I’m happy with my Home and would recommend KHOV to anyone. Garrett their construction manager is amazing, he was great and honestly he is the main reason why I would recommend them.

Very attentive to any issues that I had and took care of them fairly quick.

I loved every minute of the process. Monique is amazing and I really appreciated her. She kept in touch the entire time for the loan process with updates. Even after a few weeks of my move in she checked in. Also my builder Mike, is awesome. He has kept in touch with me about any questions I've had and when I already had issues arise he was at the house doing what he could to get everything fixed. I appreciate him so much for his intensity when it comes to making sure the house was A1. Thank you so much for the both of them being as wonderful and helpful as they are.

Buying a first home is not easy, and definitely stressful. Everyone at K. Hovnanian made the process smooth and easy. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and courteous the entire time! I am so happy and grateful to have my first home. Providence at Kingdom Heights is the place to be!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with K Hov. No question nor concern was left unaddressed by the time we arrived at closing. Our construction manager was quick to provide honest and helpful advice along the way. Our sales consultant kept us in the loop and supported us through and through. Our construction manager, Christian, was very helpful and informative. We loved receiving updates every week of what got done and what was planned. Heather, our sales representative, was very kind and helped make choosing which house we wanted very easy and was very transparent.

Awesome Experience from the start to finish !!!! Brenda and Jeremy were in contact with emails (Weekly) and construction meetings..... You hear horror stories and being afraid to buy a house, but K. Hovnanian Homes and its employees made it exciting and painless. Kudos to Brenda and Jeremy !!!!!! Please keep doing what your doing......

We chose KHov because of the layouts and Brandi. She was so helpful with helping us decided on a home and walk us through all the options. We loved how easy she made the process and how informative she was. However, the closing felt rushed and the house we moved into was not the picture perfect home I believed we were signing for. We went through 2 walk throughs with blue tape to point out areas that needed work and yet I am typing this as I stare at some blue tape on a baseboard that still needed work. Christian was very nice about listening to my concerns with the “finished” product but more than a handful of minor issues around the house are still not done. It’s frustrating because each tiny issue alone is not a huge deal but when I go to clean up around the house the sloppy finishes around the trim work, window frames, and kitchen cabinets is such a let down. So although I would not go out of my way to talk negatively about KHov, I would definitely advise friends looking to buy a house to look at all options, ask more questions, and be prepared to delay closing until the house is actually finished. ... Great experience starting from the moment you walk into their office. Our sales consultant, Haley Wist, VERY helpful all throughout the process as well as all of the K.Hovnanian team really treated us like family. We are very happy and excited with our beautiful new home.

Good experience overall. The staff were wonderful. There were minor defects in the workmanship we only found after closing. Before that, closing did seem kind of rushed. Nobody is perfect. But we are happy with the home and staff.

Samuel was very responsive and attentive to requests although some contractors did not do a good job like the vinyl upgraded floor. Samuel and Adrian did a great job overall. We closed on November 30,2021 under pressure from Manager Mike that told vinyl floor contractor not to fix the whole floor properly as there was no time or spare materials to fix it on time and they did not want to delay the closing a few days. I consider that not a good practice as now we moved in and need to let the contractor come and fix the floor while we live in the home. I would recommend that Mike does not pressure clients to close on the home when the floor is not ready or fixed properly just to close. KHOV had 8 months to build the house including the floor and everything was ready except the floor. We sent emails and reported the issue since the day we saw the floor problems (two weeks before closing and this was never resolved properly before closing. We were under the impression the vinyl flooring was going to be snap and lock boards with vinyl but instead it is the cheap thin version that you glue to the floor. ... More

I have worked with this home builder in Florida, and they are very personable and very courteous. Great team.

My experience with KHovnanian builder was spectacular. Staff and managers are so helpful when it comes to status update of your house. Even before and after you close your house. They are still there to help you with anything that you request.

Customer service was 100/10. Yes, 100 out of 10. Everybody was so pleasant, helpful, and awesome!

So far so good. My experience with K Hovnanian Homes has been good. If I have an issue they are quick to respond and friendly. Mauricio and his team are pretty awesome. I am a satisfied new homeowner. From buying it to closing it was a pretty smooth process.

Moved from the West Coast to Texas, what a great state.. decided to put down roots here.. living on a sailboat in Kemah TX we thought we would move onto land for a while.. looked at apartment’s then a few houses… then one day about 7 months ago we drove up to Pasadena to look into the idea of a maintenance free Townhouse… Drove into Parkway Trails… we were given the tour of the model choices by a wonderful person..
