The salesman was great and attentive as needed, the builder not so much. The work is so sloppy to say the least. Even with the walkthroughs pointing out as much as possible the repairs were also rushed and sloppy. Due to the winter storm my second walk through was the evening before my closing and you could tell the builder was not inclined to fixing all the flaws. We had been living with family for months and were ready to be back in our own space so we closed and I planned to tackle some of the flaws myself; however, DAILY I find more flaws. I love my home itself but the workmanship makes me soo upset every time I find something new. This is not my first home but my first new build and I believe for the price and the home being new the work SHOULD have been way better. Not to mention the materials are cheap the paint and caulking should not be cracking after a month! ... More

The Company wasn't very helpful or understanding of pandemic issues complicating home buying process. Sellers was not helpful or patient with VA process. This was not a very easy process.Causing us (The Buyers) more expenses in living and home cost.

It was a great experience.

My overall experience with K. Hovnanian has been pleasant from the start. The Sales manager ( Ms. Jackie) was helpful and available to address my questions. The quality of execution of the house is very good. I would recommend them highly.

Closing was too much of a rush. My construction manager was excellent

As a first time homebuilder, K.Hov exceeded my exceptions from start to finish. I had the best team to guide me along this journey. Overall experience was amazing!

For the most part everything has been great. Our shoe mold looks terrible and parts have came loose a couple times which they just come and patch. I have asked multiple times for it all to be fixed but still looks just as bad. Other than this issue we have just had minor things here and there that were fixed quickly.

Robert was the best part of the process. Very responsive and helpful throughout the experience. I have already recommended to several friends.

Beautiful home. Very pleased with how the house turned out

It was our first home to build and it all went great and smooth for the most part. Peter “Our Sales Rep” did a awesome job on helping us with everything and seemed always available when we need him.

Salesperson was always eager and quick to help. Construction supervisor was responsive and addressed any concerns we had in a professional manner. Feel like we got great value for the price. Loan process was easy & seamless.

From start to finish the building and buying process was enjoyable. Everyone was responsive and friendly. Felt like a family from the moment we stepped in the model home.

That my back yard would be looking at the water, that didn’t happen. It’s a privacy fence, instead a iIron rod fence. My loan guy Nate was good.

What I would like others to know about K. Hovnanian is that they understand the importance of building a valuable home.

I cant lie we had an awesome process from Beginning to End with very minimal issues if any. When we decided to build we knew from day 1 K. Hovnanian was the builder we wanted. We've seen several builders and my wife constantly stated The Juniper II was the home for us. I finally saw it and said that Isss the home for us. We began our process and everything from the Loan Officer and Processer all the way down was smooth sailing. Great Customer service, Great Quality Homes, Great People to work with. The quality and value of our home is wonderful. The price compared to other builder still really good. I cant speak highly enough of my builders team and Construction manager Carey. He was very transparent. Gave me weekly sometimes and sometimes more on the status of our home. If you ever build in the Houston region and go with KHOV Carey is a Godsend. Everything promised was done and on time. Every question I had for our sales consultant Tiffany to Construction Manager Carey was answered in great detail and in Laymens terms. If you ever look for a new home definitely check out K Hhov. The Closets, Rooms, Build and quality of these homes are awesome.
