This has been a lengthy process but Angelica has kept me update during the whole process. She shows such Enthusiasm and trustworthiness during the process. This has been a great experience and I am very pleased with my home.

The house overall is nice but some issues with certain aspects of the home with dented window sills which were flagged in the final walk thru. They tried to repair them once but didn’t really fix the issues and said that they won’t fix them again. Talking to neighbors they don’t have this issue.

The process was very fast, the builder kept you informed weekly, the loan process was very detailed about what they was needed to process your loan. Overall you will enjoy your home.

It was a wonderful first time home buying experience. Kristina made it an easy Experiance for us. I still contact her to this day if I have any questions

Let's start off by, any concerns we had were kicked down the road to close. The roof alone is not adequately vented. We had three separate roofers come out and state this with pictures and reports. Which we supplied. They did not use Starter Shingles on the edges as is code. There is not enough vents to release the heat from within, which will cause the shingles to fail. The vents that were installed were installed improperly. We were told it's within our thresholds or parameters. There is no threshold or parameters, It's either wrong or right. Carpentry on this build is a joke. Corners do not match, doors were installed not plum and trim pieces were used to hide the fact that the doors were / are not plum. The cabinet colors did not match. They tried to say it was the shadows. Then they put a meter on it. Guess what? Came back different colors. Baseboards are terribly installed. Corners are not sanded smooth. There are globs of caulk and paint drips throughout the house and on the floor. This was brought to attention at the first walk through to go to closing. Warranty lady stated , we should file the roof on our homeowners insurance. Really?! It's a brand new home. Lastly, the attention to detail is garbage. It's like, let's push everything down the road so they have to close and let the Warranty deal with it. As long as they meet thier qouta, it's all good. Needless to say, this is just a small insight into how this build is FAR from the worth of what we paid for our new house build. We are sure that this will be used as a teaching tool to help make K Hov a better company in the future. But, the future is now, and we are terribly disappointed in our future home build that we just bought. ... More

The buying process was very easy. Mostly because if Kristina. She was very helpful, quick to respond and provided solutions right away! The house it self, I am choosing to believe that what’s under the drywall was done well. But the craftsmanship is definitely not what I was expecting. It was done sloppy, lazy and with little quality. Paint splatter, holes not filled, roughy and broken boards that weren’t even the same thickness. Air vents completely bent and asked about it, the builder Logan said “it’s the way they go”. Days after, a handyman came and fixed them in minutes. My closet is falling off because they did not anchor them to any stud, the garage ceiling and taping all over it was done completely wrong and it’s all peeling off. Massive holes outside as well. Great for rodents to come in. Overall, the details which is what one sees, were not carefully done. Seems they were rushing to get the home done and didn’t care what it looked like. Ski the lady who has been helping us with warranty, has been very helpful and patient. If only the builder had been as careful, we could be looking at a way nice looking home. ... More

If we knew then what we know now...we would have used another builder. The many hands that were used to build our home appeared to lack the professional training needed to build a home. The materials used are of poor quality. For example, the paint used inside the home is of the lowest quality. After our final walk-through, right before our closing, potential customers were allowed to see the house. After closing, we discovered new scuff marks on the wall, dirty floors, and a huge gash in the wall because the door was swung open. It is obvious that KHOV is all about quantity, not quality.

It was an amazing experience. Many of my friends had thought about the deadline to close and behold, it was finished on time. I love the master bedroom and the beautiful lawn and quietness.

I know KHovnanian from New Jersey they are one of the known builders so I have full trust on them. I buy my home online I never been in Texas before I purchase my home, but my sales manager Ms. Lacey made it easy she provides every information that needed, and I am happy with her service until now. I move to Dallas sub since work started in my building, so I am well aware each and every work progress and quality of materials used for building my home. Building material quality is good but the appliances what they provided are the poor quality I am hoping they should improve in this area they provided GE appliances of least quality not sure how long it last but not satisfied with it. Other than that, I have not had any issues during my home building and even after. I finance my home from them which makes my closing very easy also Warrant team so responsive I got very quick response and most of things fixed very quickly. Having Khov is amazing! Jason was so helpful and made our first time purchase so easy. I got weekly updates from him and he made this experience like a dream! Our home is beautiful, and I would recommend Khov to any and everyone who wants purchasing their home to be stress free!!!

My home buying process couldn’t have been better! From start to finish every Khov representative I had contact with was amazing ! Kisha provided me great customer service from start to finish and kept me updated the entire time of the building process. The loan officer Galina and Dianne was amazing! They made sure closing day was a breeze for me! I am so happy I choose a Khov home! The quality of the build is phenomenal!

First never use Khov’s lender, you will see the reason why they give you incentives to use them, they are very incompetent. Home quality has reduced compared to when Khov’s integrity mattered to them. Everything in the home looks and feels cheap!

Our Sales Consultant Nia went above and beyond with her customer service. She is a pleasure to work with!

We really do love the end result! We are thankful and excited about how beautiful it turned out, especially as this is our first home! We would like other newbies to know that they may miss out by just simply not knowing. We felt like we were not informed well enough on particulars about the house that we simply did not know were options. For instance, we were advised heavily on things like hose bib and outside outlet placement and decor upgrades however, we did not hear a thing about gutters and didn’t know to ask about it! With current delays in housing market due to material and labor issues delivering on time is challenging, kudos to whole team who worked together to deliver even earlier than promised

Had a great end to end experience, right from the start during and after. I would highly recommend the builder.

KHov plans are good and priced reasonably compared to other builders. Elevations could could be better though. Weekly updates are very good for buyers specially first time buyers. KHov did not increase prices after signing like some other builders. Response to escalations is very good. No flexibility to make changes after signing. Buyers can only choose from a designer package. No ala carte. Sales staff knowledge is questionable. Turn around time to fix issues raised by buyer should be improved. Construction quality is down.

Our build with Khov was probably a good $75,000 less than comparable builds in our neighborhood by other builders...yet we received the same quality house as those (great materials, fixtures, paneled doors, etc). Perhaps there are a few less "bells and whistles" (not 8' interior doors, no coffers/crown molding), but we would make the same decision for the value every time. Amazing, amazing team from Todd in sales, to Jeff who built and Skai in warranty. Each has gone above and beyond whenever we have called on them, and you really feel valued as a member of the Khov family.

Donna and Chris were fantastic from start to finish. I never felt like my issues weren’t being handled. Communication was always on point.

Helen and TJ were great went above and beyond and so did Destiny at the design studio. Thanks again team!
