The cherry on top was the staff, they were there for every crazy question we had. We are so happy with our decision to go with Khov and would do it all over again!

They went at our pace, never overreached and was always available to take the time and answer any questions during the decision to build a home. Once we decided to go with K Hovnanian, they kept us updated weekly as far as the building process/status went. We closed right around when they had estimated we would close and the closing process was a breeze with K Hovnanian.

Casey, our sales person, seemed genuinely happy to see us whenever we popped in. She was always our greatest asset in our quest for a mortgage and in attention to detail during the building process. Gabriel, our project manager, was as attentive as one could ask for. He was in communication with us practically every day. He and Casey were always on top of all our requests in the completion of our home. I could not be happier or adamant when I tell others what a great experience we had from start to finish.

I have heard nightmares about other home building experiences, but I am beyond impressed and thankful for the service I received and am so happy in my new home.
