Overall I am very happy with my home. The construction process was generally smooth, although at times it felt like other homes were moving at a much faster pace. For example, nearly every home on the street had windows but mine sat for about 2 months with no windows. The construction manager of my build changed several times but that didn't seem to really slow things down. My biggest complaint is that I felt very pressured into using the in house lender. I ultimately went with an outside lender but I had to jump through hoops to do it. Not only was the in house lender at a much higher rate, they wouldn't lock without me paying upfront, non refundable fees that didn't get credited at closing. Also, the in house lender almost never reached out to me to discuss options. I constantly had to reach out. It never seemed like she was looking out for me - the borrower - which she should have been. The $7500 credit incentive didn't make up for all those things. ... More

Love the house and the experience except the quality of lumber we got.

The home is wonderful. The initial construction lead was not forthcoming about timing delays. When he was replaced, everything seemed to get back on track.

Love my home, lots of great design features, but there have definitely been a fair amount of frustrations along the way. Would have preferred to see a model of my home, as I was surprised about some aspects since I could not see a finished product. Buying a new home and not being able to make modifications to pre-selections by the builder was not ideal. The entire process had been very rushed (except for the home completion, which took much longer than expected.) Some of the finish detail work on the home is somewhat lacking as well as the overall sales experience. The responsiveness and communication by the construction/warranty team has been amazing...the best part of the whole experience. ... More

Overall, a very positive experience and we are very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. Only negative was lack of flexibility to make even minor changes even 1 day after contract signed.

The process was very fast, the builder kept you informed weekly, the loan process was very detailed about what they was needed to process your loan. Overall you will enjoy your home.

Argelio and Todd were amazing despite supply and delivery issues!

First time home buyer should do more homework. I wish builder had shed more light into what’s needed and what not.

Ours sales agent was a delight to work with. She was very helpful and responsive. We had to make a relocation and find a home quickly and she was instrumental in accomplishing our deadline.

Jeremy, Meredith and Nia were awesome and were always doing their best to find out the answers to our questions. They made us feel comfortable and talked us through the whole process as best as they could.

Was disappointed with texture and paint quality. Very happy with rest of construction.

Home buying experience was good, our sales person explained everything in the details and what to expect during the home build process.

The sales and build teams were great to work with. They were responsive to my inquiries and helpful when help was needed.

Our sales rep Danielle was great throughout the entire process she kept us up to date with what was going on every week with videos and pictures. The home is great, there’s a couple little things that we’ll be contacting the warranty department about but they are very minor. Overall we are very happy.

The sales person Todd Brewer is great and impressed by his professionalism and responsiveness. The construction manager Jeff is also vey easy to deal with. But the person, John, who led us for the Walkthrough was not much of a professional guy. He does not like to give answer to our questions. He behaves as if "I am gonna read these things that I prepared to read, you just shut up, and listen, and get done with it." I do not know how to deal with this person for the entire time of warranty. Unfortunately for me, he is THE contact person if anything happens during the warranty period. Sad!
