Samuel and Lisa did a great job keeping me informed on every step

It was my first home the process went fairly smooth. There was a few bumps in the road and getting it resolved was a bit of a hassle. But overall happy with the new home.

Buying/closing experience went well. Builder was clearly rushed to deliver home. Items found after closing should have been addressed prior to settlement. Work towards the end was sloppy in places.

Great experience with buying our first home. The ladies in the office, Alissa and Eva, were awesome! Always ready to help or answer our questions. They kept us up-to-date on the progress of the house throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend a KHovanian house to anyone.

The fiance department was not great experience infact it was awful. However Allison the sales rep and her partner were absolutely amazing and helped us get everything we needed and were able to clear cut answers. I would absolutely go through her again.

Brandon and Chris have been great. I knew I wanted the house house they helped make it happen. The few small things that have come up they have been responsive too. I'm please to have built with KHov, and as a Realtor will continue to send my clients that way.

My new home has been quite the process and has left me with many things to reflect on. Just like any process set-backs will occur especially during a pandemic but I’m pleased with the results. I must say that any issue that arose, KHOV resolved it in a timely fashion. If your looking for accountability and customer service, look no further.

My construction manager, Charlie, communicated with me throughout the building process and was quick to respond if I had any issue, even after I had moved in. The sales team in the office, Brenda and Lisa, were kind, friendly extremely competent, quick to help with questions or concerns.

The agents involved and most especially, the Mortgage folks were incredibly communicative and responsive. While any new home has some "growing pains" everyone has, so far, been incredibly on point at addressing some very minor details.

Our experience with Khov went very smooth from the beginning. From our great customer experience with the knowledable Melissa who helped us choose the best house options for us, the design center appointment (we were able to mix and match whatever options we wanted, the basic options are basic but still nice enough where you can deal with it temporarily until your ready to upgrade it on your own time), to our amazing building manager Steve who kept us informed and walked us through the whole process. There were a few minor bumps in the road for example the carpet installation wasn't the best (few installed corners look rough not smooth and you can tell by the stairs where they cut a piece of carpet and tried to blend it in with the rest)shutters are still on back order (we were informed of this from the beginning due to COVID and supply shortages) and missed appointments with repairs afterwards to the siding (We were told siding repairs were going to be done in a few occasions and no one ever showed). Thankfully Dominic our building was on top of it all and smoothed things over. Overall communication was excellent. and we LOVE our new home! I would recommend anyone to build with Khov anytime. ... I have to say the best part of the buying/building experience was the Sales team, Neesha and Claire. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have done it without them for so many reasons. I had never done this before and they were so patient and friendly through the entire process. I was there almost daily throughout the building and never once did I annoy them with my visits and millions of questions, but instead they welcomed it! I am super indecisive and they helped my indecisiveness and guided me off their experiences both professionally and personally with building. They made the experience so much less stressful than I think it could have been or expected. Scott andJoe from construction were both incredible as well at answering questions. Though home took 2 additional months to close, it was understandable based on market and material conditions. Very happy with our home and the sales and service teams.

We had a great experience with KHOV and got lucky with this wonderful home in the crazy Texas market that we’ve been experiencing. Every time we found something incorrect during the build process, our construction manager was quick to have it resolved. We are happy in our new home!

As buyers from out of state, we really depended on Sal and Vanessa, and they have been outstanding to work with and really made what already is a very stressful time, really great, they are great partners and we thank them for their support

My overall experience was great! They kept me well informed during the whole process, and once the purchased was completed they took care of all small little issues in a timely matter, it was very easy to communicate with them. Very happy with my new home.
