Kevin and Jasmine were wonderful to work with!

I purchased the home in April, pretty much virtually since my primary home is in the Northeast. My daughter and son-in-law who live in Phoenix visited the model and gave the thumbs up. The home is lovely for me and my husband as a second home. Getting items on the punch list addressed was a little rocky at first so I complained to Khov corporate office. Almost immediately, the warranty manager, Josh, came to the rescue and had all the items addressed at my next visit to the home. Everything turned out perfectly well. The garage service door looks like it was picked up from a junk yard and will be replaced at my next visit to AZ. All in all the home suits our needs as a second home and is perfect for that. My only issue, and this is my fault, is that the neighborhood once you leave the development looks very industrial. But in riding around AZ, it appears that there are many neighborhoods built in the middle of industrial zones. I might not have bought this home had I visited in person before buying. Tanner was outstanding! He was a pleasure to work with. In the building and construction phase he was organized and kept me informed in each phase of construction. Clear, concise in answering my questions, always willing to assist. Professional and knowledgeable. He is truly an asset to the company and should be promoted to higher rank and responsibilities. In the contract, selection and availability of options Susan was not always well versed on availability or options. I feel as some options were available to me that I was not made aware of and would have wanted to have in my home that I did not get. ... More

It’s great experience as first time buyer, process is very smooth and simple

We have no street lights tot lot and no trees.

The sales team is very attentive and easy to work with despite the various moving pieces. The neighborhood is super quiet which is a huge plus as it’s filled with mature and responsible working professionals. Overall home is good but the very small backyard is taking some time to get used to. I would have been ok with a smaller footprint for more backyard.

Sales person were very attentive and quick to help resolve any issues, only concern is the minimal customizing option once we select the pallets

My experience with the sales staff was fantastic. Diana and Connie were both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Our home is beautiful and we are overall happy with it. As with all new buildings we had a few issues that were promptly repaired and resolved.

Just moved into our brand new house. Fast and less stressful buying process. No issues with the house so far, we can’t wait to make new memories here! Highly recommend.

Carmel the sale consultant was great throughout the process and still will answer any question. she has excellent customer service skills.

The new construction house was okay. We had a lot of issues with our electrical system. We had to call several times. Our doorbell, microwave fuses will be short all the time.

I had very few problems after moving in and when I did Chris immediately returned my call and took care of it.

Simply love my new home and look forward to many years here.

The home is nice, I can tell there the materials are not top notch and some corners were cut. But, we are here now and the things that are done poorly we will just update on our end.

The overall experience was excellent! Would purchase with KHOV again and again, and again and would recommend to family and friends.

KHOV made the process of buying a home very easy. Being a young, first time homeowner, they were able to assist and answer any questions I had. Communication was made easy as they were responsive via text or email

Lady Karen was amazing! She was very supportive and informative throughout the whole process. She was FANTASTIC! The house was built extremely fast and we were overall please, the only downfall was that work from the contract trades was bad.

Sales Staff (Peter) is outstanding. John, building foreman also great. Promptly addressed all questions and issues. Pre-wiring was not my favorite experience. Need to provide better options in this modern digital society. Also, still concerned about roof deck & water issues associated with it.
