Yard flooded during first heavy rain. Concealed poor drainage before closing, I would not have purchased this home if I knew how bad the drainage of the lot and house were. I would like to sell the house back if possible. I don’t trust anyone from this organization and feel this problem was concealed from me

We're very happy and satisfied with our new home built by KHovnanian. The entire KHovnanian team is very good and they place our satisfaction on very top. Throughout our home building process they keep me informed each week and I always can come to visit to check progress. They listen and take care of all of my concerns and the result is amazing. Even after the closing, they are very responsive whenever I submit request for the warranty service. I highly recommend the KHov team.

Overall the whole buying process from beginning to the end was very smooth. I got help instantly everytime. Would definitely buy another K. HOV.

K. H. did a wonderful job from start to finish and they kept their word along the way. The quality of the home is excellent and everyone we worked with from sales to delivery it was a wonderful experience.

Shelby did a good job after having to replace a previous salesperson who initially handled my home purchase. She listened to my requests and executed what needed to be done.

Overall the sales price was nice. Professionalism and manners of staff not so great. They do not replace appliances or major fixtures in home even if needing to be replaced.

Make sure you understand that when they tell you that you have x values in upgrades that they are going to add that to your final sale price. Nothing is free.

Amazing company! Easy and super smooth process! Definitely recommend!

Can do much better in future

This is probably not a fair review as I have only lived in this home for one month. I'd like to give another one in one year. As of now I would do it all over again. Besides dealing with Lois the office manager or design center.

Took quite awhile to get started, however we only closed 1 month later than originally predicted.

There have been a number of issues with the property and trying to get a response from the builders construction manager is nearly impossible.

Would recommend other family and friends to buy khovnanian Homes

I purchased my home in Cambridge Heights about a month and half ago. The process was so easy and enjoyable. Richelle and Shelby helped to answer all of my questions and allowed my relator and I to take our time to find my perfect home. They answered all of my questions in a timely Manner and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Once I found my home, Paul was the best at making sure everything was perfect when I moved in. He took his time explaining all the details of my new home and even came and helped me with a few things after my closing was complete. Great home

Our home was built and finished in a timely manner with little to no issues (which is unusual when building a home). Our team kept us informed of progress and was always responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

Great follow up care for quality assurance. This builder stands behind their product.

Love the home and the workmanship - Finance company not so great on rates. You can do better, by shopping the loan. Do not lock in with them, until you are sure on rates.
