The home buying experience was fairly seamless

We got this home just around a month back. Overall we are very much satisfied. though there was a delay in closing the home the assistance we received from the construction manager and the realtor is extremely good. Overall the quality of the construction is pretty much decent and we didn’t find any major issues so far and this is what a homeowner requires thank you very much for all your assistance and good luck.

Great workmanship , everything done right according to the plans. Just a few issues as expected with a new house but very happy overall.

The home is beautiful and we are so happy with everything The only problem after a month we are still waiting on missing screens that have been promised week after week.

The overall experience with KHov was great. Larissa and Tamira help us with the process and they were always available for us. They answered every question we had diligently.

This was our first house, and we had a smooth buying process with good communication from the Sales, Construction, Builder Mortgage and Administrative teams. We had some challenges with the Design Studio but overall, it went well amid the Covid pandemic. Sales personnel did a good job explaining us of the overall process and walking us thru all the available options which helped us with our decisions from start to closing. Our builder was a very experienced builder and had tons of patience to hear us and explain us in detail. Had the pleasure of working with Michael, who sold us the home. It was our first home purchase so it was a little nerve wracking but he made sure to explain everything to us to make sure all our concerns were addressed.

Living 4 hours away while building was made so much easier when dealing with Josh in Sales and Dave, the construction manager. I received weekly photos and updates. I also appreciated Logan’s attention to concerns. The only issues have been with certain materials - example, the kitchen sink is cheap and very shallow (I do however like the Moen fawcetts.). The garage door is also cheaply made, it is very noisy, but it looks good. Basically, I give construction a very high rating, but not so much on basic materials. Very nice people. Kept me well informed as I was out of state. Answered all questions quickly.

The sales team here in Madera was great. Brian always took care of our questions and needs. The lending team which included Lorena and Linda were amazing and so easy to work with even through all the little hiccups. I was nervous about working with someone so remote for our loan but they exceeded my expectation and I really hope they get recognized for their great work and I’m sure it’s not just with my loan I am very appreciative.

Kyle and Clay where both top notch in their professionalism and timely responses. Kyle especially made our purchase a better experience. I would have liked to have seen higher quality cabinets with dovetailed joints and roller bearing glides for this price range.

My new house is beautiful. My wife and I love it. One thing we don’t satisfy is the yard. It is bumpy.

I think there is a lot of integrity in this company. I don't feel like anyone is trying to get away with the absolute minimum, or trick me. They have been really receptive about all of my concerns and really just want me to be happy and comfortable in my new home. I adore Tamara, Jose, Eduardo, and Lloyd. All of them have been totally wonderful and accommodating. My only real concern has been the sloppy handy-work throughout the house. There are a lot of small things that were done sloppily. However, they have been more than willing to come and fix everything I'm not satisfied with. It looks like the crew was in a rush, which sounds like the case considering how quickly they've been selling/building these houses. I think it would benefit the company to slow down on the builds so that they don't have to come back and fix the numerous mistakes later. I do also wish they varied the home designs a little more.
