They really do care! Quality of materials is excellent and so is build quality. I can see that a lot of care was taken in putting everything together. I just had 2 minor items to fix after moving in and that was promptly taken care of by the warranty team. I'm extremely satisfied and definitely recommend K. Hovnanian Homes!

It was my pleasure throughout from visiting your website to getting my home keys it was great experience. I wanted to thank Lacey the sales consultant in the liberty community has been helpful since beginning from floor plan selection, bricks, upgrades etc. without her it would have been confusing to put everything on table. Secondly, builder were very professional and took care of each request that came post third party inspection, Jeff and Argelio did a great job by updating the status weekly and educate us throughout the whole building process. Mortgage & closing process was smooth. Definitely K. Hovanian is good brand and have a great employees who take care of customer during each step, given a chance I would buy again a home from K. Good quality for the price and good old fashioned honesty when it comes to updating me on my homes progress.

Everything from purchasing to building to living in our new home was an easy and exiting process thanks to K.Hov. Lacey our sales consultant was extremely helpful and made sure we got the house we always wanted. She was just as excited as we were every step of the way and sent us updates regularly. By the end of the process Lacey became like another family member that we got to share exciting updates with. Argelio our builder was also great! He would send us regular updates of our home and made sure that all of our concerns and questions were addressed. An excellent and prompt communications with Jared (Sales Consultant) have made a huge difference and very positive experience. He has provided an amazing customer service. Jared made the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in very easy. We got detail weekly video updates. We were moving from a different state and were not able to see anything in-person. Jared had promptly addressed all our inquiries and sent proofs (pictures). K. Hovnanian builder's team has done a great job and we moved on-time with NO issues.

What a great experience every step of the way. The sales team, the build team and the warranty team have been above and beyond. They all communicate extremely well individually and as a team. This was my first time building a home and we couldn't have asked for a better team or experience.

KHOV was great to work with. Construction Manager Jeff & Lacey in sales did a great job keeping us up to date with every process. Answered any questions we had in a timely manner. I would recommend a new home build with KHOV to anybody!

For 13 yrs, I worked for a homebuilder that also had their own mortgage company so this whole experience was pretty familiar. This time however I was the customer, not the loan processor !!

The builder provided options where I could move in with minimal friction. Such as blinds, refrigerator, washer/dryer, etc.

As an overall experience K-Hovnanian homes is extremely trustworthy. I have built many commercial projects and this home was one of the most reliable builder I have worked with. The construction supervisor did what he said he would and the company handled a major issue with a retaining wall without question. The house is tight and very comfortable.

I love my new home… the quality is remarkable. My experience was great. I had a great experience with my salesperson (Darren S). He kept me updated on the home because I actually lived out of state during the home building.

We had really good homebuying experience overall. Eric and Heather helped us through buying and building processes. Eric is very active and involved builder. Really appreciate his hard work. Julie is now supporting us really well to resolve if any issues.

The process was so smooth. There were delays in the construction but the communication was always present.
