Since the first moment we stepped into the sales office to inquire about the homes we were treated great, once we decided to go ahead and apply we felt everyone was on board with us and the fact that we could do everything online was the best, but, even by doing everything online, we got support and got all my questions answered in a timely manner. Pros: responsiveness of KHov staff, from seller/agent to builder to mortgage officers. Cons: unexpected delays due to weather and pandemic.

The Sales and Construction team was professional and responsive through the whole build process. They were very helpful and aligned with our needs perfectly.

Terrence and Adriane were awesome and had excellent customer focus. Whether we wanted to relocate a network/cable jack or there was an unexpected event they took great care of us. Would 10/10 buy a home from KHovnanian again.
