I admire how my realtor was on time with all the replies and how she helped me out throughout the entire process. The builder was always available to reach through text and emails or calls and made sure the house was upto my expectations. there were minor issues found in and around the house, i believe it is due to the fact of the house settling in since it's a new built.

Peter was so helpful during the entire process. Everything was perfect! The process was great although stressful at times but Peter was with us all the way and he was responsive to our questions. Great customer service K. Hov!

K. Hovanian made my purchasing experience amazing! I didn’t have a lot of issues that other buyers have complained about with dealing with builders. I would highly recommend purchasing with K. Hovanian.

We initially went under contract with CastleRock for a house that was in the process of being built. After a couple weeks of progress and seeing the terrible craftsmanship and also having an unresponsive construction manager and sales manager we forfeited our contract. We found a KHov house under construction and the decided that was the house for us. The difference was incredible. KHov really takes pride in their build. Crafts were all great to work with and did a top notch job. If something was wrong KHov fixed it with no questions asked...Even after closing, if anything needed fixed (we had 2 windows that needed replaced and a scratch on the bath tub fixed) KHov came and got it repaired/replaced very timely. I had a great overall experience with my home purchase. I want to specifically highlight my interactions with John B. our building site manager. He was awesome and cared about our every needs.

Overall experience was great. Veronica was really helpful and Adrian really knows how to take care of all the concerns we had. He also was on point with the closing date. He made sure everything was completed on time had everything ready for us to move in.

Good experience overall. The staff were wonderful. There were minor defects in the workmanship we only found after closing. Before that, closing did seem kind of rushed. Nobody is perfect. But we are happy with the home and staff.

Every person that we dealt with from the onsite sales team to the Construction Superintendent was a joy to work with.

I worked with Adrian and he was excellent.

I would like any one that purchased a home with a laundry room on the 3rd floor in the single door closet that they are aware of the trouble that the drip pan caused me with the installation. It took 5 different visits from Lowe’s and a KH plumber , and Garrett and Austin to help me finally get it installed. This was the worst headache ever having to deal with that for over a week.
