Good communication, fast response times, addressed any and all concerns

Lisa, our sales person, was great through the entire process. Sam, our construction manager, was wonderful and always answered any questions we had. When problems did arise, they were addressed and resolved. Great experience overall!

Poor communication, empty promises, post inspection issues dismissed or downplayed. Attention to detail is pretty bad. Luckily warranty department has been good. They don't dismiss issues and send someone as fast as possible.

The sales and builder teams did a great job throughout the process. They responded to all our questions and requests in a timely manner. A great source for additional help. We continue to use the KHovnanian team and appreciate their help.

Workmanship of house is not as good as I would have hoped for

I have a leak in my roof and have called the warranty team 3 times without any follow up, what so ever.

The purchase and move in was fluent

I truly appreciate the way that K.Hovnanian felt like working with an extended family. I was inspired so much by the culture of the company that I want to hopefully join the team.

Home buying experience was excellent, from start to finish! Process was always made very clear, the team was always available and responsive to questions. Walk throughs were thorough and we did not feel rushed through. The quality and workmanship of our home is absolutely beautiful - even our 3rd party inspector commented on the quality of the finishing of our home. Any small concerns were addressed immediately - would 100% recommend KHov to other families, we couldn’t be happier with our decision.

We loved our entire experience with K. Hovnanian in Cane Crossing Estates. The sales staff here is beyond exceptional! They go above and beyond and treat you like family. K. Hovnanian American Mortgage folks were also fantastic and incredibly helpful during the entire process! Since we purchased a quick move-in home we did not have the ability to work with construction during the entire home process. However, they were excellent during the final walkthrough process! We absolutely love living here!

My homebuying experience with K. Hovnanian had several challenges. I haven’t been in my home for six months yet and have already had to replace the refrigerator water filter. I also had to repeatedly request repairs for my A/C, which was not properly installed, along with issues involving the smoke detectors and garage door. I would have preferred ceiling fans in all rooms, as that is an added expense now. There are also some community concerns—the Cloverdale entry sign could be improved, and the exit gate design is problematic. It opens in a way that can potentially hit your vehicle when you pull forward for it to open. All in all, it is a beautiful home, and I am beyond grateful—just hopeful that these concerns can be addressed and improved for future homeowners. ... More

Buying process was really quick and straight forward no hiccups..we have a beautiful home in which we love I just wish there was better appliances to match the price tag.other than that the properties are amazing and beautiful and the scenery and breeze on my back porch is amazing all season long. I wish we had a park instead of a pond something for families to do other than that it's plenty of space and the people are really nice we stick together and really help each other from lights to fencing.we don't regret our purchase..best home builders ever..we felt like family not just a check or a number we didn't even notice we were really purchasing a home lol..amazing ... We purchased one of their Jefferson homes with four bedrooms, and we absolutely love it. The living space is spacious and bright, and the quality of the materials used is top-notch. We’ve received so many compliments! From our first visit to closing, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend K. Hovnanian Homes to anyone looking for a new home.

Amanda and Cody made the experience great. We had some hiccups along the way, but not because of anything they or K Hov did. If we ever buy another home, we would use K Hov again!

I bought my home in October 2025 and used my VA loan for the first time. The builder worked with a lending company that was very veteran-friendly, which made the process easy and straightforward. Everyone communicated well and kept things moving. The quality of the home exceeded my expectations, and I feel like I got great value. I’d definitely recommend this builder to other veterans, especially anyone using their VA benefits for the first time.
