Started looking for a home in 2018 wasn’t too familiar with Khov or the Mont Belvieu area in 2019 a friend told us about this area and this builder we went and saw the model Easton II and here we are 6 months later loving our new home. Heather was our sales rep and she was so patient, helpful and kind. We had a gentlemen named Justin for our construction manager who kept us in the loop about every step of the build as we requested. I could go on and on about how Knov has met and exceeded our expectations, but it’s truly something you need to experience for yourself.

We are part of KHOV family for the second time . We are very happy with the quality and the friendly approach.

K.Hovnanian homes did a great job and stood up to their promises– selling in one month and even without my presence. If anyone of my friends in Richmond ever needs a home, I am going to recommend this builder. I liked your professional work, immediate responses and overall knowledge. Five cheers to you!

I must congratulate the K. Hovanian team on an excellent job in making my home buying experience pretty much unbelievable. As first time home buyers my wife and I were a bit worried about what the entire process would entail. Luckily we can state that the entire process went smoothly and only took about 4 weeks. The sales rep. Rebecca was awesome and the entire mortgage team of Jennifer & others did a great job processing the necessary paperwork. Unlike my 1st home buying experience with another builder, my home buying experience with K. Hovnanian has been great and wonderful. From initial signing thru construction thru closing, my overall experience has been marvelous and awesome. Sales manager and construction managers are wonderful, professional and joy to work with. 5 stars to K, Hovnanian. !!!

My experience with K. Hovnanian was exceptional. The experience from the initial sales visit to the mortgage process and with the builder was great. I experienced exceptional customer service at every step of the buying process.

Our sales rep. (Rick) and our construction manager (Stevie) were both very involved with the construction of the home and responded to any questions or concerns that we have immediately. Both are extremely professional and it was a pleasure to work with them.

We had the most incredible experience building our new home with KHOV. Our journey started with the best salesperson a buyer could ever ask for in Peter! He was so helpful and kept us in the loop on everything. He made sure our home buying experience was the best! Once the construction stage started we were introduced to another employee who is the best Construction Manager in the business, his name is Charlie! From start to finish, he answered all of our questions, helped us with everything we asked and was one of the most friendliest persons we have ever met. The sales office representative (Shelby) at the Cambridge Heights community was extremely helpful throughout the entire process as I moved forward with the purchase of my new home. Also, Paul was very helpful during my initial and final walkthrough of the property. Paul was very responsive in making sure that all repairs were made in a timely manner prior to my closing date. K Hovnanian was the builder of the first home that I purchased in Texas . The quality of services remain very high!
