great quality but noticing a few things like paint washing away with water and a few things not lining up

My partner and I both have shared an amazing experience from start to finish building our first home with K. Hovnanian. Before we decided to build, we went around looking at every model home in Balmoral and throughout Sunset Ridge. However, the Juniper II was the very first model we saw, and fell in love immediately. From the sales office to our construction manager, things ran smoothly and quickly for the most part. Our construction manager is very good at what she does; she walked us through every single detail, no matter how minor. She also walked us through how the warranty process works and gave us expert advice on keeping our home in great condition for years to come. After we closed and moved in, we did notice a few minor things--such as a few doorknobs being loose and how when it rains, we have water that sits in the backyard by the fence. We did notify our construction manager and she had it corrected the very next day. Overall, we highly recommend K. Hovnanian to our friends and family. From the Sales office with Adrian to the construction with Terence, the entire process was smooth. Terence and Adrian were both very responsive to any issues reported and we're proactive in providing me with updates throughout the building process. Would definitely build with them again.

They did a great job. Javier the builder is a great person with a good attitude and if there was something we didnt like he was there to change it and make the customer happy. This is a big plus in my book, me being a contractor you do what ever it takes to make your customers happy. Also the sales team were great and always kept us updated on the build of my New Home. I will recommend them to anyone

The building process was smoother than expected and a lot faster completion date than expected. The project manager was very helpful throughout the process with whatever questions or concerns I had.

We're very happy and satisfied with our new home built by KHovnanian. The entire KHovnanian team is very good and they place our satisfaction on very top. Throughout our home building process they keep me informed each week and I always can come to visit to check progress. They listen and take care of all of my concerns and the result is amazing. Even after the closing, they are very responsive whenever I submit request for the warranty service. I highly recommend the KHov team.

My purchasing process went fairly smoothly considering it was set to close in three weeks. The home is well built. My biggest complaints are lack of storage area and cheap finishes for the price of the home. For the price it would have been nice to not have cheap finishes (carpet, door knobs, etc.).

Lois and Carlos was such a pleasure do deal with. Every time we had a question or an issue they were Johnny on the spot to answer any questions or concerns as well as issues when we moved in. The experience as a hole dealing K Hovnanian was a great one. I would suggest a new home buyer to buy a K Hovnanian home.

The buying process went as smooth as it could possibly go I believe. This was my first time buying a house so I wasn’t not familiar with the process but I do think that Jacqui did a great job with staying in touch with me and explaining things.

Very good experience from the very beginning of the process to buy our new house. The sales consultant, Kathy, was amazing. She worked with us to get exactly what we wanted and needed. We would have not buy our house if it was not for Kathy's amazing help and assistance. The quality of the homes built is very good, we choose KHovnanian because we had already built our previous house with them in another subdivision and were so very happy with it that decided to build another one with them again in another part of town. The entire building experience was phenomenal, Nick, the construction manager assisted us through out the entire construction, he went the extra mile for us until the end. My wife and I met Carlos at pre-Sheetrock stage. He was very professional and easy to work with. He took his time to understand our needs and walk through each question we had during the completion of our home. He was very approachable and reachable each time we had a question and/or identified areas needing attention. His knowledge and expertise on the construction, technical topics and building codes of the home was very welcoming as a home buyer. My wife and I have purchased several homes over the years (custom and pre-builds) and the KHOV experience with Carlos as our Home/ Project Building Manager was the most pleasurable and satisfying experiencing in completing our home purchase. Both Kade and Lisa were very helpful throughout our building process and always addressed our questions promptly. Both are great assets to KHov.

Overall it was a great experience, now that I have been here a couple of months I worry about a couple of small things I thought were insignificant in the beginning. My smoke detectors were bad, I have pulled them down but am not not protected. My fence is flimsy and I don’t feel It’s safe for my dog, I have to build it up. and last I have a sticking pantry door. All minor things but know it will concern me or cause issues in future.

We absolutely love our new home! Ishmael and Susan were incredible to work with and the quality of home is great! Our builder, Ishmael, was super responsive and helped us so much! Great experience!

From beginning to end Elizabeth made my very first home buying experience one to remember!! She was extremely responsive throughout the whole process and kept me informed every step of the way. Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure that I understood all the information given to me, and always made it clear that I could reach out to her if I ever had any questions. She really does care! For that I am forever grateful! K. Hovanian is extremely lucky to have Elizabeth on their team!

My experience had it's ups and downs but the team that I worked with was amazing. They listened to my concerns and addressed all of them.
