Very responsive when they want you to complete a survey , but then once you do, you are no longer their issue.

We could not be more happy with the quality of the workmanship and service we received in building our new home in Liberty Hill Farms from our sales agent Jackie to the manager of our home Daniel the communication was exceptional!! we absolutely love our new community and are thrilled with our decision to build with KHOV in Liberty Hill Farms.

Justin has been excellent in getting work scheduled under warranty no matter the scope of the job. It lends support to a large company like KHov, with many subcontractors, standing by the product they deliver.

The house is clearly a track build. There are a few disappointing items in the house which could’ve had a little bit more attention to detail where I understand the track build and not a custom build. There are so many issues that they just don’t seem to want to look at I hear so many new homeowners floors are sloping. Have they fixed the issue in the future homes that they’re building? They don’t seem to want to give an answer. They’re very uncommunicative after you move in.

The construction traffic can be testing at times,but thats only temporary! The screening makes a big difference with the bugs.

My experience with Khov at Liberty Hill Farms has been a positive one from the start. The sales team are super friendly and informative. I was walked through every step with Khov Mortgage team and supporting staff. It made the overwhelming process of buying a new home much easier due to everyone’s support. The warranty department has been responsive to all my questions in a quick manner. Love my home and the neighborhood. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!

Difficult to get an accurate date for townhome to be completed. Unit is very well built structurally, layout is great. The finish work inside is average. Air conditioning unit wired incorrectly, many interior paint issues, all doors need to be worked. There are additional items. Working with warranty team. They are very responsive. Trades should take more pride in their workmanship.

She was both helpful and kind as on-site contact. My only disappointment was feeling like I was on a treadmill infant-forward during the purchase, mortgage process.

Jackie and Daniel were amazing. Jackie walked me through the entire process and was incredibly helpful and responsive. The worksmanship that Daniel oversaw was top notch. We love our home and our community!

be careful with walk through

I found we were oversold the home, were made promises that were not kept, and had to continually watch every development in the home as builders cut corners, didn’t finish elements, etc. there was next to zero project management, incredibly poor communication and poor workmanship. One of the worst experiences I have had in my adult life.

The building process took 16 months . The paint on the inside is a joke . The riser on the inside steps are buckling and the paint is pealling off .

Our home is beautiful and we are overall happy with it. As with all new buildings we had a few issues that were promptly repaired and resolved.

I would never recommend this firm to anyone as they are the worst builder I have ever worked with.

The buying experience was not too difficult. The end product is not up to the standards we expected. The paint is not the best and cannot be wiped clean. The flooring is nothing like what seems to have been promised or maybe all buyers were misled. The flooring is totally substandard. Throughout the living room and kitchen is inferior vinyl flooring that shows every nick and indentation once furniture is placed upon it. I believe we were all led (or misled) to believe that for the price Khov was charging, the flooring would be of a harder, more durable laminate plank flooring. That’s what should have been installed! The carpets are acceptable for the moment but not best quality. The sod sheets used for the lawn look terrible. I could go on but I think you get the drift. ... More

This was honestly the worst homebuying experience that I could have ever imagined. Extremely poor quality, workmanship, construction managers, that had absolutely no idea what they were doing, timelines, consistently, not mad, mixed messaging, and extremely poor communication, highly unreliable subcontractors, unhelpful sales people.

Such potential for a beautiful neighborhood. Total lack of oversight and management shows. Each khov person does what they want, says what they want. There is no cohesion to this process. We quickly learned the salesperson wasn't invested in the process once the purchase agreement was done so the buyer has no advocate. Quality of workmanship depends on who your construction manager is and if there is a change during the build. Love the location and we love our home, just have to know once you accept it, there's no QC, no warranty team, no HOA involved. They are ghosts. Paint workmanship is just awful, unacceptable. ... More
