We have an amazing home we are glad we went with KHOV homes.

I love my home for a great price. Our construction supervisor has been beyond helpful & responsive. I'm so happy that we chose K. Hovnanian Homes.

My experience was overall great. There were a few times when material was delayed or no longer available due to being out of stock but Mike, my sales rep, kept me informed and made sure things continued with finding other options. Beau, who initially managed my construction, had moved to a different neighborhood, but Jacob eventually took over and saw it to then end making sure the schedule was followed as much as possible. Everybody worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with my home.

There were no delays and we closed early. They answered our concerns and provided excellent customer service.

As background, I have moved around the country a few times and have worked with a few builders previously and so I have some perspective on the level of service and expertise generally provided. That being said, I would like to take the time to point out the exceptional service that the entire K Hov team has provided. The level of care and attention to detail he provided is truly exceptional. Considering all of the difficulties associated with the Covid-19 pandemic, strained supply chains, and crazy weather in the Houston area I would have expected some unavoidable deficits in service. To my great surprise, this was not only not the case but the experience K Hov provided far outpaces any previous experiences I have had. Starting with meeting the buyer representative to the pre-construction meeting, throughout the entire process to cloising, the buyer rep, foreman, and finance team were knowledgeable, professional, and highly detailed. They remained in contact with us throughout the home building process and took the time to go into detail about every aspect of construction, home care in the Houston environment, and thoroughly explained the warranty coverage. We had a high degree of confidence that when the team said something was being done, we simply knew it was being handled. We truly felt that the K Hov team exercised the same level of care in building a home for my family as he would have if building his own home. We feel very satisfied for the entire process. The sales people and the project manager are very nice and very helpful. The house is high quality and value. It is good price for retired people like us with the good quality. We checked the job site and communicate with the builder's team frequently. The project manager is very nice and patient. He helped us to solve the problem quickly. Our house roof is very tall. We were worried about some problem and made appointment with the regional manager. He listened our question carefully and explained to us patiently. We were very satisfied for the result. If any buyer have any problem, he/she should talk to the managers. They are very helpful. ... Buying a new build is usually with certain doubts! A perfectly good looking model home can never guarantee your house will be the same, especially when you have no experiences/references on the builder. We find ourselves lucky with K Hovnanian as our house finally turned out great and up to our expectation. We are really impressed with Bannon at the final walk through and Amanda in Sales helped to extend the closing time.

The constructors are very nice.

Charlie was extremely helpful throughout the building/walkthrough/closing process. He answered all our questions patiently, and also made sure that all the pending work was taken care of before closing. This allowed us to close the house even when we were remore. Lisa was equally helpful all throughout the process. Thank you for a great service.

I was lucky to have the good manager in the neighborhood. Every issue I had was resolved quickly and efficiently. Love my new house

Everyone says it’s stressful building a new home. It was honestly not bad, the whole process went almost perfect if it wasn’t for 2 weeks of straight rain at the very end. Some materials came late but that’s normal due to the current situation. Every week we would get updates and pictures on everything. Everyone responded quickly which was a big help.

My experience with this builder was GREAT!!! from start to finish. Nicole was my sales agent, whom I meet years ago when I first discovered this builder and would drop by a community every once in a while to look at houses, with this being my very first home purchase she was very understanding and very helpful throughout the entire process, Susan would always answer any questions I had if Nicole was not working that day. My construction associate was John and he was also the best!! He explained everything every step of the way, even though I went to the site everyday, he kept me updated with pictures and timelines. Gary and Sarah are some of the best human beings on this planet. They helped me on this scary journey and treated me like family. I went on this journey alone and I was very scared about building as a single girl. My process was easy, unexpectedly fun and everything was explained so throughly. Loved my experience.

I loved my experience from the time I stepped foot in the K Hovnanian office to the day I got my keys to my house! Brenda has been extremely helpful in my first home buying/building experience and Charlie led me through everything I need to know about my house. They both kept me in the loop and prepared me for everything I needed to know!

Karen was my sales agent. She is fantastic! Can’t say enough about the personable experience she created. The weekly progress photos were the best. The building manager, Matt gave weekly progress updates via text! I never had to inquire about the building stages. Great overall experience. Love Karen and Matt.
