Very friendly staff, especially Jordan and Adam. They have been extremely helpful through this process.

Overall experience was pleasant. We had some serious troubles deciding options/upgrades with sales agent Howard F. Many options were not explained to us and some we requested were not added to the contract. At some places door trims do not appear to be of good quality. Above all, after a month of closing, mailbox is still being setup and we haven’t handed over the keys yet. This has created a whole bunch of issues with mail handling and shipments. However, Cody and Meredith are trying to stay on top this issue and address it as best as they can.

We financed with KHOV and the process from start to finish was very smooth.

I think that my home and the Wellington Subdivision is worth the price.

From the time I walked into the model home until my house was finished, the customer service provided by Jordan was fantastic. I never felt pressured to add anything to the home that I didn't feel was necessary. Throughout the process, I was able to monitor the construction of my home and anytime I had a question, there was always someone available to help. Since the completion of my home, I have had one warranty claim. The warranty process to file a claim is very easy and the response was very quick. We have been so happy and impressed by our Home Builder, KHOV!! I will never forget the first time we walked into the KHOV office in Haslet and was greeted by Jordan! Our time line was at least 8-10 months but he sold us on the house the very first day. Our goal was of course to "shop" around but we didn't have to...we were so impressed with Jordan's passion that we didn't have to look anywhere else! His knowledge, passion and friendliness is what sold us! We are so glad we walked into the KHOV office first!! We have been impressed with KHOV from start to finish!! The weekly updates on the process of the home while it was being built was something we did not expect! We could not believe they would take the time to share every detail of the building process. K. Hov has been extremely helpful from my first phone call to the sales consultant, Nia, to the final walk through with, Adam. They have answered our questions quickly and delivered exactly what was promised. The customer service after close has been very good as well.

The whole loan application was a total nightmare and we only with KNV because of the home credit offered provided we took a loan through them. Every week for 4-5 weeks we were asked to provide additional documents starting with 2 yrs of tax returns including 1099s; 2 yrs of checking, savings, and retirement accounts and then they wanted copies of the initial retirement letter of 12 yrs ago stating date and monthly payment; and in addition, a letter stating why we were selling our legal residence and moving to TX. The whole process took several emails, phone calls, and mailing of original documents. We would never do this again and would think twice of purchasing a home as well. Thank you ... More
