Getting into the house was painless. Overall build seems good. I’ve only had a few small issues which were taken very quickly. Love the new house

My experience purchasing a home with K. Hovnanian was surprisingly seamless and positive. One of the biggest advantages for me was that I didn't need to involve a realtor, which streamlined the process and saved me money. I was also pleasantly surprised to discover that negotiation on the price was possible, something I wasn't expecting with a large builder. What truly made the difference, however, was the exceptional service I received from Kathy and Ismael. From the initial viewing to well after closing, they were incredibly communicative and responsive. They walked me through every step, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made me feel confident and informed throughout the entire process. What sets them apart is their continued dedication even after the sale. They remain readily available and genuinely willing to help whenever needed. This level of commitment is rare and truly appreciated. Overall, my experience with K. Hovnanian Homes was a positive one. Buying from this builder was a breeze. I especially liked the professionalism and empathy exhibited by Brad. From start to finish, he made the whole experience worth it. Ashley also provided excellent support with timely updates and progress pictures.

KHOV builds an energy effiicent home at a great price

The home was built with such care and diligence. I have a 2 story home and I live in it myself, but the way the layout is.. it doesn't feel like too much house. It's a perfect build!

This is our second K.Hov home. We found a rural sub-division with four builders where K,Hov provided the best package of quality design, build, available upgrades and timescale, while still maintaining a competitive pricepoint. After three months in our home we have found only minor faults which were quickly resolved- something we could not say about previous non-K.Hov new homes.

Jeremy my GC was awesome! Fix every issues noticed in a timely manner and pointed out those my realtor and I missed. Awesome individual with great integrity.

My husband and I had a great experience! High out list were communication and involvement throughout the building process. We were able to witness from the foundation being through to the finishes touches. Kathy kept us abreast of each stage in the process. Weekly conference calls with the builder made it a seamless process. Any questions we had were answered timely After we moved in there were minor things that needed attention and they responded immediately!!! We were looking to relocate from out of state. We called and talked to Paul. We did everything online and not only was the house completed, (we had also mortgaged the house and signed for it’s closing), and we were completely moved in - all within 90 days!! Since we have relocated, Josue is the best!! As a first time homebuyer and relocating from so far away, he was always so patient and kind, which I’m sure to him were a lot of ignorant questions. Thank you so much for all your hard work in doing this relocation for us in record time!! We just love Texas and K. Hovnanian Homes!!!

Did a very good job

This home is amazing and the sales agents were extremely nice!

Scott the construction manager was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my house was perfect! I was disappointed in sales though. I was told I’d get the welcome basket multiple times to never get it… I closed in April. :/ I waited almost a week because I wanted to announce with a picture of the basket on my counter… I ended up just posting a picture of something else.

I am extremely grateful to have moved to the Cloverdale community in Houston TX. Not only do I enjoy being able to call it home but more importantly I’m enjoying the way the house is built. Our community is still being built but I must commend the building team. They are very respectful and considerate as they work and are always willing to help and support me. Thank you
