Our sales rep Bina was Amazing and was in constant contact with us every step of the process. She made sure all of our needs were taken care of. She was the highlight of our entire home buying experience! Also, our building manager James made our experience throughout the process very easy and made sure we were satisfied from start to finish.

This was our first house, and we had a smooth buying process with good communication from the Sales, Construction, Builder Mortgage and Administrative teams. We had some challenges with the Design Studio but overall, it went well amid the Covid pandemic. Sales personnel did a good job explaining us of the overall process and walking us thru all the available options which helped us with our decisions from start to closing. Our builder was a very experienced builder and had tons of patience to hear us and explain us in detail. Kyle and Clay where both top notch in their professionalism and timely responses. Kyle especially made our purchase a better experience. I would have liked to have seen higher quality cabinets with dovetailed joints and roller bearing glides for this price range.

My new house is beautiful. My wife and I love it. One thing we don’t satisfy is the yard. It is bumpy.

Sales and construction manager were excellent

Everything was very easy except for the alarm contractor. I still can’t get the panel programmed.

The quality of the products and workmanship are just good. I think these can be improved a little to become excellent.

It was so easy and comfortable process, house was delivered almost on time with pro active timely updates, the Sales Agent Heather always responded in a timely fashion and provides as accurate info as she could. We are loving this house. It's nicely built and we are also getting great warranty support too.

I think the best part of buying my first house was having Donna M. as our contact person. From the start she was very helpful and sincere. She was always available every step of our house buying process. She is a valuable gem at KHOVnanian.

It was good though it was first home for us, lot to learn on a house and construction process. Only drawback was the sales agents were not flexible to modify or add some upgrades a week later of purchase.

The home was completed on time even in theses chaotic times.

The buying process was very easy. Mostly because if Kristina. She was very helpful, quick to respond and provided solutions right away! The house it self, I am choosing to believe that what’s under the drywall was done well. But the craftsmanship is definitely not what I was expecting. It was done sloppy, lazy and with little quality. Paint splatter, holes not filled, roughy and broken boards that weren’t even the same thickness. Air vents completely bent and asked about it, the builder Logan said “it’s the way they go”. Days after, a handyman came and fixed them in minutes. My closet is falling off because they did not anchor them to any stud, the garage ceiling and taping all over it was done completely wrong and it’s all peeling off. Massive holes outside as well. Great for rodents to come in. Overall, the details which is what one sees, were not carefully done. Seems they were rushing to get the home done and didn’t care what it looked like. Ski the lady who has been helping us with warranty, has been very helpful and patient. If only the builder had been as careful, we could be looking at a way nice looking home. ... More
