Everyone was kind, pleasant, and very understanding and easy to work with. Love our new home!

This was our first plunge into a new construction home purchase, and so I was a bit apprehensive early on. As the process moved along, however, my mind went to ease. There were definitely a few issues that popped up over the course of development/construction, but they were addressed promptly. I am mostly satisfied with the quality of materials used, but I believe there is room for improvement with the quality of trades work, particularly carpentry and plumbing. We had an excellent experience buying our home from K. Hovnanian. The Reps were extremely helpful and attentive to every detail. The construction team sent us text updates with pictures through out the building process that we found very helpful and informative. We love our new home.

The only issues I have are small. The laminate flooring scratches VERY easily, the pre-installed LED lights are terribly bright, and the back porch seems like it could have been made 18-20 inches wider without any issues (I have the sunroom bump-out option). Besides those I don't really have any complaints. Deb and Joe are professional and easy to get along with.

The construction team of Mick and Shea was outstanding.

Sales information telling me house would be back on market the next day saved me miles/hours/days of continued searching in a very tight buying market. Home was ready to move into post closing. Each level of contact with KHOV staff was helpful and professional thru the entire process.

Heba our sales consultant and Scott our warranty guy are both amazing. They made sure that all our needs are met. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable at our new home. They seem to pride themselves for what they do. Even the financial department they were all amazing people, they didn't give us a hard time and it was smooth sailing throughout the approval process. It was a pleasure working with them. We were fortunate to have this team working with us to help us get our dream house.

THE PROS KHov takes pride in their work and everyone that we've come into contact with at this company has been genuinely very nice people, and that has been the highlight of our experience. The onsite construction manager, Robert, has especially been quite amazing in helping us to handle minor issues that have come up. Every time I see him, he asks me how everything is going with the house and if I mention anything, he's quick to take a look and help where he can. The few times we needed to call in minor issues, it was taken care of very quickly and oddly (yes, it's very rare) all the workers were very nice people who cared. We're genuinely shocked by that, especially being here in Florida where most are very rude and often don't care. The oven is decent as well as the Microwave. Windows seem to be very nice and decent quality. Floors and carpet are done well and look very nice. All closet doors are real doors with door handles, which is a very nice feature of the home. It has 1" granite counters that look very nice in the kitchen. Garage door and opener are decent quality as well as the water irrigation system. Hurricane shutters came with the home and are in good order. Kitchen cabinets seem to be made with mid-grade to low quality materials, but we’re putting it in the pro category because they look superb and good quality hardware is used, like the long stainless steel handles and slow-close hinges. There was much kitchen cabinet space. The architecture is great, using the space well, creating closets and laundry room in logical locations and owners' closet is spacious. The landscaping, though simple, was very nice and 2 oak trees were planted in the back yard. THE CONS We wish the appliances were a little better, the Fridge was way too small and the dishwasher is so basic that it doesn't really clean the dishes. The faucets and shower heads are very basic, but work fine. House trim is basic. The paint seems to be very cheap; it looks good, but it damages or comes off easily. OVERALL EXPERIENCE Although there is a mix of good quality vs. low quality materials/appliances, we are overall very satisfied with the home and especially with the service. Robert has especially been extremely helpful, not only in helping us get issues taken care of, but he has even spent some time educating us about certain things of the house. He is the main reason we have been recommending KHOV to our friends and family and will continue to do so. I hope Khov is taking care of him, treating him as an essential part of their operation and recognizing how greatly his leadership contributes to their success. Love my new space!

We overall had a good experience with our home build. The only real problems we had were delays. Our closing was delayed 4 months. Just a few hiccups along the way which is normal for construction. Everyone has been so nice and helpful.

It was great working with Ray. I would recommend K Hov homes to anyone looking for a new home.

Beautiful new home...but then they do a SLOPPY job on the garage..particularly the steps leading into the house. It looks like they just slapped something together. So too with the guys laying the sod --not very prideful of their work. We had issues with he MBR shower and the wall in our bedroom, part of which needs to be ripped out because of buckled seams. But all in all, we are very satisfied, The construction supervisor has been particularly helpful and very responsive. Excellent customer relations skills! So is the KHov customer service rep who is helping us address the two major issues mentioned above. There are sure to be problems with any new build. The quality of the materials and finishes is great, with some opportunities on the timing to fix small issues identified after the moving. The process of purchase went smoothly with a surprise at the end when the address number has changed which generated some impacts on the closing. There is still an issue with the gas metrics as is is wrongly assigned at PS&G so I will end up paying my neighbour invoice and vice versa. Support from Hovnanian is needed.

We have had a great experience working with the Khov team of Watson Creek. Everyone is very attentive and every issue that has arisen after our move in has been taken care of in a very timely manner.

Great company to do business with. Fast responses and always someone available to talk with. Would do business with again.

Every thing is ok

The entire process was great from the salesman, mortgage company and the construction manager and his team. All questions/concerns were addressed immediately during the construction phases. A minor concern is that several light bulbs (kitchen, bedroom, bathrooms, and exterior lights) all had to be replaced with the first week of moving in.

Great work done to the house. Very responsive in returning to the warranty request..

This is our third time to have a home built, KHovnanian was great to work with, the upgrades seemed a little on the high side but we do love our home.

We really enjoy(ed) working with Tom, he has always been a huge help in explaining & taking care of any minor issues we’ve had. Overall great experience thanks to him

The experience was great, but some things have been taking a while to get done. Which with covid19 it is understandable in some ways. Overall, the house is great and the process was great as well, it is a very nice home and no had/has no major issues. Would recommend to family/relative/friends/coworkers and anyone else.

Sales and construction manager were excellent

Bought the townhome in Union Park. The house is so well insulated we have not had the air conditioner on for several days in May. The customer service staff, account manager and construction supervisors have been fabulous to work with. They respond the same day to questions.
