I know KHovnanian from New Jersey they are one of the known builders so I have full trust on them. I buy my home online I never been in Texas before I purchase my home, but my sales manager Ms. Lacey made it easy she provides every information that needed, and I am happy with her service until now. I move to Dallas sub since work started in my building, so I am well aware each and every work progress and quality of materials used for building my home. Building material quality is good but the appliances what they provided are the poor quality I am hoping they should improve in this area they provided GE appliances of least quality not sure how long it last but not satisfied with it. Other than that, I have not had any issues during my home building and even after. I finance my home from them which makes my closing very easy also Warrant team so responsive I got very quick response and most of things fixed very quickly. Overall it’s good experience, I would recommend KHOV builder to my friends.

My experience had it's ups and downs but the team that I worked with was amazing. They listened to my concerns and addressed all of them.

It was a very good experience .. Dodie, Rob & Chris are their for all needs an questions . All 3 are very hands on !

We loved working with Rick and Ralph! They were both always so responsive and extremely helpful throughout the process. We got constant updates which was awesome :)

David , James and Raphael were great team of people to work with.

Paula is a true asset to Khov. She follows through with everything she says she will do. Her personality and kind nature puts you at ease. Thank you Paula for everything. Ross with the Finance part is terrific too. Always answers back with questions we had. Scott is the man when we had to do our walk through. Quiet but you can trust he will get things right. Thank you what a great team.

Love the home happy I chose khov

The sales reps Kelly and Steven made the home buying experience exceptional. They both were helpful and always gave honest and helpful information through the entire process. I would recommend Khovnanian homes and communities to my friends and family. My children and I love our new home.

Overall I'm happy the way how it turned out. there's some minor issues but the person is responsive to address the issue.

I love the responsiveness of the construction manager and the sales agent at Legends Bay. Awesome team

Sales team was great, once moved in I had issues with sheet rock cracking 3 times so far and just the little things missing like a screw in a light fixture, no shower rods upstairs, also no anchor in wall for the toilet paper holder. The teams responsiveness to these issues was very fast and they take care of the issues.

I’d recommend them to prospective homebuyers.

Our sales rep Bina was Amazing and was in constant contact with us every step of the process. She made sure all of our needs were taken care of. She was the highlight of our entire home buying experience! Also, our building manager James made our experience throughout the process very easy and made sure we were satisfied from start to finish.

Samantha and Michael were great to deal with, always prompt to respond and willingness to help. In the home stretch both Estevan and and Angel coordinated well to ensure any issues with the construction of the house and outstanding items were fixed. Overall a great experience.

Truly happy with the overall experience from start to finish. Made adjustments for me when asked, and was attentive to my needs.

The construction rep, and sales agents were great. The construction rep in particular was excellent. He maintained communication and was trustworthy and friendly in addressing the few minor issues I had. I appreciate that this builder keeps the area clean during on-going construction and is considerate of those who are actively living in the community while it is being built.

Was looking for a new 55+ community and Scottsdale Heights checked all the boxes. Beautiful and excellent location in beautiful homes!

Good homes Less choices to select Finishing is not great

Building shortages caused us to change a few things but overall the house was completed and we love it! Few thing here and there but the warranty department has been on top of it.

We’ve had quite a few issues to resolve with the warranty coverage and it’s been a little difficult to get someone out at a reasonable time of the day. There’s been numerous occasions that my wife or I take off work and the individual has not arrived in the scheduled window time frame.
