Lisa is a terrific sales person to deal with. Scott was a good building foreman that did a great job coordinating the build process and was really good at addressing the last minute touch up issues. Even after closing he was responsive to issues that needed his attention.

I had an amazing experience overall. Especially Damaris and Mauricio made me feel at home. They ensured that everything was done and completed on time. And whenever I called the answered and answered all my questions appropriately. What was amazing was the fact that I had easy access to them whenever I had concerns or any worries.

Aside from having a wonderful realtor, this process could not have gone as smoothly as it did without the help of Ashley and Scott. At various points of the process from me expressing interest, to walking the home for inspections, and through closing, they remained available and helpful. My new home checks all of the boxes on my wishlist, and then some!

From the first inquiry KHOV has treated me exceptionally well! They showed me appreciation and consideration from day 1. When I went under contract, Shelby and Gary took exceptional care of me. Even after I closed they checked on me to make sure I didn’t need anything! Absolutely wonderful. KHOV made my home purchase process so easy. Home was completed in stated timeframe. Lender was fantastic too! 5 stars!

This is my 3rd NEW construction home build. I was extremely pleased with the response from both my sales person and my construction manager. They were both amazing in the process and addressed each and any concern that I had/have. Home building is not perfect, but what counts is the eagerness to get the problems solved and corrected and they do it without an attitude. My construction Mgr, Cysco was so nice, professional and helpful. He was never ugly or impatient or anything but willing to address anything I was concerned about. I really appreciated that too. Buying a home is not only stressful but expensive these days. We could all argue for "what you are getting for the price issue" as the prices these days are shocking for our area but it us what it is and growth is a part of life. I could argue that there could be more items included " for the price" but they are not out of line from any other builder at this time with the challenges the builders have all had these last 2 1/2 years. I am also a seasoned real estate agent who has built many homes from scratch with my own clients. There are builders out there who cut corners and do not care about their home buyer's needs or concerns. I had a great experience! My sales councilor was great and the builder was great he explained everything to me and made the walk through a smooth process.

Overall, the experience was pleasant. Everyone was professional and always helpful. However, the deign center could have helped us with suggestions and advice on the house, because we conducted the meeting over video. The woman who was in charge of the design portion wasn’t much help honestly. Things like fans, lighting, and kitchen lights, and other upgrades were not mentioned. Second of all, we were never told about the backyard grass is an upgrade. That was quite inconvenient and so we had to call another company to get the grass installed. Lastly, we’re still waiting for the gutter to be fixed. Just waiting for rain so you guys can see the leak. 9/10 ... More

K Hovananian homes are in a class way better than other builders. Professional customer service throughout the whole process of the build. K Hovananian homes are manufactured with tons of superb craftsmanship. After the closing date customer service is what matters the most to a home buyer. I would definitely recommend K Hovananian homes to any serious buyer.

If it wasn't for Siobhan and her striving efforts to go above and beyond the call of duty. She completed one of the most difficult task I have ever seen done by a person who CARE about the AMERICAN PEOPLE & strive for the greater good in our AMERICAN direction for FAMILIES. Our experience from start to finish was great! Our builder tended to our request and responded in a timely manner. Jeremy was and still is a pleasure to work with. All of the different crafts handled their portion of the build with professionalism and excellent craftmanship.

The organization set in place to walk you through choices is very helpful. It makes you feel like you are building a custom home, close as possible without being custom. This is our 3rd build and the most organized we have had a builder in the planning stages. Our site manager was also one of the best we’ve ever had with regular communication on progress, answering questions and resolving issues. We have had some normal issues to resolve after moving in and the responses have been more than satisfactory. We are very happy with our decision, choosing KHovnanian as our builder. The only real knock is the late start after papers were signed in the beginning. We do wish the build would have started and ended on time but due to economic conditions we understand the delays. ...
