Todd was very helpful in walking us through upgrades and very patient with our queries. After we signed P&S , we met Chad who managed the built for us. He provided an update every week with pics and target for next week. Found him to be very informative and open in his communications, be it for delays or on track wins. Overall he completed our house 1 month before planned completion date. Around closing and after, we met Mike who is also a great guy with a keen eye for detail. Excellent experience overall and i would highly recommend them.

Initially didn't get the response I needed, but overall they did good!

I found many small issues after closing (outlet not working, rusting railing, imcomplete caulking, broken remote...etc). The builder has been very responsive to fixing issues. To that I'm very happy and apprecaite. The overall built quality can be better for the price paid though.

Had roof leaking issues and still not fixed. Khov don’t take good care of their buyers.

I will recommend to my friends to buy a house from khov without 2nd thought. Everything is good Trust, responsive and good house construction with good materials. Personal i like khov building construction.

Horrible home warranty, reminds me of notorious American Home Shield. Very poor craftsmanship. Their mortgage missed informed about interest locking time duration. Would conceal information about some important things such as this community has PUD which was never disclosed until we were about to close!

Personally, I went with Khov because I did not want to get in a “bidding war” with a pre owned house and because I felt that the price was close to what I was wanting. As mentioned in my title this was by first time buying a home. Personally I felt like there wasn’t any guidance. The seller just wanted to sell, the builder just wanted to finish up his build, and the mortgage person just wanted me to go through them. There was no clear communication to me as to “what was next” in the process. I felt like everyone just wanted to make their money and leave. I don’t want to get into details on everything, but in some cases there were unnecessary remarks/confrontation. I truly felt like things could of been better. At I felt like I was out in the dark on some things. But maybe this is the normal home buying experience and I am just unaware of it. ... More

Our home build went very smoothly from the initial discussions with Lacey and all the way through the build process with Jeff. There were minor supply delays at times but they kept working in other areas and we’re able to keep the build process moving forward. We actually finished 2-3 weeks sooner than we initially thought. Excellent process all around, we are more than happy in our new home and would recommend it to friends/family in the future!

Great company to work with. Awesome designs and affordable plans. Amazing customer service and quick responsiveness for any issues or help when needed. Chad our Project Manager has been a pleasure to work with who is always available to answer any questions, provide timely updates and keep us in loop for any vendor follow ups. Very happy to select them for my happy future.

Taken as a whole, the experience was positive.

I think the best part of buying my first house was having Donna M. as our contact person. From the start she was very helpful and sincere. She was always available every step of our house buying process. She is a valuable gem at KHOVnanian.

I like to thank Mike, Tonia Adam for their part in making the transition into our new K-hov home and new community relatively easy. They were there to answer questions and to help in any way they could. Kudos to Adam on insuring that the after-service issues are taken care of in a timely manner. I am pleased.

We singed our contract June 1, 2021. We were told the houses got built in the order the are bought. Mind you the house next to us, started before us because they had to build that first as we were a corner unit. The project manager (TJ) always made smart comments, is important to know that with KHOV the customer is NOT always right. Due to all of the issues, and excuses in the world it took a full year to get our home (June 21, 2022). I say "excuses" because they can never get reliable contractors. Our home had so many small issues on the house, as simple as paint on the wood floors. The response we got from the Project Manager was: "don't look at it" or "this is a custom home" great response for such an expensive home. Overall experience was horrible, frustrating. Sales agent (Helen) always wanted to get everything on time, when they didn't delivered on time. -We didn't get our closing date until later, and we know that the June 21st date was long known between them, because of this lack of communication our interest rates went up 2%. -Walkthorugh of the house was the worse experience as well, we are buying, paying, but we had to literally argue back with the project manager because our issues were not as important. -Closing experience, after we signed and the bank released the funds, we had to call so many folks to get our key because the project manager did not get the email and he will not release the key, he had to go to church for charity work. Basically it was our home and we couldn't get in, but it was a "misunderstanding" even if the Project Manager told me over phone, "you can call the CEO of the company, if I don't get that email you're not getting this key". ... The entire home buying process was smooth. Sales Executive Lacey was very helpful and answered all the questions. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Always worked with us on a timely fashion as we lived out of state. From the phone calls , to setting up meetings, and the initial walk through. We worked with Lacy which was a joy in itself. We are excited to be living in a new home and neighborhood that represents such high standards. Having served on many public building additions and new builds this was a pleasant experience. Jeff and Skye made the final walk thru with us . We felt very welcomed, all questions were answered, and what little touch ups needed where taken care of.

Every single person we dealt with from Khov was fantastic. I have worked in several service oriented businesses and the Khov family gets it. We really were blown away with the open and constant communication. Nia was our first contact with Khov and She was superb at reaching out making sure we had no questions and consistent updates throughout our buying experience. Craig also was always willing to answer questions reach out with updates and ensure we trusted our product. Adam has continued to keep up with that communication and knowledge about our home that we need. We also opted to finance through Khov Mortgage after comparing them to a list of competition they earned our business. Galina and Diane were great at navigating this crazy time to finance and made the process smooth and transparent. We have only had one issue with an appliance that was unfortunate but the team has done everything they could to make it right and we appreciate the effort put in by each of them. We enjoyed most of our experience with KHOV. There were some cons prior, in between, and after the build, but we’re glad they give that one year insurance.
