from the beginning due to COVID and supply shortages) and missed appointments with repairs afterwards to the siding (We were told siding repairs were going to be done in a few occasions and no one ever showed). Thankfully Dominic our building was on top of it all and smoothed things over. Overall communication was excellent. and we LOVE our new home! I would recommend anyone to build with Khov anytime. ... This is a great builder.

I have to say the best part of the buying/building experience was the Sales team, Neesha and Claire. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have done it without them for so many reasons. I had never done this before and they were so patient and friendly through the entire process. I was there almost daily throughout the building and never once did I annoy them with my visits and millions of questions, but instead they welcomed it! I am super indecisive and they helped my indecisiveness and guided me off their experiences both professionally and personally with building. They made the experience so much less stressful than I think it could have been or expected. Scott andJoe from construction were both incredible as well at answering questions. we have received good support and guidance from the sales manager. They provided weekly updates on the construction status. wherever any delay happened due to delay with construction materials, this was clearly communicated to us. Even in this challenging time with shortage of construction material, the house was completed on time without much delay or any cost increase to customer. Quality product delivered on time! As a new home buyer we had lot of questions and which were all clarified patiently by the sales manager. Kudos! we expect to get same level of support from the warranty support team as well. ... I was well informed about the challenges the market is experiencing. Even with all the challenges with brick and lumber KHOV completed my home almost on time.
