Good materials choice to built the house

Every staff at Khov I interacted with made me feel relaxed and made the buying process easy without unnecessary stress, every question I had was answered, documentation wasn’t a headache, and still had access to the team even after closing. Everything was great

we loved everything from start to finish

From the Adrian the sales consultant to Terrence the builder this has been a wonderful new home build experience. I'll refer everyone who's interested in buying a new home investment here. The only thing I would recommend is that if a customer is using there own lender qualify for insensitives as well. They shouldn't feel penalized for not going with a KHOV lender. But overall I'm completely satisfied!

Great service

My first KHOV Home. I am amazed at all little extra details that was built into the home for price I paid. I looked at several different builders and KHOV beat all of them. Higher quality light fixtures, hardware fixtures, plumbing products etc. every aspect of this home is higher quality builders grade than any other house I looked at. What comes standard on a KHOV home is an upgrade to other builders. Whole buying process blew me away from moment I met Joel till day I closed and drove up to my new home with all lights turned on made me feel special. Landscaping outside had leftover stone around flower beds, the garage door opener is Bluetooth. The key lock is a smart key. Plywood for emergency situations. Upgraded appliances are upgraded. Dishwasher cannot even hear it. Massive gas cooktop etc. beveled glass. Decorative backsplash etc etc. The landscape has more expensive trees, shrubs etc!! I did my homework and like I said looked at several builders. All my extras was standard. I just bought little above 250 house. KHOV houses are bigger and more upgrades to other builders just in same neighborhood. Guess why other builders homes are still sitting. KHOV is like a family to me. No matter whom I reached out to they are all committed to 100% satisfaction!! (Common sense means). Do not take my word for it. Go look at a KHOV then go look at other builders and notice all small detailing then make your decision. I tell everyone what a great deal I got!! Keep it up for design

Over the years, I've purchased many new homes. What was nice and unique about this purchase was the commitment by the sales executive, Matthew, and the construction manager, Buddy, to make sure I ended up with a house I could be proud to call my own. I felt the communication through the process was very good and the general craftsmanship of the home was just as good. And to be sure, I had hired a third party inspector to review the build over various stages and they were also pleasantly pleased with the quality of the build and the fit/finish of the home.

Colby really helped settle the deal in buying my first home. He was informative and very responsive for anything that I needed or wanted to ask. He guided me through the whole process and recommend buying from this builder.

Overall experience was great from start to finish

The builders are excellent in communication, responding to my issues. They strive to help you to get your dream house. I was the first time home buyer. Hence, I have many concerns and worries. They were very patient and detailed in answering my questions.

Overall we had a great experience working with the Khov team. They were responsive to requests and changes when they were needed. We would definitely work with them again.
