I purchased my home in Cambridge Heights about a month and half ago. The process was so easy and enjoyable. Richelle and Shelby helped to answer all of my questions and allowed my relator and I to take our time to find my perfect home. They answered all of my questions in a timely Manner and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Once I found my home, Paul was the best at making sure everything was perfect when I moved in. He took his time explaining all the details of my new home and even came and helped me with a few things after my closing was complete. K. Hovnanian builders are committed and dedicated. Very reliable and dependable giving their home buyers the best expectations. Their homes comes with many important features that are standard: meaning you will do less upgrade. Time frame was shorted that expected too. The process of buying my home was so smooth with them than i expected. I will so so recommend them to new home buyers. So proud of my home.

I really loved the way K.Hov handled us during the entire process. The only site team is wonderful. Our sales representative Renee, was very responsive and on top of helping us with any questions asked. John, has been absolutely wonderful! He is very responsive as well, and is always here to help even after we have closed on our home. I highly recommend K.Hov homes for anyone considered if them.

Easy experience and process

This was our first home buying experience and it went amazing. We had to do everything from Hawaii, Matt and the rest of the K. Hovnanian staff made the entire process stress-free and easy. Since moving into the home, Matt and the rest of the staff have been more than accommodating and helpful with all of our questions and concerns about the new community and being new homeowners we had a lot of of those. Overall this was an excellent experience.

The builders did a good job in building this house. Builder also took time to explain everything and gave out tips that every new homeowner should know, And they made me feel like I can reach them for any concerns I may have, that so far I have none. Looking forward to many years with this durable and beautifully made house.
