I appreciate all the patience Adrian and Gary had with my family . Thank you all for your work ! When receiving the keys of our home, the lady who handed them to me was also very nice.

The sales agent does not know his product and does not stay in touch with his clients through the build process. The builder was responsive, however would make excuses as to why issues weren't taken care of. We are still dealing with an issue that was supposedly fixed after our walk through. It was a punch list item for the builder to resolve prior to closing and a month and a half later we are still dealing with the issue through the warranty department.

I've always wanted a K. Hovanian Home. VERY happy to own one.

Paul and Karen at Khov went out of the way to fulfill my needs/requests. Especially, Paul, the builder who consistently went out of the way to facilitate my questions and answered in a timely fashion. Not only that, he did certain addition based on my needs. He was always available to answer my questions and went over and beyond, to measure my backyard for sod install. If I were to build another house, I will go with Karen, Paul, and KHov; this is the best team to work with and they are very understanding of customer's needs.

Since the first moment we stepped into the sales office to inquire about the homes we were treated great, once we decided to go ahead and apply we felt everyone was on board with us and the fact that we could do everything online was the best, but, even by doing everything online, we got support and got all my questions answered in a timely manner. Thank you Rachelle, Jodie and Jennifer.

I had an amazing experience from beginning to end! I’ve never purchased a house before, but this experience was perfect to me. Everyone did everything they were supposed to and I got all the answers I needed quickly. I’m beyond pleased with my experience and my beautiful home!

Sales experience with Ron was great. Closing experience with Robert was great. However service has been a little disappointing. 1. Still no paint kit, despite several requests. Was told flat paint, its actually dead flat paint, several trips to home depot and paint purchases and time wasted we had to buy the paint for small areas and the trial and error was not a good experience having to repaint whiskers. 2. Was told because paint kits were scarce they would paint small spots. Opened a ticket someone came out, nice guy. I was asked to sign a screen and told someone would be out to paint my door and deliver a kit. Thats was 2 weeks ago. Had to open another ticket. 3. Opened a ticket regarding debris in lawn causing dead spots of grass. Rebar, wood chunks, metal, makes walking barefoot in grass dangerous. Should not be like this. 4. Common areas. Careless construction drivers driving over curbs ruining grass, concrete.. area is not zoned for 18 wheelers.. construction folks needs to downsize delivery vehicles. 5. Amenities are pretty bad. New homes being built next to park with yellow tape (1 month now). Front sign is broken and the piece broken is sitting on floor since the freeze. Gym is dated, old and needs to remake to match new homes being built. Its like having an old car with rust with new interior. Pressure washed basketball court, no hoops? I love the home I bought. It has several things I wanted, but couldn’t find in other homes. An example is the master bathroom and master closet. They are exactly what I was looking for!

I absolutely love the design of the house, however, the job was done sloppy.

Construction manager did a great job updating us throughout the build process.

Pros: responsiveness of KHov staff, from seller/agent to builder to mortgage officers. Cons: unexpected delays due to weather and pandemic.

The Sales and Construction team was professional and responsive through the whole build process. They were very helpful and aligned with our needs perfectly.

My seller & construction manager were always available to answer questions & resolved issues swiftly!!

A good experience with K Hov

I am very unhappy with my new home. The sales rep Theory H. Was amazing but that’s where it stopped. The KHov design center is a joke. They send you to this big design center with tons of options except none of them are for you! I wanted simple upgrades and was told no we don’t offer that or no you can’t get that so I had to change out things once I closed. There are cheaper builders that offer way more options. The construction manager has not resolved issues that were brought up before closing over a month ago. They cut a strip out of my cabinet and glued it back together which has now come unglued in less than a month. The cabinet company said they would be out to fix it and did not show up on the appointment date. My backyard is a lake and I have told the construction manager multiple times about it and nothing has been done to correct it. Do not use their security company connect one they are misleading l wasted $600 on connections that were not completed as told and they will not fix the issue as they said “ I misunderstood” and it would be an additional $1500 to correct it. My dishwasher also doesn’t work and has standing water when turned on and Getting GE to come out and service it has been nothing but difficult. Customer service is absolutely horrible after closing. I was also not provided with a paint touch up kit and had to beg for weeks just to get an incomplete set. I would not recommend purchasing a KHov home to anyone in my family or friends. ... More

KHov building manager and customer service is great.

Terrence and Adriane were awesome and had excellent customer focus. Whether we wanted to relocate a network/cable jack or there was an unexpected event they took great care of us. Would 10/10 buy a home from KHovnanian again.

Love our new home!!! It's absolutely gorgeous!

The house itself is great. The project manager Javier is amazing. He is responsive and helpful. The biggest issue is the HOA. They are non responsive. None of us who closed received the documents. I am still waiting to get the finance docs and have asked for almost 2 weeks. They have a $250 fee to put in a request which is ridiculous. Especially since I couldn’t even get the documents. No fence and no grass is part of the sale of the house and it is expensive to put one in and you have to pay the $250 to request it on top of the price of the fence. With no guidance mind you. No internet access. No clue when we will get it. I am happy with the build of the house for the most part. Minor issues that are being taken care of but that is normal. Be aware of what it will cost once you move in. ... More
