We were looking to relocate from out of state. We called and talked to Paul. We did everything online and not only was the house completed, (we had also mortgaged the house and signed for it’s closing), and we were completely moved in - all within 90 days!! Since we have relocated, Josue is the best!! As a first time homebuyer and relocating from so far away, he was always so patient and kind, which I’m sure to him were a lot of ignorant questions. Thank you so much for all your hard work in doing this relocation for us in record time!! We just love Texas and K. Hovnanian Homes!!!

This home is amazing and the sales agents were extremely nice!

Scott the construction manager was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my house was perfect! I was disappointed in sales though. I was told I’d get the welcome basket multiple times to never get it… I closed in April. :/ I waited almost a week because I wanted to announce with a picture of the basket on my counter… I ended up just posting a picture of something else.

I am extremely grateful to have moved to the Cloverdale community in Houston TX. Not only do I enjoy being able to call it home but more importantly I’m enjoying the way the house is built. Our community is still being built but I must commend the building team. They are very respectful and considerate as they work and are always willing to help and support me. Thank you

I had a fantastic experience with Khov! This is my second house with this fantastic builder! Great and helpful staff! Damaris and Mauricio are absolutely a great team! They are always helping you with any questions or anything you need done. Very happy for choosing the best builder once again!

This is hopefully the last home my wife, Gaye, and I will buy. We have been married almost 46 years and this is our eighth house. These have all been new construction homes. We have been very pleased with our KHovnanian home. Through the complete process of choosing the house, choosing all the appliances, flooring, fixtures and working with the different team members, it has been a complete joy. Experience was much smoother than anticipated. Design staff was great and patient - taking their time to explain all options. Building manager, John, was fantastic. Very helpful and always positive - providing updated information every week or whenever contacted. Any issues were presented immediately and he always had a solution. My satisfaction was always important and issues resolved in a very timely manner. The sales rep was always available for questions and provided answers. Its been great experience purchasing home with KHOV builder. Everyone from Sales rep (Katrina) to construction manager (Jorge) were great to work and answered any questions or queries. Also closing was done without hassles. Great experience!

The buying experience was easy. Using the online portal to upload documents and sign documents was convenient for my family. I would like to highlight to response time to any issues we have had. The building crews work well with scheduling any repairs quickly.

All employees of K Hovanian Homes were respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. Our home building-buying process was not the least bit stressful. We were kept well informed of each process Delightful people to deal with.

From the start Alyse ask what price and floor plan was the desire of our hearts. As we were picking out what we wanted/ must haves in the home she suggested we just go with our wants and at the end of all the choices, she tallied up the price. We were within $2000. If was great that we could get all that we wanted in this new home. She spent plenty of time with us and left the decisions up to us and at no point try to pressure us. We were in our last home for 27 years and even though it was tough to leave those memories behind it is great to start new one's in our beautiful new home. Nick our contractor for the building of our new home, walked us through the process of what we could expect. He provided weekly updates as well as meeting and covering items on the as needed basis. He would listen to questions from my wife and made sure she understood his response so she had a clear picture of the way forward. Alyse and Nick both went above and beyond what I would consider their normal job duties to keep us informed and make us feel like "family" from the start of building what we consider our forever home.
