I hear so many problems with new builds: shoddy construction, cheap materials, poor customer service, and awful service after you close. I experienced ZERO of these issues with KHovnanian. The company’s sales agent was wonderful. The on-site project manager was thorough and patiently answered ALL of my questions, which were many! I received a great interest rate through the builder’s mortgage company and closing took less than 20 minutes, because documents were shared in advance. The only challenge I experienced had nothing to do with KHov. The Dallas area (actually Texas) experienced a 100 freeze in February 2021 that delayed closing by 1 month. Otherwise, smooth process. Khov is professionally managed company and I feel lot safer to buy home with khov than many others. It feels sad to see how builders delay construction for ever. Current home was a remote purchase and visited only for final walk and closing and they took care of everything very well and I am happy to be khov family.

The home buying experience with Khovnanian was very easy, as a first time home buyer I thought it would be a stressful process but it was the complete opposite. I would do it all over again.

Builder was helpful and helped me alot with timelines and quality.

The whole process from Sales to Construction to turnover was smooth and was just as promised. Despite the winter storm and a minor delay, things were as promised. There were few changes, but everything was communicated ahead of time and we were onboarded

Overall it was a great experience purchasing home from KHOV. Starting from the day one till I close my home, KHOV guided me in each and every step of it.

We love our home! We built from scratch so, naturally, it can be stressful because there are a lot of decisions to make. KHov stood by their word, communicated well throughout the entire process and, in the end, we got our dream home!

I love the way I am kept up to date amd also if there is any issues with the house I can count on them to get it fixed and repaired

First of all the house was absolutely beautiful. Chylle, my sales guy, and Clay, the construction manager, were both absolutely fantastic to work with the entire process. I wish I could say the same about the chaos and deception of their mortgage side of things, but I won’t let that get in the way of an otherwise outstanding experience. Get your own outside mortgage company and avoid all the last minute games. Beautiful home and beautiful neighborhood!

When speaking to individuals about the home buying process it gave me anxiety UNTIL I found KHovnanian homes. Helen, my sales woman, was the absolute best in walking me through the process and keeping me updated on the progress of my home. TJ, my foreman, made me feel welcomed each and every day that I stopped by to see the home and enjoy the different phases of the build. Addie and Milette, my financing dream team made the paperwork absolutely painless and Destiny helped me design the home of my dreams. ALL of them together truly are amazing and ensured that not only was I satisfied but comfortable with the home and the process. I could not have dreamt of a better builder and or group of people to walk me through this journey. Truly blessed to have crossed each of their paths. Buying a home can be stressful. There's so many moving parts. I worked with a great team of people at every level. However, a standout was James D., my contractor. He was amazing. He communicated with me consistently and answered ALL my questions. I didn't feel like I was bothering him. He wanted to make sure everything was to my liking and standards. He even came back to check on everything AFTER we moved in. That's great service. We love our home!

From our sales to our warranty service, KHovnanian so far has been great to us. Heather made our decision process and everything in-between a great experience. Honestly, we wanted a different type of design from other builders, but because they lacked customer service, we went back Calloway Trails because of her. Starting with Keith then to Andrew, these project managers/superintendents managed our build and our communication (requests and more) great. Clay, Kyle, and Jared were very helpful.

Some of our lights have already gone out. So just make sure they are always off if not being used.

I must first off give Michelle J her due, she made this experience very smooth. Initially I was not intending to buy a home so soon but she convinced me when I came for a community visit and I was glad that I did. I am impressed with the community, the quality of material and the options that were available. I initially had issues with contacting the builder but Michelle was always there to help. The little things like that are what made this experience an enjoyable one . I am so impressed that I am even deciding to buy a second home from Khov. In the dfw area, only a handful of builders can maintain the attention to details and quality like they do. Areas of improvement, would be after sales care, an information booklet like how do I contact my HOA etc... I felt the sales part was awesome but after care service...Not so much. The most important thing is Sales. Dennis was awesome! He was very professional and extremely thoughtful and helped me and answered every question I had. The entire team was just great! Brent was very knowledgeable and polite when he explained everything. Addie was so wonderful and helpful she made any nervousness I had about whole process just go away. I was very impressed in how they have assembled such an awesome team of professionals. If I move again I plan on having another Khov experience!!! They have definitely set the bar if I have to go to someone else.

Our family had a great experience from the minute we met our Sales Agent Kyle. He walked us through the entire process and was always professional and very efficient! We had to relocate from out of state and he helped make our relocation and the purchase of our new home effortless. I would highly recommend KHov and our sales agent Kyle!

Throughout the whole process, Darren made sure that all my questions were answered and if there was a hiccup in options he found a solution in a timely fashion. Jerry was very helpful when it came to explaining details and addressing any concerns. Jerry took over the building process of my home and took ownership immediately. He definitely is committed to the work he is doing and both he and Darren have a Commitment to Excellence when it comes to their work.

Everybody was a pleasure to work with, they let you know your place in the process at every turn. Definitely recommend.

Had a minor issue with a warranty rep not creating a ticket and it not going to the right place, but the local warranty manager has been awesome! Overall, the house turned out as well, or better, than I hoped, and all the people involved in the process were fantastic.

Listened to what I was looking for.

From the first day we walked into the model home everyone was so helpful, nice and knowledgeable. Even Khov’s lending arm was fantastic. They kept us updated on the build process at least once a week if not more all the way to the end. Great experience.

Our sales representative, April, and our builder, Clay, were so attentive, thorough, and professional. Our realtor said, upon completion of our home, that it was the best new-build she has seen in this area, INCLUDING homes that sell for far more money. Clay not only did incredible work, he made both me and my husband feel like we were involved in ever step of the process. April went WAY out of her way to not only sell us a great home, but treat us like good friends. We paid an independent inspector to inspect the home before we moved in and he was thoroughly impressed as well. I am so glad we made the decision to build with KHov! ... More

First time buyer here. I was referred by a friend who moved into the neighborhood (same builder). Excellent quality/workmanship, house was built on time, and the finishings (selected by the designers since it was a spec home) turned out great. The contracting process was very thorough. The salesman (Dennis P) and the builder (Brent) were very helpful and responsive to my questions.

Easy and supportive throughout the process. Very responsive.
