This was our first house, and we had a smooth buying process with good communication from the Sales, Construction, Builder Mortgage and Administrative teams. We had some challenges with the Design Studio but overall, it went well amid the Covid pandemic. Sales personnel did a good job explaining us of the overall process and walking us thru all the available options which helped us with our decisions from start to closing. Our builder was a very experienced builder and had tons of patience to hear us and explain us in detail. Had the pleasure of working with Michael, who sold us the home. It was our first home purchase so it was a little nerve wracking but he made sure to explain everything to us to make sure all our concerns were addressed.

Living 4 hours away while building was made so much easier when dealing with Josh in Sales and Dave, the construction manager. I received weekly photos and updates. I also appreciated Logan’s attention to concerns. The only issues have been with certain materials - example, the kitchen sink is cheap and very shallow (I do however like the Moen fawcetts.). The garage door is also cheaply made, it is very noisy, but it looks good. Basically, I give construction a very high rating, but not so much on basic materials. The sales team here in Madera was great. Brian always took care of our questions and needs. The lending team which included Lorena and Linda were amazing and so easy to work with even through all the little hiccups. I was nervous about working with someone so remote for our loan but they exceeded my expectation and I really hope they get recognized for their great work and I’m sure it’s not just with my loan I am very appreciative.

Kyle and Clay where both top notch in their professionalism and timely responses. Kyle especially made our purchase a better experience. I would have liked to have seen higher quality cabinets with dovetailed joints and roller bearing glides for this price range.

My new house is beautiful. My wife and I love it. One thing we don’t satisfy is the yard. It is bumpy.

I think there is a lot of integrity in this company. I don't feel like anyone is trying to get away with the absolute minimum, or trick me. They have been really receptive about all of my concerns and really just want me to be happy and comfortable in my new home. I adore Tamara, Jose, Eduardo, and Lloyd. All of them have been totally wonderful and accommodating. My only real concern has been the sloppy handy-work throughout the house. There are a lot of small things that were done sloppily. However, they have been more than willing to come and fix everything I'm not satisfied with. It looks like the crew was in a rush, which sounds like the case considering how quickly they've been selling/building these houses. I think it would benefit the company to slow down on the builds so that they don't have to come back and fix the numerous mistakes later. I do also wish they varied the home designs a little more. The entire process working with KHOV has been postitive.Elizabeth ,our sales rep has been most thorough from the start, working with my wife & I on selections,providing timely & reasonable dates for homeowner inspections,returning calls & texts as needed.The project manager for the site Casey, is also attentive with the building process & has a professional demeanor working with the homeowners.After our settlement,we have had some minor punch list items & the KHOV service center call in follow up with the local rep Cody to schedule the appropriate tradesman to address & correct is efficient .

This is the first new tract home I have purchased after building my own home, and buying existing homes. KHOV exceeded my expectations. there were a few issues as expected, but they were handled professionally and promptly. Very please with my purchased

The experience was surprisedly not stressful. Michelle was wonderful to work with. As a new home owners. She walked us through the whole entire process and told us what to expect.

Overall great experience as a first time buyer..

The buying process was smooth from beginning to end. Everyone was nice and willing to help. After moving in however, so many could have been done a little better. The concrete they used for the garage was crap and getting epoxy is what mage us discover this. Cleaning before handing over keys would have been better

Everything went smooth and every time I had a question and or a concern the female sale agent at the model house was very nice sweet and Polite

From the beginning when inquiring about the homes to the loan process and then the signing the staff was there for me every step of the way. Every time I had a question or concern the staff a KHovnanian were there to help put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend.

Sales person Vicky was OUTSTANDING!! Very responsive and pleasant!! The building process was VERY well coordinated by Dave! Never a day without someone working on it!! Delivery was on time!!

We are very happy with our home. We love it. There are a few minor issues that came up during the process, but overall we are very satisfied with the work that was done.
