Everyone at KHovnanian have been very helpful and friendly from the beginning to the end in us acquiring our new home.

Our home build went very smoothly from the initial discussions with Lacey and all the way through the build process with Jeff. There were minor supply delays at times but they kept working in other areas and we’re able to keep the build process moving forward. We actually finished 2-3 weeks sooner than we initially thought. Excellent process all around, we are more than happy in our new home and would recommend it to friends/family in the future!

Great company to work with. Awesome designs and affordable plans. Amazing customer service and quick responsiveness for any issues or help when needed. Chad our Project Manager has been a pleasure to work with who is always available to answer any questions, provide timely updates and keep us in loop for any vendor follow ups. Very happy to select them for my happy future.

Always worked with us on a timely fashion as we lived out of state. From the phone calls , to setting up meetings, and the initial walk through. We worked with Lacy which was a joy in itself. We are excited to be living in a new home and neighborhood that represents such high standards. Having served on many public building additions and new builds this was a pleasant experience. Jeff and Skye made the final walk thru with us . We felt very welcomed, all questions were answered, and what little touch ups needed where taken care of.

Every single person we dealt with from Khov was fantastic. I have worked in several service oriented businesses and the Khov family gets it. We really were blown away with the open and constant communication. Nia was our first contact with Khov and She was superb at reaching out making sure we had no questions and consistent updates throughout our buying experience. Adam has continued to keep up with that communication and knowledge about our home that we need. We also opted to finance through Khov Mortgage after comparing them to a list of competition they earned our business. We have only had one issue with an appliance that was unfortunate but the team has done everything they could to make it right and we appreciate the effort put in by each of them. Our build with Khov was probably a good $75,000 less than comparable builds in our neighborhood by other builders...yet we received the same quality house as those (great materials, fixtures, paneled doors, etc). Perhaps there are a few less "bells and whistles" (not 8' interior doors, no coffers/crown molding), but we would make the same decision for the value every time. Amazing, amazing team from Todd in sales, to Jeff who built and Skai in warranty. Each has gone above and beyond whenever we have called on them, and you really feel valued as a member of the Khov family.

Donna and Chris were fantastic from start to finish. I never felt like my issues weren’t being handled. Communication was always on point.

My builder was efficient and always prompt with responses. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Communication has been open and professional from the beginning to closing and even after that. Issues come up with new builts and every issue was acknowledged, discussed, and solved. Every email and call were answered in timely manner. Issues need time to get resolved but we got feedback in every detail, with updates and timelines( that changed a lot and we were told about it). Excellent customer service, from sales person to builder and warranty personnell. I would recommend Khov.
