I was relocating to Texas and the housing market was going crazy but I went with this home because of the price and the sales team and builders were super helpful throughout the whole process. The kept me informed every step of the way and with any issues that came up they were right there willing to assist.

My experience with K. Hovnanian was nothing but great. The construction managers communicated almost every step. The sales rep where very helpful and made sure they could answer any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this builder for anyone buying a new home or looking for a new home

Everything was great . Until we move in we started to see same bad workmen ship.

Our construction manager, Charlie, was exceptional. He was experienced, kept us informed throughout the entire process and followed up with us on any and all issues. He made the home building experience less stressful!

We are extremely satisfied with the home over all, it’s our first new home . Peter did a great job selling it to us and Nomo did a great job going over the home with us . The girls who drew up the paperwork did a great job , Christi.

The sales representative Lisa is amazing and very helpful. Mortgage team can be little more helpful and accommodative.

My Construction Manager Kyle is the reason I'm so in love with my experience and would consider buying from or recommending K. Hovnanian to my loved ones. It was our first home to build and it all went great and smooth for the most part. Peter “Our Sales Rep” did a awesome job on helping us with everything and seemed always available when we need him.

I don't expect a new build to be perfect and I'm glad the builder has been responsive. This is what has made my experience absolutely wonderful with K. Hovnanian. It was a new build of a planned subdivision, so the workmanship (precision) of the painting and sealing seems normal or average to what I have seen in the past (obvious brush strokes on floorboards, caulk an other stuff not removed from surfaces, and builder materials inhibiting drain closure on bathtubs). I would think for the price paid there could have been more attention to detail before I moved in. However, so far all items have been addressed and the builder (Grant) has been very prompt in doing so. Last new build I bought, the builder actually lived next to me, and I did not get the responsiveness that I would have liked. ... More

The overall experience was a great one. There are things that could be improved such as the quality of the drywall finishing. I’ve been in the house 2 weeks and already have cracked areas that I am submitting for warranty work.

From looking at homes and signing paperwork to the building process and closing there was nothing less than incredible customer service and care from all involved from K.Hov.

Overall great experience as a first time buyer..

The buying process was smooth from beginning to end. Everyone was nice and willing to help. After moving in however, so many could have been done a little better. The concrete they used for the garage was crap and getting epoxy is what mage us discover this. Cleaning before handing over keys would have been better

I liked how straightforward and up front everyone was Mrs. Katrina and Buddy were awesome to work with.

Had a great construction manager who made the process easy and ensured I was happy continually throughout the process of building. He was great to work with and continually followed up and corrected anything that needed it, immediately. Gave great piece of mind for a buyer when you are making such a large purchase.

The builder is very meticulous in ensuring that residents are safe and secure in their new home. The builder took extra time to meet the tastes of the residents. The builder added modern features to accommodate the needs and tastes of the residents. The building is equipped with latest modern technology.
