It is reasonably priced and they helped me with my closing cost. I know it’s not a buyers market but if you’re looking to buy a home, please use K. Hovanian. The builder is great and the warranty is exceptional!!!

From the initial visit and meeting with the K. Hovnanian representative, Kristina, to our actual move in date, the process of selecting a home was stress free. Though new to the State of Texas, we are not first time home owners and we knew exactly what we wanted. The Khov rep stayed in contact with us and answered any and all of our questions throughout the process. After nearly 2 years of looking for our first home, K Hovnanian was the blessing for which we were waiting. It started with April, the salesperson, really listening to our situation and helping lead me to see what we really needed and with their mortgage company was able to afford the house we needed. The quality of the home was the best of the hundreds I had looked at over the years. That level of service continued through the lending team, insurance team, and still to this day with the warranty team. Truly has been a great experience buying our first home with KHOV.

Our experience with the KHov sales team was absolutely amazing! Our sales associate Danielle was phenomenal. She was extremely attentive and compassionate through the highs and lows of our build journey. Jake was also really great! He and Danielle went above and beyond to ensure our closing date. Tania was amazing! Was there every step of the way, always answered any questions we had. Made the process very easy. Great experience!!!!

Todd was very helpful in walking us through upgrades and very patient with our queries. After we signed P&S , we met Chad who managed the built for us. He provided an update every week with pics and target for next week. Found him to be very informative and open in his communications, be it for delays or on track wins. Overall he completed our house 1 month before planned completion date. Around closing and after, we met Mike who is also a great guy with a keen eye for detail. Excellent experience overall and i would highly recommend them.

I will recommend to my friends to buy a house from khov without 2nd thought. Everything is good Trust, responsive and good house construction with good materials. Personal i like khov building construction.

Our home build went very smoothly from the initial discussions with Lacey and all the way through the build process with Jeff. There were minor supply delays at times but they kept working in other areas and we’re able to keep the build process moving forward. We actually finished 2-3 weeks sooner than we initially thought. Excellent process all around, we are more than happy in our new home and would recommend it to friends/family in the future!
