I had a great experience! My sales councilor was great and the builder was great he explained everything to me and made the walk through a smooth process.

Overall, the experience was pleasant. Everyone was professional and always helpful. However, the deign center could have helped us with suggestions and advice on the house, because we conducted the meeting over video. The woman who was in charge of the design portion wasn’t much help honestly. Things like fans, lighting, and kitchen lights, and other upgrades were not mentioned. Second of all, we were never told about the backyard grass is an upgrade. That was quite inconvenient and so we had to call another company to get the grass installed. Lastly, we’re still waiting for the gutter to be fixed. Just waiting for rain so you guys can see the leak. 9/10 ... More

K Hovananian homes are in a class way better than other builders. Professional customer service throughout the whole process of the build. K Hovananian homes are manufactured with tons of superb craftsmanship. After the closing date customer service is what matters the most to a home buyer. I would definitely recommend K Hovananian homes to any serious buyer.

If it wasn't for Siobhan and her striving efforts to go above and beyond the call of duty. She completed one of the most difficult task I have ever seen done by a person who CARE about the AMERICAN PEOPLE & strive for the greater good in our AMERICAN direction for FAMILIES. Our experience from start to finish was great! Our builder tended to our request and responded in a timely manner. Jeremy was and still is a pleasure to work with. All of the different crafts handled their portion of the build with professionalism and excellent craftmanship.

The organization set in place to walk you through choices is very helpful. It makes you feel like you are building a custom home, close as possible without being custom. This is our 3rd build and the most organized we have had a builder in the planning stages. Our site manager was also one of the best we’ve ever had with regular communication on progress, answering questions and resolving issues. We have had some normal issues to resolve after moving in and the responses have been more than satisfactory. We are very happy with our decision, choosing KHovnanian as our builder. The only real knock is the late start after papers were signed in the beginning. We do wish the build would have started and ended on time but due to economic conditions we understand the delays. ... I had to take a moment to highlight John for his level of professionalism and ability to effectively communicate through the entire process. He made himself available to us and eased our minds during the building process, it was outstanding. We would absolutely recommend KHov to our friends and family. It was an amazing experience.

The K Hovnanian team exceeded my expectations in many ways. They were careful not too over promise but certainly over delivered. Nate and Garrett were my dream team and I hope they're still in the business when I'm ready to purchase my next home. Highly recommend and appreciate them so much. No regrets.

Jay at KHOV was a breeze to work with. Immediately took care of any concerns and worked with us to make some small changes. Overall excellent experience with this builder.

When working with Garrett through each stage we were always in the loop and informed on the process. The only feedback we really had was that during the building process we noticed one of the bathtubs didn't have a liner and sometimes urine was left by the builders. It was only disturbing because we would expect everything to be clean and new after moving in. Everything else was great and everyone had great and consistent communication with us. We especially enjoyed the design center process and how patient our consultant was with us while making choices.

Katrina was very helpful in sucuring the purchase our new home. She kept us informed of what was happening with the build and she made sure to follow up on any needs that we had after moving in. Katrina also introduced us to the building manager, Cary, whom kept us informed of the building process on a weekly bases. Cary was promoted and Nomo took over on the final process of the building of our home. Cary and Nomo have been there for any problems that have occurred before and after the move in. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is purchasing a new home.

KHOV has been great! The quality of build is superb and the follow up with the builder is amazing. I’d highly recommend buying or building a KHOV home to anyone looking.

Nice and easy fast

From the very beginning Lois showed us model homes she has been very sweet and very resourceful and when we starting building the project manager George was always so helpful and reliable with us, couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with

This is my first time buying a home, I must say, it is remarkably great with khov. They help me understand each of the processes. When we moved into the home we have some things that were not working, the builder Paul was just a phone call away and he makes sure all was taken care of within a short time. They gave incentives when we are about to close.
