My experience in building a new home with K. Hovnanian has been phenomenal and outstanding from start to finish! I could not have asked for more or better, because I had the BEST sales consultant (Susan) and the BEST home builder (Allan) by my side throughout the entire time. As a first time home buyer, I had an infinite amount of questions and they were able to address them. All of their support, kindness, diligence, and patience contributed to an amazing home buying experience! I can not thank them enough for all they have done in providing my family a beautiful home!

We love our new home and everybody with K Hovnanian we have dealt with including the salesperson and construction superintendent has been extremely professional and responsive.

Everyone at K Hovnanian Homes was wonderful and so helpful throughout the process. A few downside - I did not get the farmhouse sink I wanted even if I requested this change in the early phase of construction and was willing to pay the difference. I just wish there was some flexibility; had issues with our granite countertops not being presealed and us not being informed. But overall, a great experience. I would like to give a shoutout to our construction manager who was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had prior to and once we moved to our new home.

The real estate agent Greg was great. Although, we have experienced many calls to Matt to have the contractors fix our floor/countertop/master shower. Matt the construction manager is attentive to our questions and requests. KHOV Mortgage was not the same story.

We received the best experience from everyone including John! He helped make everything go smoothly as possible and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction, Thanks for your tremendous help and dedication! We really enjoy our new beautiful home.

Looooove our new home! But it seems that the builders cut way too many corners or don’t pay attention to detail. Many cosmetic flaws are very noticeable even to our visitors. Our fence was falling apart when we moved in. Khov was quick to fix which is good! But since the area where I purchased my khov home prices homes high, I would think they put in more supervision to each home that is built. Walk throughs are not enough.

Some of the workmanship was less than par ( Paint & Tile). Some of the promises such as adding more flooring and step up to 2nd level in the attic was never performed. Sloppy concrete on brick, cracked concrete in the garage step. Other than those items were fairly happy with everything.

Never had issues through the whole process, very quick to answer concerns when we had them.

We moved into our new home a month ago and we could not be any happier. Our construction manager, Garrett, was especially helpful with getting settled in and addressing minor issues we came across. Garrett was incredible and gave us peace of mind with our concerns. The KHOV Mortgage team was also exceptional! They were very detailed and responsive at all times. Melissa made all the paperwork process a breeze. We are delighted with the performance and quality of KHOV. The KHOV staff was wonderful to work with.

First I want to say if it wasn’t for Brandy the experience would be a lot worse. From start to finish Brand made sure we were always informed and feeling good about our house. Truly was the big reason we bought with Khov. The building and construction side I just never trusted the process. This not my first build so I have understanding how it should go. Really felt like my house didn’t have someone watching over it and the contractors could do whatever they want. Then we would send notes to help fix and really would never get an answer or waited till final will through and then was still fixing issues after I signed. We have a lot of things we picked out not happen or get something else. Didn’t see like the construction team really cares about the selection sheet. If we didn’t say something I’m sure we would of got upgrades we didn’t pay for but was put in. We had a small issue with how our dishwasher was framed. They addressed and on final walkthrough it was worse what they fixed. What was said is well our contractor do things differently depending who does it. Weird answer when I knew how to fix it. Then they came back to fix it and it looked better and we thought it was done. Then came back a third time to fix it again. Just seems like contractors do what they want and the team accepts hoping the customer doesn’t say anything. Attention to detail just lacks on the construction team. They are all very nice and I know a lot of changes have happen but my home is forever. We will be using the warranty a lot cause the more you live in there the more I notice. My last home that was built I didn’t use it once cause the attention to detail was amazing. Which I’m sure only helps the bottom line in a business. Always willing to give more fees back if asked. We had the pleasure of working with Paul and Bannon. Paul was very detail oriented and gave great advice. Both was generous with their time and explained every part of the process clearly, which helped us get into our home with minimal stress. Everything went smoothly.

From the beginning to the end, buying our first home was a seamless task considering some of the horrible stories we heard about other builders. From everyone that helped us along the way, seemed to have one main focus “To make sure the buyer was comfortable and happy”. I would recommend everyone to KHov for their home buying experience!!!

If you have a truck ensure your attempt to put it in the garage to see if it fits. This is something I didn’t do and wish I did. My truck doesn’t fit in my garage forcing me to park across the street

I am satisfied with the new house built by K. Hovnanian. Mr. Mauricio and Mrs Karen has taken good care of me on the house purchase, process, after closing follow up in order to make sure everything good.

My experience with K. Hovnanian Homes has been truly amazing, without our sales rep Ashely, my family without any doubt in our minds believe we would have not been able to take the step to purchase this beautiful Wilmington home. The thing we absolutely admired was how Ashely explained everything so thoroughly to us that when we got to the process of the the actual home loan, we were more than ready. We had all documents we needed so the process wouldn't be a slow one, as we were super excited. Then when it came to our most kind and humble loan officer Kevin, who had a very huge hand in helping us achieve our most desired dream of owning a home. Kevin was brilliant, he answered every question we had. Even though we were going through a pandemic Kevin's advice in his profession helped us secure our loan which we promise to K. Hovnanian Homes to payoff. Last but not least my one of the greatest people we met during all this was Gary, the most passionate builder I have ever met. During our first meeting he explained the layout of the house so well even though it was not fully built. He showed us what our dream was beginning to look like and we were excited that this all was coming along just perfectly. Gary's explanation of the home's every corner got us ready for what was to come. Gary showed us everything from top to bottom further preparing us for how to keep this beautiful house maintained. Any question I ever had, Gary was there. Without any doubt in my mind, Ashely, Kevin and Gary are truly a dream team that make dreams comes true. I want to thank them all once again for everything they have done for us during this home loan process. We are thankful and humbled by the great hospitality and service provided to us my K. Started looking for a home in 2018 wasn’t too familiar with Khov or the Mont Belvieu area in 2019 a friend told us about this area and this builder we went and saw the model Easton II and here we are 6 months later loving our new home. Heather was our sales rep and she was so patient, helpful and kind. We had a gentlemen named Justin for our construction manager who kept us in the loop about every step of the build as we requested. I could go on and on about how Knov has met and exceeded our expectations, but it’s truly something you need to experience for yourself.
