I am genuinely happy with my K Hov experience. The employees from start to finish were honest and motivated to give me the best experience possible. Giving detailed responses and being happy to answer any and every question that I had. K Hov motivates their employees to give good customer service because their incentive structure is based upon their customer reviews. I can truly say that this incentive structure resulted in the best possible experience for myself. Extremely grateful for being able to have a K Hov home.

Both Alan & Ron are absolutely first rate in customer service! Both are exceedingly warm & personable! They're very knowledgeable in their respective fields, and provided prompt attention to our needs, wants & questions. 5 + stars to each of them!

Me and my husband had our first home built, and it was a very smooth and easy process. All of our questions and concerns were addressed pretty quickly throughout the whole process.

The entire purchase to move-in was very easy, our sales person was helpful in any questions we had. During our walk throughs the builder was helping us point out any issues he saw that needed to be addressed and everything was handled by our final walk through. After moving in there were a few items we noticed and the builder was very responsive and addressed the issues timely. Overall it was a great experience.

Everyone that we worked with were excellent in their of expertise. It was a well planned process from start to finish!

We are very happy with our new home. Everyone from the sales team to mortgage team to the construction team, were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I cam to K. Hovnanian after having to back out from another home builder and the attention to detail and support I received was 2nd to none. I have purchased several homes in the past and this by far was the best experience. Even after the close of our home the customer service has been phenomenal.

My family has been in construction for over 40 years and everyone has commented how well the home was put together. Overall I’ll never want to buy from anyone else - absolutely perfect!

The process of buying the house was easy. It was my first house and the seller was very patient, providing me with all the information upfront and sending me update regularly while they were building the house. Also I got to visit it many times and was informed of all the features. I even made a change in the middle of the construction, I add tiles to a bedroom instead of carpet. The seller and the builder agreed to do it, thank to good communication and flexibility. I highly recommend them. I'm the third person in my family to purchase a KHOV home! The homebuying process is always stressful, but I closed 3 months ago (within a month of signing the contract), and I am happy with my purchase.

My experience with the K Hovnanian team throughout the home buying process has been fabulous. It started by working with Damaris to find the kind of houme we were looking to buy within the Kingdom Heights community. She was very accomodative, thorough and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we were looking for. I had a very similar experience with the construction manager Mauricio. He has been such a great help. Always responsive and top of things when it comes to warranty requests or otherwise. Again, goes above and beyond to assist us. We had a lot of fun building this home with K-HOV. The time from working with the sales staff, to working with the Foreman of the Build, to taking the keys. It was easy and seemless.
