If you’re looking in a residential development and see a K Hovnanian model just skip it and go to either the competition or to another neighborhood. The quality of workmanship is abysmal. Everyone involved will assure you that your home will be ready for your closing date and then drop the news on you the day before that it won’t be ready but that they will have everything done in a few days. It won’t be ready. It will drag on for weeks and months. The moment they get paid all urgency is gone. You’re no longer a priority. Your home isn’t a priority. The people doing the work are trash. The whole process was exceptional. Our 1st time to buy a new house and every level of the process was met with prompt and friendly service. We could not have asked for a better experience. Cisco was always very responsive with any issues we had and always willing to explain any obstacles with our build.

I’ve rated overall as a 3, i so believe this could have been done better. i hear “sorry about that” over and over during this purchase process. Haley did a good job but again “sorry” was quick in her lips. i would have rather heard an explanation as to why rather then a simple “sorry”. overall she did a good job, it wasn’t her doing the work she was just the face of the purchase. since i’ve moved in, i’m still awaiting touch up paint, repair of broken cabinets, repair of a leaking ac coil. now i’ve just found where the tile guy washed grout down the shower drain. i’ll have to have a plumber come in to try and clean this out as the shower drain is very slow. on all of the things i’m waiting on your team gives me “sorry we are waiting on……”. just gets frustrating. we have moved in and are trying to make this home ours, will be happen when the last of the khov things are complete. again, haley our salesperson did a great job, all of the issues were beyond her control. ... Zero craftsmanship, we have a big punch list of items that they haven’t fixed yet. their craftsmanship is really poor. they don’t reply to any of your emails. just a bad deal for your $$$

Had a good experience with the team from day one. They were willing to assist in any concerns we had which were addressed in a prompt manner.

One's of the best in Houston area

During our first few days in the home we noticed we were sweating more than normal while performing light duty chores and had trouble sleeping at night. Our towels would still be wet 24 hours after showering when hung up to dry. Items from the fridge would sweat immediately once taken out. We put in a service ticket with the warranty group during the first week and after a month we still have no answer to what the problem is. We have been running a dehumidifier 24/7 to keep moisture levels below 65% and every time it shuts off for more than a couple hours the humidity level starts going up. The HVAC group has come out about once a week and made minimal changes with no positive results. This experience has definitely spoiled the excitement of buying a new home. ... More

Brandi, Wyatt, and John made our experience INCREDIBLE. We had reservations because of horror stories we heard from friends about building. Khovnanian is an absolutely amazing company, thanks in large part to people like those 3!

My home buying experience was excellent.

Overall a good home/well built but it’s the small details and warranty work that has been absolutely horrible. I’ve been in my house for almost 6 weeks and yet to enjoy it. The tile grout in majority of the house was installed wrong/has a haze to it and they’ve attempted to correct the issue 3 times. They are on there 4 time coming out and hopefully this works. Just be aware of the small details and make sure everything is done before moving in and closing.

Home was built in great quality. Cannot go wrong with K Hov.

10/10, would build with KHov again!
