Overall, a very positive experience and we are very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. Only negative was lack of flexibility to make even minor changes even 1 day after contract signed.

Excuses, excuses, excuses; we admired how Mr. Hovnanian achieved the American dream. We trusted your word. Signed closing documents on October 4, even though work was incomplete trusting what the Hovnanian brand stands for. Today it’s Nov 2, you should see the pictures and read the excuses as to why my home isn’t ready for occupancy.

Excellent home for the purchase price. Several delays in production and delivery.

For the "gold key" walk-through, the house is supposed to be finished and ready for closing. At our "gold key" walk-through, the house had significant issues and work outstanding that resulted in our closing date being moved several times at the last minute. This disrupted the moving process and created a very bad experience. There are also significant issues with work quality and craftsmanship as a result of inferior tradesmen performing the construction and work that has yet to be remediated more that 4 months after closing. The KH team did a great job.

Very poor sales person and construction manager. They make changes that they want to and does not value the buyer at The Parks at Rosehill.

Buying a home in Seabrook has largely been a great experience. The sales agent we dealt with from the beginning was great to work with and was always there for us and highly responsive. A definite '5' in everything! However, Covid and supply chain issues caused the home to be two months late. They could have handled that a little better. KHov then had some turnover and our home was part of a surge of homes being built as they finished the 120 home development. But we were patient with our home building process and fortunately they didn't rush completing our home. We are very happy in our new KHov home! ... More

First time home buyer should do more homework. I wish builder had shed more light into what’s needed and what not.

The model home had features that were not available/included in home purchase. (Bait and Switch) The interim construction manager (William S.) was uncommunicative, took no responsibility for issues, responded late or never to numerous attempts to highlight issues. We toured the home the day prior to closing and found appliances not installed, flooring incomplete (and out of stock), painting/grouting incomplete, shower door missing, and house not cleaned. When we did the walkthru, painting and cleaning was still in progress, solution to flooring was a temporary install of mismatched flooring until correct material was received. (Still waiting on that one month later.) Dishwasher was installed but did not function. (Resolved by GE Maintenance.) Outlets on island installed incorrectly and had to be moved to pass inspection. Pay more attention to small details

The professionalism, flexibility, consistent communication and positive attitude made an intimidating process easier to handle. we not only fell in love with the property we purchased, we cherished the customer service from the Khov team from the sales office to our construction supers to the mortgage department to post sale maintenance. even after the sale, they continue to stand by their builds! We love our home and our neighborhood.

Overall great experience with the purchase of my home. I would expect a home at this price point to have automatic garage door opener and sprinkler system to be standard. Other that that I’m extremely satisfied

My home buying experience has been pretty easy with the folks at K. Hov. It helps when you have your items in line and can make the process smoother for all. All of those I encountered during this process were very communicative and polite. Given the times we are in, a little kindness goes a very long way. I owe a few folks a THANK YOU gift!!

Cooperation and support from team member from sales to building managers. They are simply amazing!

I would like any one that purchased a home with a laundry room on the 3rd floor in the single door closet that they are aware of the trouble that the drip pan caused me with the installation. It took 5 different visits from Lowe’s and a KH plumber , and Garrett and Austin to help me finally get it installed. This was the worst headache ever having to deal with that for over a week.

Everything that we experienced was hands on any questions that we had they gladly answered and everything they said they were going to do they did it was total professionalism throughout our experience

There were a few hiccups, some due to weather and supply issues, the others were due to poor management during the build process. Overall we are happy with the product and would recommend KHov to any of our friends.

the first time we walked into the model home to the final walk through we were treated like we were the top priority. Everything was laid out in steps and followed. Issues were brought up right away and discussed no surprises. For the past year with all the shipping delays and product shortages we were kept in the loop at every point. They never raised the cost from what we discussed in The beginning. Great company. Great experience
