We have been very happy with the home builder and especially Felix. He is very responsive to issues and is very customer satisfaction driven.

Dealing with KHov was a pleasure. They were responsive and customer oriented. Samuel over saw our build and was knowledgeable and worked with us every step to completion. Samuel also kept the new builds clean and as orderly as possible for new home construction. Susan and Amanda were there every step of the way as well. We loved our salesman, James who was extremely helpful in what came with the home to taken the time out to show us the build. Christian was very knowledgeable and went over everything with us and provided thorough updates on the progression of the build. Overall we are extremely happy!!

I am fully satisfied with our home purchases especially with K. Hovnanian. The entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in was very easy. Our experience with the builder’s team was excellent. They were very responsvie to clear each and every doubt ours during the process of purchasing our new house. Also the quality of the construction is much better than other builder's.

Thank you Scott for your patience as we had to correct things a long the way. He always handled things quickly and without any push back. Great customer service throughout the whole process. Always available and quick to respond. Thank you Wyatt for helping when needed. Customer service was great by everyone I came across with KHov, even down to the mortgage loan officer Christi. The standard designs and finishes available are a lot higher quality compared to some other builders. However it would be nice to have more flexibility changing minor things in the floor plan as that seems like a good portion of the point of getting a house built instead of moving into a house that is already standing. For the most part everything turned out great. There were some things as far as the craftsmanship that I felt like could have been better but other than that I would definitely recommend. ... More

Our builder Jeremy and sales rep Brandi were great. They were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had and helped us resolve them in a timely manner.

Everyone was great from Lisa at the Models of Townhouses to the finance department. My only issue was with the Builder. Not those who do the work but the overseeing 'boss'. He unnecessarily sent our moving PODS away just because a paint truck was parked in front of our drive way. I understand they were 'touching up' some things THEY MISSED BUT TO PUNISH MY FAMILY FROM HAVING THEIR BEDS WAS UNNECESSARY! I told his worker yet he has yet to address me.

I admire how my realtor was on time with all the replies and how she helped me out throughout the entire process. The builder was always available to reach through text and emails or calls and made sure the house was upto my expectations. there were minor issues found in and around the house, i believe it is due to the fact of the house settling in since it's a new built.

Peter was so helpful during the entire process. Everything was perfect! The process was great although stressful at times but Peter was with us all the way and he was responsive to our questions. Great customer service K. Hov!

K. Hovanian made my purchasing experience amazing! I didn’t have a lot of issues that other buyers have complained about with dealing with builders. I would highly recommend purchasing with K. Hovanian.

We initially went under contract with CastleRock for a house that was in the process of being built. After a couple weeks of progress and seeing the terrible craftsmanship and also having an unresponsive construction manager and sales manager we forfeited our contract. We found a KHov house under construction and the decided that was the house for us. The difference was incredible. KHov really takes pride in their build. Crafts were all great to work with and did a top notch job. If something was wrong KHov fixed it with no questions asked...Even after closing, if anything needed fixed (we had 2 windows that needed replaced and a scratch on the bath tub fixed) KHov came and got it repaired/replaced very timely. Recently moved into our new K. Hovnanian Home! I want to give a big thanks to my construction managers Cary and Nomluis for really providing top notch service.

I had a great overall experience with my home purchase. I want to specifically highlight my interactions with John B. our building site manager. He was awesome and cared about our every needs.

Overall experience was great. Veronica was really helpful and Adrian really knows how to take care of all the concerns we had. He also was on point with the closing date. He made sure everything was completed on time had everything ready for us to move in.
