Great location, great sales service and maintenance services! Mid quality builders materials.

We love our house!! We bought a spec home but it feels like we designed it. It’s everything we want and more. Khov employees have been amazing through this whole process. We have no complaints.

Our salesperson Laura, was very good in giving an overview of the community and showing us lots that corresponded to our needs. She was always just a call away. Very responsive. Will, our construction manager, is very friendly and wants to make sure we are happy. We received a call weekly to keep us informed of the progress as our home was built If there was a need of a repair, he was on it. The mortgage process was easy and very organized

Shane, in sales, was excellent, He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and available for any of our questions or concerns. Very positive experience. Steve started with the construction and then Ben took over to the finish. Ben was awesome to work with. He listened to our questions and concerns and we knew they would be taken care of. Being that we were out of state we had full confidence in Ben handling our concerns. We couldn’t have been happier working with Shane and Ben in building our new home.

We've been in our new home for about a month and love it. We've had a few issues that are to be expected with new construction, but K Hov has been very helpful in getting those issues resolved and helping us have peace of mind.

So happy to become a new homeowner of khov. They have an amazing developer, builder, and home service team.

Our experience has been positive. We live in a construction area as new places are prepared for sale, so the noise, mess, and road issues exist temporarily. There is an effort to keep these things minimized. Everyone has been very helpful and informative, especially the builder's supervisors on site. Sometimes issues have lingered longer than we would like (since we like to get things done immediately), but they do get resolved. We are pleased to be here.

Everything was very easy except for the alarm contractor. I still can’t get the panel programmed.

It has been a really good experience, from meeting Damaris who helped with the sales to working with Mauricio., who has helped and guided us with settling into our home.

The entire process of building and buying our home went smoothly and without many issues at all! From picking out our finishes, seeing our foundation being poured, watching the house going up in its many stages, to our walk thrus and finally moving in, each stage we had great support and always had someone answering questions and guiding us as needed. We are so happy in our new home and thank everyone who helped to make it happen.

My New Year's resolution was to buy a new home and K. Hovnanian made this possible for me. As I was looking around, I stopped by the Retreat and the Aruba floor caught my attention for a number of reasons primarily the organization of the space. I knew that I will living in it one day and today I am enjoying the Aruba. My new home suits my personality, speaks to me, and brings me a ton of joy. Thank you K. We had a very positive experience with buying a Hovnanian home. Their sales rep was extremely courteous and helpful. They were quite flexible in accommodating our needs but within their standard offering. The house was ready on the due date and the closing was uneventful. All in all, this was a great buying experience.
