Finance options appear to be limited to Hovnanian's choice of lender for any builder incentives. Notwithstanding that, one could probably accept those terms if the person we dealt with in your Florida financing loan consideration office did not give us the impression that we were inconveniencing him and was totally indifferent and quite obnoxious. The on site sales person (David) was quite the gentleman and very helpful from all aspects. Since moving in Keith, the on site construction manager, and Chris the warranty individual, have been very accommodating and very responsive. Had it not been for the financing consideration disappointment the rating would have been excellent. We are thrilled with our home and the total experience.

The home buying experience was twofold. Our sales representative Danielle was awesome to work with and was very accommodating. The KHOV mortgage process was not as good. There was a lot of sending and resending documents. I had to explain several times where my bonus money came from though it was on the paystubs I sent. The house itself is well made and well appointed. My biggest complaint is that the landscaping was/is terrible. Four months in and half of my backyard sod is dead though I water it as prescribed. Additionally, the yard was not properly rolled and it is so even, I roll my ankles when walking across the yard. Warranty team and Cole have done a great job

Quality of workmanship and materials is based on the several issues with ac unit not cooling, now that it is fixed, humming is heard onside garage from ac on other side of wall. Also, the shower upstairs only had hot water until fixed. The room floor is squeaky after a month and most likely not going to be repaired as i haven't heard anything after submitting a ticket; I havent even gotten a response on why it is or not covered by warranty, this the reason for a four star on responsiveness on issues. Value for the price was low because we locked in our house early then after all the house in the hightower estates community lowered the pri es about 25,000; khov refused the lower the price on ours; in my opinion this points to the value doesnt meet the price. ... I have bought the house in Oct/24. Dennis sale man is very helpful, he sent a constructed update weekly, very quick response. Construction manager is also very helpful. Any question you asked have beed answerred very quick. The house is very nice and luxury design. Material is also with accepted quality.

We are thrilled with our buying experience and our home. It was our Christmas Miracle that came true. The whole team has been attentive and professional and they focus on pleasing their customers. After the Sale follow procedures to place repair items works well:) We love our KHOV home :)

Khovnanian builds a home that is very good with regard to the basics, space, floor plan options, however need to be more flexible with working with buyers on upgrades, especially when the buyer is willing to pay for them.

This was our 2nd new build home and this time it was taking place between the craziest time in the housing market (supply chain issues, rate increases, inflationary) but the team at K Hovanian did an outstanding job communicating and being a great resource. They have an excellent team of sales, builder and warranty folks at their disposal that made the experience seamless. Their contract was fair, the value was excellent and their technology was unmatched. Best buying experience. Would buy again!!

From the very beginning of our process ours Sales Representative Darryl was very thorough, listened to what we were looking for in our forever home, and he’s super approachable! That same gentle demeanor carried on, with the community managers Brent and John! The entire team (financing, underwriting, trade contractors, etc.) was so responsive and did everything they could to both ensure things remained on pace and went as smoothly as possible with all the unpredictable happenings in the industry today. Signed contract in December 2021, construction began in January and closed on property in June. Exceptional experience with KHov during these times when a lot of builders are experiencing a lot of delays

We were not local to DFW and we didn't even have to fly even once everything was smoothly handled by sales agent Danielle through zoom meetings for contract signing, design session. I couldn't be happier about the fact that I purchased my first home from K Hovnanian. The quality of their workmanship is stellar, which the house reflects very well. They were a great source of information for us throughout the process, especially Ms. Bogar and Mr Smith. They always made it a point to let us know that we could reach them with any questions we had even after closing. Furthermore, I must commend them on their post-sale service as they reached out several times since closing to find out whether our experience remained a positive one. the first time we walked into the model home to the final walk through we were treated like we were the top priority. Everything was laid out in steps and followed. Issues were brought up right away and discussed no surprises. For the past year with all the shipping delays and product shortages we were kept in the loop at every point. They never raised the cost from what we discussed in The beginning. Great company. Great experience
