From the time I walked into the model home until my house was finished, the customer service provided by Jordan was fantastic. I never felt pressured to add anything to the home that I didn't feel was necessary. Throughout the process, I was able to monitor the construction of my home and anytime I had a question, there was always someone available to help. Since the completion of my home, I have had one warranty claim. The warranty process to file a claim is very easy and the response was very quick. We have been so happy and impressed by our Home Builder, KHOV!! I will never forget the first time we walked into the KHOV office in Haslet and was greeted by Jordan! Our time line was at least 8-10 months but he sold us on the house the very first day. Our goal was of course to "shop" around but we didn't have to...we were so impressed with Jordan's passion that we didn't have to look anywhere else! K. Hov has been extremely helpful from my first phone call to the sales consultant, Nia, to the final walk through with, Adam. They have answered our questions quickly and delivered exactly what was promised. The customer service after close has been very good as well.
