Enjoying living in The Lakes at Riverside

We had high expectations and we are people who aren’t easily impressed. So this review is genuine, fair and not earned easily by us. So I commend the Khov team: We overall had a transparent, timely, effective, communicative, supportive and overall quality experience. Ryan, our project/home manager went well above and beyond our expectations in each aspect and milestone of the home build. Be Assured Homes with Dave our home inspector was detailed oriented, high quality and professional, which aided Ryan’s work on the home to both ensure the home was high standard and high quality thus far (we moved in a few months ago). Ryan checked in regularly with us, got things done fast yet detailed, answered important questions quickly, supported us, and communicated with us throughout the build and afterwards. He truly cares and it showed. The other team members that helped at KHov went above and beyond as well above our expectations. Keep it up KHov and Ryan because I know for a fact other home owners will have these same things to say after their experiences with you in the future! ... More

We love our beach house !!! We are very happy with our new home. Shay and Mick were great with working with us and have continued to do so. We wouldn’t change a thing except we wish we would have put an outlet in our pantry to plug in a vacuum. Little things like that. Over all , it is just what we have been looking for.

We'd buy another KHov home in a second. The process was easy and the outcome is fabulous.

I built my first home with K Hov in NJ in 1988 and am thrilled they built my last home.

The overall process was very streamlined compared to other builders we’ve worked with. From the Sales Team to the mortgage group, the options coordinators and project construction managers each made the success of the process effortless.

The agents involved and most especially, the Mortgage folks were incredibly communicative and responsive. While any new home has some "growing pains" everyone has, so far, been incredibly on point at addressing some very minor details.

The construction team of Mick and Shea was outstanding.

Great quality, efficient service and informative and attentive sales team!

Overall buying experience was excellent. Numerous minor issues on delivery (hvac wiring, trim flaws, paint spatter, etc.).

The sales and construction teams have been great, very responsive. Overall, I think the quality is good and the house is well built. More attention could be paid to the wood trim/final painting. Cabinets, countertops and flooring were all good.

Both Ryan and Ben were great to work with! I felt like they were genuine and that they truly cared to help and answer my questions. Highly recommend both of them!

The houses are beautiful and the place is very nice, the neighbors are beautiful people too.

Overall, I had a pretty good experience with the whole building process.. There were some issues along the way.. Primarily communication regarding status updates and repairs.. I’m assuming due to job turnover… However, I just wanted to take a moment to recognize my loan processor, Ben B. He has been the best part of the entire building experience.. I say this because he was always prompt in informing me of any changes, he was always honest with me with good news or bad news (that awful interest rate spike), and he was always available to answer questions or explain terms I didn’t fully understand. He kept in contact with me every step of the way, and again helped me understand the how or why behind the decisions I needed to make financially. It is also very obvious that he stays privy to all areas of the process as there were several times I heard about construction delays or problems from him first.. Days in advance before hearing from the construction/sales coordinators.. Ben understood that communication was the most important aspect to me throughout the home buying process- as I could absolutely understand delays and hiccups that were inevitably going to occur- so long as those delays were communicated to me. Ben did a phenomenal job from start to finish, and I want to wholeheartedly thank him for his hard work and efforts that made buying a home with K. Hov a happy experience. It was pretty seamless from start to finish.

I’m pleased with my new home but certain issues were annoying. Only able to identify a few in walk through. The sod was laid very poorly with large gaps. Other homes were done correctly. No one was accountable. Dishwasher was missing parts and instead of replacing the parts were ordered. I had to request some manuals. After closing I noted numerous minor chips in the floor and locations indicate they were done on install. These will not be addressed.

Workmanship has been disappointing with the drywall and painting
